Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the status of postoperative recovery quality of patients undergoing day surgery, and to analyze the relevant factors affecting the quality of postoperative recovery. 【Methods】 A total of 372 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy (day surgery) in our hospital from August 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into two groups: day operation group(D Group) and elective operation group(E Group), with 186 patients in each group. The operation time and bleeding volume were compared between the two groups. The quality of postoperative recovery was assessed by 15 items of Quality of Recovery Questionnaire 15 (QoR-15). Multivariate regression analysis was used to summarize the related factors affecting the QoR-15 score in the D group. 【Results】 The operations were successfully completed in both groups without conversion to laparotomy. The hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses in the D group were lower than those in the E group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The QoR-15 scores on 1st day after discharge in the two groups were higher than those on d1 post-operation, and the QoR-15 scores of the two groups of 2 weeks after discharge were higher than those of the 1st day after discharge (P<0.05). However, there were no significant differences in the QoR-15 scores between the two groups at the same time points (P>0.05). The QoR-15 score of male patients in the D group was (106.72±9.31) on the 1st day after discharge, which was higher than that of female patients (90.59±8.71). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Multivariate regression analysis showed that age, BMI and operation time were all correlated with QoR-15 score of 1st day after discharge. The correlation equation was QoR-15 score Y=117.03-0.0571X(age)-0.1905X(operation time)-0.4326X(BMI). 【Conclusion】 As far as laparoscopic cholecystectomy is concerned, the quality of recovery after day operation is similar to that of the elective operation, and the hospitalization time of patients is shorter and the cost of hospitalization is lower than the elective operation. Gender, age, BMI and operation time can affect the quality of recovery after operation, which should be paid attention to.
