Effects of Metabolites of Endophytic Bacterium RPB-32 from Radix Pseudostellariae on Blood Biochemical Indexes in Mice

【Objective】 To investigate the effect of fermentation metabolites of endophytic bacterium RPB-32 from Radix Pseudostellariae on blood biochemical indexes in mice. 【Methods】Petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and n-butanol were successively used to extract the broth of strain RPB-32;The organic solvent extracts of endophytic bacterium RPB-32 were prepared by decompressing.A certain concentration of organic solvent extracts were prepared with 3% ethanol (solvent control),and then gavaged into KM mice. The eyeballs were removed in batches on the 7th and 14th days,and the blood biochemical indexes were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer. 【Results】Of different organic extracts,there was no significant difference in total protein (TP),albumin (ALB),alanine aminotransferase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and urea nitrogen (BUN) between the three concentration treatment groups and the solvent control group (P>0.05);The activity of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in the high-dose n-butanol extract group was lower than that in the solvent control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).【Conclusion】The metabolites of endophytic bacterium RPB-32 of Radix Pseudostellariae heterophylla had no harmful effect on the body. This suggests that it may have the effects of preventing arteriosclerosis,hypertension and diabetes,protecting kidney and liver,inhibiting harmful bacteria such as bacillus coli,and promoting the growth of beneficial bacteria such as Lactobacillus,but its specific mechanism needs to be further studied.

Clinical Characteristics of Ex-smokers and Current Smokers with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

【Objective】 To compare the clinical characteristics of current smokers and ex-smokers.【Methods】COPD patients admitted to the respiratory outpatient department of 13 hospitals in Hunan and Guangxi on December 2016 and October 2020 were selected. Information on demographic and sociological data,lung function,and modified Medical Research Council (mMRC) dyspnea scale scores were recorded. A logistic regression analysis was performed to analyze the factors associated with smoking cessation.【Results】Of the total,the mean age was (62.3±8.9) years,and 43.3% were ex-smokers. Compared with the current smokers,the ex-smokers were older,and had heavier dyspnea,more severe airflow limitation,shorter smoking duration,and fewer pack-years. The logistic regression model showed that smoking cessation was negatively correlated with years of smoking,pack-years,but was positively correlated with age,education level,amount smoked,mMRC score,and GOLD grades. 【Conclusion】 Among patients with COPD,more than half still smoked. Ex-smokers differed substantially from continuing smokers in clinical characteristics. Age,educational level,cumulative smoking,disease severity,mMRC score are associated with smoking cessation,and these should be taken into account in smoking-cessation interventions.

Analysis of Influencing Factors of Hysteroscopy Combined with Laparoscopy in the Treatment of Cesarean Scar Diverticulum

【Objective】To explore the influencing factors of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in the treatment of cesarean scar diverticulum. 【Methods】A total of 96 patients with cesarean scar diverticulum who underwent hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in The First People's Hospital of Xianyang from April to November 2019 were selected. Six months after operation,they were divided into poor recovery group and good recovery group according to their recovery. The clinical data of body mass index,pregnancy times,hemoglobin (HB),white blood cell (WBC),albumin (ALB) and other levels were compared between the two groups.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of surgical treatment of cesarean scar diverticulum.【Results】 At 6 months after operation,23 cases (23.96%) with diverticulum were found by B-ultrasonography,and were included in the poor recovery group; 73 patients (76.04%) without diverticulum were included in the good recovery group. The body mass index,the number of cesarean section,the depth of diverticulum and the proportion of posterior uterus in the poor recovery group were significantly higher than those in the good recovery group,and the level of Hb was lower than that in the good recovery group (P<0.05); However,there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of age,history of abortion,times of pregnancy,time from operation to the last cesarean section,thickness of adjacent myometrium,WBC and ALB levels (P>0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the number of cesarean sections (OR=1.134,95%CI=1.086~1.184),uterine position (OR=1.845,95%CI=1.264~2.693),diverticulum depth (OR=1.645,95%CI=1.184~2.285) and Hb level (OR=1.421,95%CI=1.117~1.808) were independent influencing factors on the efficacy of hysteroscopic combined with laparoscopic surgery for cesarean scar diverticulum (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The frequency of cesarean section,uterine position,diverticulum depth and Hb level are the independent influencing factors of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in the treatment of cesarean scar diverticulum,which should be paid attention to clinically.

Imaging Features of Gastrointestinal Barium Meal Examination in Adults with Celiac Disease

【Objective】To investigate the imaging features of gastrointestinal barium meal examination in celiac disease (CD) in order to improve the screening level of the disease.【Methods】The clinical data of 20 patients with celiac disease admitted to the people's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from June 2018 to June 2020 were collected retrospectively. All patients were improved with upper gastrointestinal barium meal or total gastrointestinal barium meal. Two senior radiologists analyzed the performance of digestive tract barium meal in this group. 【Results】 Barium meal imaging examination of the upper gastrointestinal tract showed that 18 (90.0%) of the 20 patients with CD had abnormal duodenal mucosa. The most common manifestation was thickening of duodenal mucosal folds,accounting for 85.0% (17/20). Small niches were seen in most cases,accounting for 60.0% (12/20). The above abnormal manifestations were most obvious in the duodenal bulb and the descending duodenum. In 8 cases,the edge of the descending duodenal mucosa was not smooth,showing "serrated" changes,and in 2 cases,the duodenum was dilated to varying degrees.Twelve of the 20 patients with CD underwent barium meal examination of the whole digestive tract,and 12 patients had abnormal small intestinal mucosa. Among them,9 cases (75.0%) had thickened small intestinal mucosal folds,8 cases (66.7%) had decreased and shallowed jejunal folds,7 cases (58.3%) had uneven intestinal thickness due to different degrees of intestinal dilatation or spasm,and 2 cases (16.7%) had irregular edges of small intestinal mucosa,showing "serrated"changes.【Conclusion】As a non-invasive technique,gastrointestinal barium meal can better show the abnormal manifestations of duodenum and small intestine in CD,and has high clinical value in the screening of CD.

