Abstract:【Objective】To analyze the predictive value of interleukin-10(IL-10) combined with lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(LP-PLA2) in the prognosis of young patients with cerebral infarction. 【Methods】A total of 86 young patients with cerebral infarction were recruited in the study to analyze the prognostic risk factors. According to the prognosis of 3 months after discharge,the patients were divided into the poor prognosis group and good prognosis group. The value of peripheral blood LP-PLA2 and IL-10 in predicting prognosis of young patients with cerebral infarction was investigated by area under the curve(AUC). 【Results】Among 86 young patients with cerebral infarction,21 cases(24.42%) had the poor prognosis at 3 months after discharge. The level of uric acid(UA) in the poor prognosis group was lower than that in the good prognosis group(P<0.05),while the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),IL-10 and LP-PLA2 of peripheral blood in the poor prognosis group were higher than those in the good prognosis group(P<0.05). IL-10,LP-PLA2 and TNF-α in peripheral blood were risk factors for the poor prognosis in young patients with cerebral infarction(OR=3.374,3.010,and 2.740,P<0.05). The AUC values of peripheral blood LP-PLA2,IL-10 and their combination in predicting poor prognosis of young patients with cerebral infarction were 0.755,0.752 and 0.884(P<0.05),respectively,which showed the AUC value of the combination of LP-PLA2 and IL-10 were higher(P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Peripheral blood LP-PLA2 and IL-10 play an important role in predicting the prognosis of young patients with cerebral infarction,and their combination has even higher predictive value.