Quality Comparison of Three Platelet Preparations and Evaluation of Transfusion Effects in Patients with Hematological Diseases

【Objective】To compare the quality of mixed concentrated platelets (platelet A),newly improved buffy coat mixed concentrated platelets (platelet B) and apheresis platelets (platelet C) and the effect of clinical infusion in patients with hematological diseases. 【Methods】The laboratory indexes of three platelet preparations were compared,which were divided into preventive infusion and therapeutic infusion according to the purpose of infusion. The platelet count,platelet correction index (CCI) and platelet recovery rate (PPR) before and after infusion were compared to judge the effect of preventive infusion. The blooding fraction before and after infusion was compared to judge the effect of therapeutic infusion,and the adverse transfusion reactions were statistically analyzed. 【Results】The number of platelets in platelet A were lower than that in platelet B and platelet C,the mixed amount of red blood cells (RBC) was higher than that in the other kinds of platelets. There were significant differences in the mixed number of leukocytes (WBC) of three platelet preparations if compared in between (all P<0.05). During preventive infusion,the platelet concentration before infusion in the same group was lower than that 24 hours after infusion,and the difference was statistically significant (all P<0.05). The platelet count 24 hours after infusion in platelet A was lower than that in platelet C,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There were 131 times of prophylactic infusions,whose infusion ineffective rate was 22.90%. The infusion ineffective rate of ITP patients (primary immune thrombocytopenia) was higher than that of other diseases,and the difference was statistically significant (all P<0.05). During therapeutic infusion,the bleeding fraction before infusion in the same group was higher than that 24 hours after infusion,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The bleeding fraction 24 hours after infusion in platelet A was significantly higher than that in the other two platelets (P<0.05). The adverse transfusion reaction rate in platelet A was higher than that in platelet C (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Some laboratory indexes of infusion effect and adverse transfusion reaction rate in platelet C and platelet B were better than those in platelet A. The platelet B could be used as an effective supplement when the supply of apheresis platelets was insufficient.

Effects of Tripterygium Wilfordii Polyglycoside on Renal Function and Intestinal Flora in Patients with IgA nephropathy

【Objective】 To investigate the effect of Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside (TWM) on renal function and intestinal flora in patients with IgA nephropathy (IgAN). 【Methods】A total of 170 patients with IgAN were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 85 cases in each group. The control group was treated with prednisone and the observation group was treated with TWM on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy,24h urinary protein (24hU-TP),various indexes of renal function [blood urea nitrogen (BUN),serum creatinine (SCr),creatinine clearance rate (CCr)],the number of intestinal flora (Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Escherichia coli,Enterococcus) and the occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment were compared between the two groups.【Results】The total effective rate of the observation group was 85.88% (73/85) significantly higher than that of the control group 65.88% (56/85),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The 24hU-TP,BUN and SCr of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the CCr was significantly higher than that before treatment (P<0.05); The 24hU-TP,BUN and SCR in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group 24 hours after treatment,and the CCr was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment,the number of bifidobacteria in the observation group was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).The number of Lactobacillus in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment,and the number of Escherichia coli and Enterococcus were significantly lower than that before treatment (P<0.05); After treatment,the number of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the number of Escherichia coli and Enterococcus in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). 【Conclusion】 On the basis of routine hormone therapy,TWM can effectively treat IgAN,can significantly improve the renal function and urinary protein of patients,and can play its role in the treatment of IgAN by effectively improving the imbalance of intestinal flora. The drug is relatively safe and worthy of clinical promotion.

Effect of Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor 2 on Differentiation of Rat Adipose Derived Stem Cells into Odontoblast Like Cells and its Mechanism

【Objective】Objective to investigate the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor-2 (FGF-2) on the differentiation of rat adipose derived stem cells (ADSCs) into odontoblast like cells and its mechanism. 【Methods】 ADSCs were isolated and identified from bilateral inguinal adipose tissue of rats. The third generation ADSCs were randomly divided into blank control group (NG group),negative control group (siRNA-NC group),FGF-2 silencing group (TGF-2-siRNA group) and pathway activator group. The expression level of FGF-2 in ADSCs was detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR; The proliferation of ADSCs in each group was detected by CCK-8 method; Alizarin red staining was used to observe the odontogenic differentiation of ADSCs in each group; Western blotting and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) were used to detect neuropilin 1 (NRP1),dentin sialoprotein (DSPP),dentin matrix protein 1 (DMP1) and wingless MMTV integration site family members/β-catenin (Wnt/β-catenin) pathway protein level. 【Results】ADSCs were successfully isolated and identified;Compared with the NG group and the siRNA NC group; the expression levels of FGF-2 mRNA,NRP1,DSPP,DMP1,Wnt and β-catenin protein of the ADSCs in the FGF-2-siRNA group and the pathway activator group decreased (P<0.05),the proliferation inhibition rate of ADSCs increased (P<0.05); Compared with the FGF-2-siRNA group,the expression of FGF-2 mRNA,NRP1,DSPP,DMP1,β-catenin protein and Wnt increased (P<0.05); the proliferation inhibition rate of ADSCs decreased (P<0.05).【Conclusion】 FGF-2 can affect Wnt/β-catenin activation pathway . This may be related to the proliferation of rat ADSCs and their differentiation into odontoblast like cells,which may provide a new idea for the treatment of tooth defects.

Diagnostic Value of Circulating Exosome miR-151-5p in Early Gastric Cancer

【Objective】To investigate the expression of circulating exosome microrna-151-5p (miR-151-5p) in serum of patients with early gastric cancer and its diagnostic value.【Methods】A total of 40 patients with early gastric cancer,43 hospitalized patients with benign gastric diseases and healthy persons undergoing routine examination in the gastrointestinal outpatient department were selected as the gastric cancer group,benign group and control group respectively. The expression level of miR-151-5p in serum circulating exosomes was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (qRT-PCR),and the relationship between miR-151-5p and clinicopathological features of early gastric cancer was analyzed. The diagnostic value of miR-151-5p in early gastric cancer was evaluated by object operating characteristic curve (ROC). 【Results】The expression of miR-151-5p in serum of the gastric cancer group and the benign group was higher than that of the control group,and that of the gastric cancer group was higher than that of the benign group (P<0.001). The expression of miR-151-5p in circulating exosomes was correlated with the pathological type and differentiation degree of early gastric cancer (P<0.05). The area under the curve of circulating exosome miR-151-5p for the diagnosis of early gastric cancer was 0.808. When the optimal cutoff value was 1.848,the sensitivity and specificity were 90.0% and 57.4% respectively. 【Conclusion】 The expression of miR-151-5p in the serum of patients with early gastric cancer is significantly increased,which has certain potential value in the diagnosis and evaluation of early gastric cancer.

Effect of Sodium Ferulate on Renal Interstitial Fibrosis and Urinary Microprotein in Diabetic Nephropathy

【Objective】To observe the effect of sodium ferulate on renal interstitial fibrosis and urinary microprotein in patients with diabetic nephropathy. 【Methods】A total of 100 patients with diabetic nephropathy treated in the two hospitals were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given basic treatment such as routine hypoglycemic and antihypertensive treatment,,While the observation group was given sodium ferulate injection on the basic treatment of the control group. Patients in both groups received treatment for 2 weeks. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. Angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ),connective tissue growth factor (CTGF),type Ⅳ collagen (CⅣ),type Ⅲ procollagen (PCⅢ),blood urea nitrogen (BUN),blood creatinine(SCr),β2-microglobulin(β2-MG) and urinary microalbumin (UmAlb) were measured before and 1 month after treatment. The drug adverse reactions of the two groups were counted. 【Results】The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05).The levels of Ang Ⅱ,CTGF,C Ⅳ and PC Ⅲ in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of Ang Ⅱ,CTGF,C Ⅳ and PC Ⅲ in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The levels of SCr,BUN,β2-MG and UmAlb in both groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05).And the levels of SCr,BUN,β2-MG and UmAlb in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group after treatment (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】Treatment of diabetic nephropathy with sodium ferulate can effectively reduce renal interstitial fibrosis and urinary microprotein index,and protect renal function.No obvious adverse drug reactions were seen,which is worthy of clinical promotion.

Correlation Analysis of Carotid Artery Stenosis with Diabetes and Obesity Related Genes

【Objective】 To investigate the relationship between 14 gene loci related to risk factors such as diabetes and obesity and carotid artery stenosis. 【Methods】A total of 196 patients with carotid artery stenosis (observation group) admitted to the neurosurgery department of our hospital were selected. The carotid artery stenosis was diagnosed by CTA or DSA. A total of 360 volunteers (control group) who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected. 14 loci of 12 genes,including CAMTA1,SLC30A8,CDKN2A/B,TCF7L2,SLC2A9,IGF1,PDGFB,FTO,KCNJ15,ESR1,were genotyped. The differences in SNP locus gene frequencies between the two groups were compared by Pearson χ

. 【Results】 The analysis of 14 candidate SNP loci showed that the frequency of ESR1 rs722208 allele G in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P=0.019),and the frequency of KCNJ15 rs3746876 allele T was higher than that in the control group (P=0.034). In this study,115 patients with unilateral carotid artery stenosis and 81 patients with bilateral carotid artery stenosis were observed in the observation group. Further analysis was made on the association between the genotype of ESR1 rs722208 and KCNJ15 rs3746876 and the number of carotid artery lesions. There was significant difference between patients with bilateral carotid artery stenosis and the control group ESR1 rs722208 (P=0.007,OR=1.628,95%CI:1.139~2.326) and KCNJ15 rs3746876 (P=0.026,OR=1.809,95%CI:1.066~3.073) (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】ESR1 rs722208 and KCNJ15 rs3746876 mutations may be related to the occurrence and development of carotid artery stenosis.

Predictive Value of Serum MMP-9 and β-hCG for Premature Rupture of Membranes Complicated with Intrauterine Mycoplasma Infection

【Objective】To investigate the predictive value of serum matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and β-human chorionic gonadotropin (β-hCG) in predicting premature rupture of membranes (PROM) complicated with intrauterine mycoplasma infection. 【Methods】A total of 199 cases of PROM pregnant women in AVIC Xi'an Hospital from March 2018 to May 2020 were selected. They were divided into non infection group (126 cases) and mycoplasma infection group (73 cases) according to the pathological examination of postpartum fetal membrane. Another 100 cases of normal pregnant women in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The expression levels of MMP-9 and β-hCG in serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA),body mass index (BMI),birth history,abortion/induced labor history,gestational diabetes mellitus and pregnancy induced hypertension were collected and compared among the three groups; the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was drawn to evaluate the predictive value of serum MMP-9 and β-hCG in pregnant women with PROM complicated with intrauterine mycoplasma infection; and multivariate Logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of PROM complicated with intrauterine mycoplasma infection. 【Results】There were no significant differences in age,BMI,gestational weeks,the proportion of primipara and the proportion of gestational diabetes mellitus between the control group,the non infection group and the mycoplasma infection group (P>0.05),while the differences in the proportion of abortion/induced labor history and the proportion of pregnancy induced hypertension were statistically significant (P<0.05); compared with those in the control group,the levels of serum MMP-9 and β-hCG in the non infection group and the mycoplasma infection group were higher (P<0.05); compared with those in the non infection group,the levels of serum MMP-9 and β-hCG in the mycoplasma infection group were higher (P<0.05); the area under the curve (AUC) of serum MMP-9 and β-hCG in predicting PROM complicated with intrauterine mycoplasma infection in pregnant women was 0.814,0.834,respectively,the cut-off value was 370.72 ng/L and 16.46 mol/ml,respectively,the sensitivity was 74.00% and 83.60% respectively,the specificity was 77.00% and 71.00%,respectively. The AUC of combined prediction was 0.907,the sensitivity was 79.50%,and the specificity was 88.50%; the high expression of MMP-9 and the high expression of β-hCG were independent risk factors of PROM complicated with intrauterine mycoplasma infection (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The levels of serum MMP-9 and β-hCG are closely related to the occurrence of PROM complicated with intrauterine mycoplasma infection in pregnant women. The combined diagnosis efficiency of the two methods is high,which may be the auxiliary biological indicators for the early diagnosis of PROM complicated with intrauterine mycoplasma infection.

Construction and Evaluation of Nomograph Model for Predicting the Outcome of Frozen Thawed Embryo Transfer

【Objective】To explore the construction and evaluation of nomograph prediction model for the outcome of frozen thawed embryo transfer (FET). 【Methods】A total of 302 patients who underwent FET in our hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were analyzed by regression. A total of 414 FET cycles were included. They were divided into pregnancy group (232 cycles) and non pregnancy group (182 cycles) according to the success of pregnancy. The clinical data of all patients were analyzed. The independent factors affecting the success of FET cycles were screened by multivariate logistic regression model,Independent influencing factors are incorporated into R software to establish nomograph prediction model,and the distinction and consistency between the model and the area evaluation model under ROC curve are internally verified by bootstrap method. 【Results】 There were 232 clinical pregnancies in 414 FET cycles,and the clinical pregnancy rate was 56.04% (232/414); Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age < 30 years old,decreased artificial cycles and the number of high-quality embryos were the independent influencing factors of clinical pregnancy (P<0.05); The nomograph prediction model was established based on age,endometrial preparation scheme and the number of high-quality embryos. The internal verification results of bootstrap repeated sampling for 100 times showed that the predicted value of calibration curve was basically consistent with the actual value,Hosmer lemeshow goodness of fit test=4.842,P=0.774; The area under ROC curve was 0.783 (95%CI:0.738~0.827). 【Conclusion】The nomogram prediction model based on the independent influencing factors of clinical pregnancy rate of FET has good accuracy and differentiation,and can provide certain guiding value for the judgment of clinical pregnancy outcome of FET.

Clinical Efficacy of Progesterone Combined with Hysteroscopic Planing System in the Treatment of Infertility Patients with Endometrial Polyps

【Objective】To investigate the clinical effect of progesterone combined with hysteroscopic planing system (IBS) in the treatment of infertility patients with endometrial polyps. 【Methods】A total of 92 infertile patients with endometrial polyps diagnosed and treated in Xi'an Fourth Hospital from August 2019 to June 2021 were randomly divided into control group (treated with progesterone combined with common bipolar hysteroscopic electrotomy system) and observation group (treated with progesterone combined with hysteroscopic IBS),with 46 cases in each group. The operation time,total amount and absorption of perfusion media,clinical efficacy,recurrence of endometrial polyps,pregnancy,menstrual cycle,menstrual volume and endometrial thickness before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. 【Results】The operation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). The total amount of perfusion medium and the absorption of perfusion medium in the control group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference in menstrual cycle,menstrual volume and endometrial thickness between the two groups (P>0.05); After treatment,the menstrual cycle,menstrual volume and endometrial thickness of the two groups were less than those before treatment (P<0.05),and the menstrual cycle,menstrual volume and endometrial thickness of the observation group were less than those of the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group,and the pregnancy rate was higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Progesterone combined with hysteroscopic IBS in the treatment of endometrial polyp infertility can shorten the operation time,reduce the total amount and absorption of perfusion media,regulate the menstrual cycle and menstrual volume,reduce the endometrial thickness and recurrence rate,and improve the clinical efficacy and pregnancy rate. It is worthy of clinical application.

Expression of Activated Protein C and Protein C in Plasma of Patients with Recurrent Abortion Complicated with Antiphospholipid Syndrome and its Clinical Significance

【Objective】To investigate the expression and clinical significance of activated protein C (APC) and protein C (PC) in plasma of patients with recurrent abortion (RSA) complicated with antiphospholipid syndrome (APS). 【Methods】A total of 123 patients with RSA diagnosed and treated in the Yulin No.2 Hospital from August 2017 to January 2020 were selected and divided into simple RSA group (63 cases) and RSA complicated with APS group (60 cases) according to whether the patients were combined with APS. 63 female volunteers who had normal physical examination in the same hospital in the same period were selected as the control group.The general data of each group was compared;the levels of APC and PC in plasma were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA); Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyze the correlation between plasma APC level and PC level in RSA patients with APS; Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to evaluate the predictive value of APC and PC levels in plasma for RSA combined with APS. 【Results】The plasma levels of APC,PC and estradiol (E

) in RSA complicated with APS group were lower than those in the RSA group and the control group. The plasma levels of APC and PC in the RSA group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); There was a positive correlation between plasma APC level and PC level in RSA patients with APS (r=0.466,P<0.05); The area under curve (AUC) of plasma APC and PC levels in predicting RSA complicated with APS were 0.854 and 0.837 respectively.The cut-off values are 2520.63 ng/L and 2.93 μg/mL respectively. The sensitivity was 81.7% and 85.0% respectively and the specificity was 81.2% and 72.4% respectively; The AUC of combined diagnosis of RSA and APS was 0.907,the sensitivity and specificity were 80.0% and 90.2% respectively. 【Conclusion】 The plasma levels of APC and PC in patients with RSA complicated with APS were significantly decreased. The combination of the two can effectively improve the diagnostic efficiency of RSA complicated with APS,and help to predict whether APS complicated with RSA.

Relationships of Prognosis with Levels of Serum Tumor Necrosis Factor-α and Procalcitonin in Patients with Lupus Nephritis Complicated with Acute Renal Injury

【Objective】To explore the relationships of prognosis with levels of serum tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and procalcitonin (PCT) in patients with lupus nephritis (LN) complicated with acute renal injury (AKI). 【Methods】According to whether AKI occurred,136 patients with LN were divided into the AKI group (n=84) and the non-AKI group (n=52). Meanwhile,85 healthy volunteers in our hospital were selected as the control group. PCT,TNF-α,homocysteine (Hcy) and serum creatinine (SCr) levels were measured in all subjects. The 24-hour urinary protein level of LN patients was detected by urine analyzer and the sequential organ failure score (SOFA) of LN patients was evaluated. Patients in the AKI group were followed up for 3 months:they were divided into the survival group and the death group according to the survival situation. Bivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the relationship between related indicators and prognosis. 【Results】Compared to the control group,the serum levels of PCT,TNF-α,SCr and Hcy in both AKI group and non-AKI group were higher (P<0.05). compared with the non-AKI group,24-hour urinary protein,SOFA score and serum PCT,TNF-α,SCr and Hcy levels in the AKI group were higher (P<0.05). Compared with the survival group,the levels of serum PCT and TNF-α in the death group increased significantly (P<0.05). Using bivariate logistic regression analysis,serum PCT and TNF-α were risk factors for prognosis of lupus nephritis complicated with AKI (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The levels of serum PCT and TNF-α in patients with lupus nephritis who complicated with AKI are much higher,which may provide a reference for predicting the prognosis of patients.

Application of Personalized Peptide Net Combined with Barrier Membrane in Guided Bone Regeneration for Alveolar Bone Defect Repair

【Objective】 To investigate the effect of personalized peptide mesh combined with barrier membrane in guided bone regeneration (GBR) for alveolar bone defect repair. 【Methods】A total of 106 patients with alveolar bone defects with missing upper anterior teeth who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 53 cases in each group. GBR technique was used to repair alveolar bone defects in both groups,conventional barrier membrane was used in the control group,and personalized peptide net was given in the observation group on the basis of the control group. The bone increment,gingival aesthetics,periodontal index and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. 【Results】 Six months after operation,the width of alveolar bone in the observation group was greater than that in the control group (P<0.05),the change of alveolar bone width was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05),and the total score of red aesthetic index (PES) of implant repair was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); There was no significant difference in the total score of white aesthetic index (WES) between the two groups (P>0.05). The depth of detection (PD) and the level of adhesion (AL) of the two groups at 6 months after operation were lower than those before operation (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in PD and Al between the two groups at 6 months after operation (P>0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of total complications one month after operation (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】 The use of personalized peptide net and barrier membrane in GBR repair of alveolar bone defects can increase the bone mass and red aesthetic effect of alveolar bone defects,provide a stable implant environment,and have good safety.

Relationship between Urinary Neutrophil Gelatinase-associated Lipocalin and Early Renal Impairment in Patients with Hypertension

【Objective】To investigate the relationship between urinary neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL) and early renal impairment in patients with hypertension. 【Methods】A total of 125 patients with hypertension who were treated in our hospital were recruited in the study. According to the 24-hour urine microalbumin excretion rate,a large number of proteinuria group (A group),micro-proteinuria group (B group) and normal proteinuria in the group (C group) were grouped. Healthy volunteers were selected as the control group. The serum creatinine (SCr),urea nitrogen (BUN),urinary NGAL and glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) were compared among those groups. The correlation of urinary NGAL to SCr,BUN and eGFR was analyzed. The ROC curve was used to analyze the value of urinary NGAL in the diagnosis of early renal damage in patients with hypertension. 【Results】Compared with the control group,the SCr,BUN,and urinary NGAL levels in the hypertension group significantly increased,while the eGFR levels significantly decreased (P<0.05).The SCr,BUN and urinary NGAL levels in the A group and B group were higher than those in the C group,while the levels of eGFR in both A and B groups were lower than that in the C group (P<0.05). The levels of BUN and urinary NGAL in the A group were higher than those in the B group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the levels of SCr and eGFR between the A group and B group (P>0.05).The SCr,BUN,and urinary NGAL levels in the death group were higher than those in the survival group,and the eGFR was lower than the survival group (P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that urinary NGAL level was positively correlated with SCr and BUN,and negatively correlated with eGFR ( P<0.05).The AUC of the ROC curve for urinary NGAL diagnosis of impaired renal function in early stage of hypertension was 0.884. When the cut-off point was 78.9 ng/mL,the sensitivity and specificity were 87.2% and 84.9%,respectively. 【Conclusion】The level of urinary NGAL is significantly elevated in patients with hypertension,and its level is positively correlated with the degree of early renal injury. It can be used as a reliable indicator for the diagnosis of early renal injury in hypertension.

Clinical Value of D-dimer Combined with NT-proBNP in Predicting Short-term Mortality Risk in Patients with Acute Heart Failure

【Objective】To explore the clinical value of D-dimer combined with N-terminal pro-B-type brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) in predicting the risk of recent death in patients with acute heart failure (AHF).【Methods】 A total of patients with AHF admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to December 2020 were selected. All patients were followed up for 3 months. They were divided into survival group (n=65) and death group (n=21) according to their survival conditions. The levels of D-dimer and NT-proBNP in serum were measured by immunoturbidimetry of latex and electrochemiluminescence. The influencing factors of recent death in AHF patients were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression. The clinical value of D-dimer combined with NT-proBNP in predicting the risk of recent death was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC curve).【Results】 Compared with the survival group,the AHF family history rate in the death group was higher (P<0.05). The levels of NT-proBNP and D-dimer in serum of death group were higher than those of survival group (P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that D-dimer and NT-proBNP were the risk factors of recent death in AHF patients (P<0.05). The AUC of D-dimer combined with NT-proBNP in predicting the recent death of AHF patients was 0.917 (95%CI:0.860~0.974). The sensitivity and specificity were 98.90% and 66.70% respectively. 【Conclusion】 D-dimer and NT-proBNP are risk factors of recent death in AHF patients. Serum D-dimer combined with NT-proBNP has certain clinical value in predicting recent death in AHF patients.

Study on Serum ALD,AngII Levels and their Correlation in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction Complicated with Heart Failure

【Objective】 To investigate the levels of serum aldosterone (ALD) and angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ) in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and heart failure (HF) and their correlation. 【Methods】 A total of 280 AMI patients admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to October 2020 were selected. According to whether AMI patients had HF,280 patients were divided into non HF group (n=219) and HF group (n=61). Serum N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP),renin (REN),ALD and AngⅡwere detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the risk factors of HF in AMI patients. ROC curve was used to analyze the predictive value of serum NT-proBNP,REN,ALD and AngⅡ levels for HF in AMI patients.【Results】 LVEF in the HF group was significantly lower than that in the non HF group,and serum NT-proBNP level was significantly higher than that in the non HF group (P<0.05). The levels of serum REN,ALD and AngⅡ in the HF group were significantly higher than those in the non HF group (P<0.05). The expression levels of REN,ALD and AngⅡ in serum of patients with different Killip grades were significantly different (P<0.05); The serum levels of REN,ALD and AngⅡ in Killip Ⅲ and Ⅳ patients were higher than those in KillipⅡ patients,and those in Killip Ⅳ patients were higher than those in Killip Ⅲ patients,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Multivariate logistic analysis showed that the levels of NT proBNP,REN,ALD and AngⅡ in serum were independent risk factors for HF in patients with AMI (P<0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that AUC predicted by serum ALD level was higher than NT-proBNP,REN and AngⅡ (P<0.05),and AUC predicted by AngⅡ and REN levels was higher than NT-proBNP (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Serum ALD and AngⅡ are highly expressed in patients with AMI complicated with HF,which can be used as indicators to predict the occurrence of HF,and the level of serum ALD has a higher predictive value.

Correlation between Serum Levels of sTREM-1,PCT,APACHE Ⅱ,MODS and Prognosis of Elderly Patients with Severe Pneumonia and Respiratory Failure

【Objective】 To investigate the correlation between serum soluble myeloid cell trigger receptor (sTREM-1),procalcitonin (PCT),acute physiology and chronic health score Ⅱ (APACHEⅡ),multiple organ dysfunction score (MODS) and the prognosis of elderly patients with severe pneumonia (SP) and respiratory failure (RF).【Methods】 The clinical data of 164 patients with SP and RF diagnosed and treated in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. After admission,all patients received routine treatment such as anti infection,expectoration,correction of water and electrolyte. According to the treatment effect,the patients were divided into good prognosis group (significantly effective + effective,n=92) and poor prognosis group (n=72). The basic data of the two groups were compared [gender,age,body mass index (BMI),residential area,smoking history,drinking history,history of immunosuppressant or glucocorticoid use,combined diseases (hypertension,diabetes,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,hyperlipidemia),mechanical ventilation,RF classification,acute physiology and APACHE Ⅱ score,MODS score] and laboratory indicators (sTREM-1,PCT) difference. The predictive value of age,APACHE Ⅱ score,MODS score,sTREM-1 and PCT level on the prognosis of patients with SP and RF was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. The risk factors for poor prognosis of patients with SP and RF were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression.【Results】 Among the 164 patients,56.10% (92/164) had a good prognosis and 43.90% (72/164) had a poor prognosis. There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender,BMI,residential area,drinking history,history of immunosuppressant or glucocorticoid use,hypertension,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,hyperlipidemia and RF classification (P>0.05); The proportion of patients with smoking history,diabetes and mechanical ventilation in the poor prognosis group was significantly higher than that in the good prognosis group(P>0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that age,APACHE Ⅱ score,MODS score,sTREM-1 and PCT could predict the prognosis of patients with SP and RF. The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that:smoking history,diabetes,mechanical ventilation,age ≥ 76 years,Apache Ⅱ score ≥ 17.880,MODS score ≥ 9.835,sTREM-1 ≥ 81.375 ng/L,PCT ≥ 22.220 μg/L were risk factors for poor prognosis in patients with SP and RF.【Conclusion】Serum sTREM-1,PCT,APACHE Ⅱ and MODS scores can affect the prognosis of patients with SP and RF. When APACHE Ⅱ score≥17.880,MODS score≥9.835,sTREM-1≥81.375 ng/L,PCT≥22.220 μg/L can predict the prognosis of such patients.

Efficacy of Paclitaxel Combined with Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy on Advanced Cervical Cancer and Expression of Serum OPN and MMP-9

【Objective】To investigate the efficacy of paclitaxel combined with intensity modulated radiation therapy and its effects on the expression of osteopontin (OPN) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in patients with advanced cervical cancer. 【Methods】A total of 118 patients with advanced cervical cancer in our hospital,were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the treatment plan. The control group of 58 cases were treated with intensity modulated radiotherapy + cisplatin; the study group of 60 cases were treated with paclitaxel on the basis of the control group. The short-term efficacy,long-term efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups,and the expression levels of serum OPN and MMP-9 were detected and compared as well. 【Results】The short-term effective rate of the observation group was 91.67% and that of the control group was 84.48%. However,there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment,the expression levels of serum OPN and MMP-9 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05); And the expression levels of serum OPN and MMP-9 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of recent adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). The 3-year cumulative survival rate of the observation group was 73.33% (44/60),which was significantly higher than that of the control group 51.72% (30/58),and the Log Rank test results indicated that the overall survival curves of the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Paclitaxel combined with intensity modulated radiation therapy is effective in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer. It can down-regulate the expression of serum OPN and MMP-9,improve the long-term survival rate,and the safety is acceptable.

Predictive Efficacy of MRA in Intracranial Aneurysm Rupture and Hemorrhage and the Value of Evaluating the Patency of the Parent Artery after Operation

【Objective】 To investigate the predictive efficacy of magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) in the rupture and hemorrhage of intracranial aneurysms and to evaluate the patency of the parent artery. 【Methods】A total of 121 patients with intracranial aneurysms treated in our hospital from October 2017 to may 2020 were selected and divided into rupture group (aneurysm rupture and bleeding,n=45) and unruptured group (aneurysm unruptured,n=76) according to the situation of aneurysm rupture and bleeding. The MRA parameters of the two groups were compared [oscillatory shear index (OSI),wall shear stress averaged (WSSA),wall shear stress gradient averaged (WSSGA),normalized surface wall shear stress maximum (NWSSM),low shear stress area ratio (LSAR),normalized surface pressure averaged (NPA)of systolic aneurysms ,normalized one cardiac cycle pressure maximum (NPM)],the influencing factors of intracranial aneurysm rupture and hemorrhage and the predictive value of MRA parameters for intracranial aneurysm rupture and hemorrhage were analyzed. The patients were followed up for 1 year. The value of MRA in evaluating the patency of tumor bearing artery was evaluated by DSA. 【Results】There was no significant difference in WSSA,NPA and NPM between the two groups (P>0.05); The tumor length,width,AR,SR,OSI,WSSGA and LSAR in the ruptured group were higher than those in the unruptured group,and NWSSM was lower than those in the unruptured group (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that OSI,WSSGA,LSAR and NWSSM were important influencing factors of intracranial aneurysm rupture and hemorrhage (P<0.05); The AUC of OSI,WSSGA,LSAR and NWSSM in predicting intracranial aneurysm rupture and hemorrhage was 0.861,the sensitivity was 80.49%,and the specificity was 84.21%,which was significantly higher than that predicted by the four alone; Kappa consistency analysis showed that MRA and DSA were highly consistent in evaluating the patency of the parent artery (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 The combination of OSI,WSSGA,LSAR,NWSSM and other parameters measured by MRA is of high value in predicting the rupture and hemorrhage of intracranial aneurysms,and can better evaluate the patency of the parent artery after operation.

Expression of miR-21 in Peripheral Blood of Patients with Ulcerative Colitis and its Correlation with Th17/Treg Balance

【Objective】To investigate the correlation between plasma microRNA-21 (miR-21) ,peripheral blood mononuclear cell helper T cell subsets 17 (Th17) cells and regulatory T cells (Treg) in patients with ulcerative colitis. 【Methods】 A total of 102 patients with ulcerative colitis (observation group) admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to December 2019 were selected,and 114 healthy volunteers (control group) who underwent physical examination in our hospital at the same time were selected. The levels of miR-21 in plasma were detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR (qRT-PCR),Th17 cells and Treg cells were detected by flow cytometry,and the levels of interleukin-17 (IL-17) and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β) in plasma were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA),levels of interleukin-10 (IL-10) and interleukin-21 (IL-21); the correlation between plasma inflammatory factor levels and miR-21,Th17/Treg levels in patients with ulcerative colitis,and the factors affecting the occurrence of ulcerative coliti were analyzed. 【Results】 The levels of miR-21,Th17 cells and Th17/Treg in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of Treg cells were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of IL-17 and IL-21 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,The level of TGF-β and IL-10 was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Pearson analysis showed that the levels of miR-21 and Th17/Treg in patients with ulcerative colitis were positively correlated (r=0.598,P<0.05),and the levels of miR-21 and Th17/Treg were positively correlated with the levels of IL-17 and IL-21,and was negatively correlated with the level of TGF-β and IL-10 (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that miR-21 and Th17/Treg were independent risk factors for ulcerative colitis (P<0.05). TGF-β was the protective factor of ulcerative colitis (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Patients with ulcerative colitis have a serious imbalance of Th17/Treg,and the imbalance of Th17/Treg may be closely related to the level of miR-21.

Expression and Significance of TrxR,7-AABs and Forkhead Box A1 Protein in Patients with Early Lung Cancer

【Objective】To investigate the expression and significance of thioredoxin reductase (TrxR),seven serum autoantibodies (7-AABs) and forkhead box A1 protein in patients with early lung cancer. 【Methods】A total of 100 patients with early-stage lung cancer were treated in our hospital. The cancer tissues were surgically removed,and the lung cancer tissues and adjacent tissues more than 2 cm away from the edge of the cancer tissues were retained. The tumor suppressor gene product,protein gene product 9.5 (PGP9.5),sex determining region Y box protein 2 (SOX2),tumor/testicular antigen g-antigen 7 (GAGE7),ATP binding RNA gyrase GBU4-5,melanoma antigen A1 (MAGEA1) and cancer associated gene (CAGE) were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. TrxR and forkhead box A1 proteins were detected by immunohistochemical staining.【Results】The expression levels of 7-AABs,TrxR and forkhead box A1 protein in cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent tissues; The expression levels of 7-AABs,TrxR and forkhead box A1 protein in patients with N1 lymph node metastasis were higher than those without N1 lymph node metastasis; The expression levels of 7-AABs,TrxR and forkhead box A1 protein in poorly differentiated patients were higher than those in highly and moderately differentiated patients,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).【Conclusion】The expression of TrxR,7-AABs and forkhead box A1 protein in early lung cancer increased significantly,which was related to the presence or absence of N1 lymph node metastasis and the level of high,medium and low differentiation. All three are involved in the occurrence and development of early lung cancer.

Expression and Clinical Significance of Histone Deacetylase (HDAC9) in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

【Objective】To explore the expression of histone deacetylase 9 (HDAC9) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and its clinical significance. 【Methods】A total of 41 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma confirmed by pathological biopsy in Otorhinolaryngology of our hospital were selected as the observation group. In addition,24 patients with chronic nasopharyngitis were selected as the control group. The expression of HDAC9 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry; the relative expression of HDAC9 mRNA was detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR (qRT-PCR). The three-year survival of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients in the HDAC9 mRNA high expression group and the HDAC9 mRNA low expression group were compared and analyzed. 【Results】Immunohistochemistry showed that the expression of HDAC9 protein in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); qRT-PCR showed that the relative expression of HDAC9 mRNA in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The number of cases with high expression of HDAC9 mRNA (n=30) was much higher than that of cases with low expression (n=11) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues (P<0.05).The expression of HDAC9 mRNA was not related to gender,age and pathological type (P>0.05),while its expression was related to lymph node metastasis and TNM stage (P<0.05). The 3-year survival rate of patients with high expression of HDAC9 mRNA was 56.67% (17/30) and the 3-year survival rate with low expression was 81.82% (9/11). The survival rate of HDAC9 mRNA high expression group was lower than that of low expression group (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】The expression of HDAC9 is low in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients,and the expression of HDAC9 mRNA is related to lymph node metastasis and TNM stage.

Effect of Whole Course Neoadjuvant Therapy on Efficacy of Locally Advanced Middle and Low Rectal Cancer and Expression of Malignant Biological Marker Genes in the Lesion

【Objective】To analyze the effect of whole course neoadjuvant therapy on the curative effect of locally advanced middle and low rectal cancer and the expression of malignant biological marker genes in the lesions. 【Methods】A total of 74 patients with locally advanced middle and low rectal cancer who were admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 37 cases in each group. The control group was given neoadjuvant therapy before surgery,while the observation group was given whole course neoadjuvant therapy. The recent anti-tumor efficacy and lesion resection were compared between the two groups. The expression of biological marker genes in the lesions,drug safety and the prognosis of the two groups were counted as well. 【Results】The objective remission rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The R0 resection rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The relative expression levels of matrix metalloproteinase-11 (MMP-11) and Slug in the surgically removed lesions of the two groups were lower than before treatment (P<0.05). The relative expression levels of MMP-11 and Slug in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The relative expressions of microtubule-related tumor suppressor genes 1 (MTUS1),matrix metalloproteinase 1 (TIMP1),Runx3,and p53 in surgically removed lesions were higher than before treatment in the two groups (P<0.05); And their relative expression levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of hand-foot syndrome,nausea and vomiting,diarrhea,and peripheral neuropathy between the two groups (P>0.05). The three-year survival rates of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The overall survival rate curves of the two groups were compared,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The whole course neoadjuvant therapy can improve the short-term curative effect and surgical R0 resection rate in patients with locally advanced middle and low rectal cancer,inhibit cancer cell invasion,and improve the prognosis.

Levels and Significance of miR-17 and ATG12 in Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells of Leukemia Patients

【Objective】To investigate the expression and significance of microRNA-17 (miR-17) and autophagy gene-12 (ATG12) in bone marrow mono-nuclear cells (BMMNC) of adult acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). 【Methods】 A total of 83 adult bone marrow specimens of ALL patients admitted to our hospital were collected as the observation group. According to their disease conditions,they were divided into the newly diagnosed group of 30 cases,the remission group of 32 cases, and the refractory group of 21 cases. A total of 30 bone marrow specimens from patients with normal bone marrow and non-hematopoietic system diseases who were treated in our hospital during the same period,which matched the age and sex of the observation group,were selected as the control group. The relative expressions of miR-17 and ATG12 in BMMNC were detected and the relationship of relative expressions of miR-17 and ATG12 were analyzed . 【Results】The relative expressions of miR-17 and ATG12 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The relative expressions of miR-17 and ATG12 in the newly diagnosed group and the refractory relapse group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05),while the relative expressions of miR-17 and ATG12 in the remission group were significantly lower than those in the newly diagnosed group and the refractory relapse group (P<0.05). The relative expressions levels of miR-17 and ATG12 in the remission group and the control group showed no statistically significant difference (P>0.05),while the relative expressions levels of miR-17 and ATG12 in the refractory and relapsed group showed no statistically significant difference from the newly diagnosed group (P>0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that the relative expression levels of miR-17 and ATG12 were positively correlated (r=0.414,P<0.05) 【Conclusion】Both miR-17 and ATG12 are highly expressed and they are positively correlated in BMMNC of adult ALL patients. The autophagy activity of ATG12 was enhanced,suggesting that changes in the expression of miR-17 and ATG12 may be related to the occurrence,development and recurrence of ALL,whose specific mechanism of action remains to be further studied.

Serum FIB,TSP-1 Levels in Children with Severe Mycoplasma Pneumonia and their Correlation with Prognosis

【Objective】To investigate the serum levels of human fibrinogen (FIB) and platelet reactive protein-1 (TSP-1) in children with severe Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP),and to analyze their correlation with prognosis. 【Methods】 A total of 80 children with severe MPP (severe group) and 80 children with mild MPP were selected as the mild group. According to the prognosis of the children,the children with severe MPP were divided into the improvement group (n=53) and the deterioration group (n=27). The levels of FIB and TSP-1 in serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The correlation between FIB and TSP-1 levels and pneumonia severity index (PSI) was analyzed by Pearson method. The predictive value of FIB and TSP-1 in serum for the poor prognosis of children with severe MPP was analyzed by ROC curve.【Results】Compared with the mild MPP group,the platelet count (PLT),mean platelet volume (MPV),D-dimer,antithrombin Ⅲ (AT-Ⅲ),white blood cell count (WBC),neutrophil count (NEU),lactate dehydrogenase (LDH),erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR),C-reactive protein (CRP) and PSI score in the severe MPP group were significantly higher (P<0.05). The levels of serum FIB and TSP-1 in the severe group were significantly higher than those in the mild group (P<0.05). The expression levels of FIB and TSP-1 in serum of children with severe MPP were positively correlated with PSI score (P<0.05). The expression levels of FIB,TSP-1 and PSI score in the MPP group and the deterioration group were significantly higher than those in the mild MPP group (P<0.05). The sensitivity,specificity and area under the curve were 88.89%,81.13% and 0.920 respectively.【Conclusion】The levels of serum FIB and TSP-1 in children with severe MPP are significantly increased,which is related to the severity of the disease,and may be used as a potential marker to predict the poor prognosis of children with severe MPP.

Correlation between AQP4,VEGF and Peritumoral Edema in Adult Gliomas

【Objective】 To investigate the relationship between aquaporin 4 (AQP4),vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and peritumoral edema in adult glioma.【Methods】 A total of 80 adult glioma tissue specimens (observation group) preserved in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2020 were selected,and 50 normal brain tissues were selected as the control group. The expression of AQP4 and VEGF was detected by immunohistochemical staining,and the positive expression of AQP4 and VEGF in patients with different levels of peritumoral edema was analyzed. 【Results】The positive expression rates of VEGF and AQP4 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The positive expression rates of VEGF and AQP4 in high-grade gliomas were significantly higher than those in low-grade gliomas (P<0.05); There was no significant difference in gender,age,hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia,tumor diameter,tumor number and tumor location (P>0.05). With the increase of peritumoral edema level,the positive expression rates of VEGF and AQP4 increased significantly (P<0.05). Serum PTX3 and HBP Levels in Patients with Chronic Liver Failure Complicated with Bacterial Infection and their Clinical Value in Predicting Prognosis

【Objective】To investigate the levels of serum pentamerin 3 (PTX3) and heparin binding protein (HBP) in patients with chronic liver failure (CLF) complicated with bacterial infection and their clinical value in predicting prognosis. 【Methods】A total of 138 patients with CLF admitted to Department of General Surgery,Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Medical College from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected and divided into observation group (with bacterial infection,n=58) and control group (without bacterial infection,n=80) according to whether they were complicated with bacterial infection. The levels of serum PTX3 and HBP were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA),and the relationship between the expression levels of serum PTX3 and HBP and clinicopathological features was analyzed. The levels of serum PTX3 and HBP in patients with different prognosis were compared; ROC curve was used to analyze the diagnostic value of serum PTX3 and HBP levels in patients with poor prognosis. 【Results】The levels of serum PTX3 and HBP in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in age,sex and diabetes among patients with different serum PTX3 and HBP levels (P>0.05);There were significant differences in clinical stages,MELD scores and compl ications (P<0.05). The levels of serum PTX3 and HBP in the death group were significantly higher than those in the survival group (P<0.05). The area under curve (AUC) of serum PTX3 in predicting poor prognosis was 0.876,the sensitivity was 92.1%,and the specificity was 80.0%; The AUC of serum HBP in predicting poor prognosis was 0.893,the sensitivity was 71.1%,and the specificity was 95.0%; The AUC predicted by the two methods was 0.959,the sensitivity was 84.2%,and the specificity was 95.0%. 【Conclusion】 Serum PTX3 and HBP are highly expressed in patients with CLF complicated with bacterial infection. The high expression of PTX3 and HBP is related to the poor prognosis of patients. It is a potential biological index to diagnose the prognosis of patients.

Correlation between of Levels of Serum HB-EGF and HIF-1α and its Prognosis in Children with Lupus Nephritis

【Objective】To investigate the correlation between levels of serum heparin binding epidermal growth factor (HB-EGF) and hypoxia inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) in children with lupus nephritis and its prognosis.【Methods】 A total of 70 children with lupus nephritis (observation group) admitted to the first Yulin hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were followed up for 18~36 months. The children were divided into good prognosis group (n=55) and poor prognosis group (n=15) according to whether there were composite renal end points at the end of follow-up. A total of 50 healthy children who underwent physical examination in our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group. Levels of the serum HB-EGF and HIF-1α of subjects in different groups were measured at admission. The subjects's operating characteristic curve (ROC curve) and the area under curve (AUC) were used to evaluate the predictive value of their expression levels on the prognosis of children with lupus nephritis,and logistic regression analysis was performed on the related factors affecting the prognosis of children with lupus nephritis.【Results】The levels of serum HB-EGF and HIF-1α in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The levels of serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,serum HB-EGF and HIF-1αin the poor prognosis group were significantly higher than those in the group with good prognosis (P<0.05). The expression level of the area under the curve (AUC) of serum HB-EGF and HIF-1α were 0.869 and 0.822 respectively,the cut-off values were 39.692 pg/mL and 97.448 ng/L respectively,the sensitivity were 86.70% and 66.70% respectively,and the specificity were 76.40% and 92.70% respectively; The combined AUC was 0.937,the sensitivity and specificity were 80.00% and 96.40%. Logistic analysis showed that high levels of serum HB-EGF and HIF-1α were independent risk factors influencing the prognosis of children with lupus nephritis.【Conclusion】 The levels of serum HB-EGF and HIF-1α in children with lupus nephritis has increased significantly,and its expression level has a certain predictive value for the prognosis of children with lupus nephritis.
