Abstract:【Objective】To explore the value of nurse-led multidisciplinary pulmonary rehabilitation intervention in the perioperative period of lung cancer patients. 【Methods】Eighty lung cancer patients admitted to the thoracic surgery department of Dongguan People's Hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases). In the experimental group, nurse-led multidisciplinary pulmonary rehabilitation comprehensive intervention measures were adopted on the basis of routine postoperative nursing, including preoperative respiratory function exercise, early respiratory function exercise and early out of bed activities. The changes of related indexes were collected. 【Results】In the experimental group, the time of bed activity, the average time of detaining the chest tube and the time of detaining the urinary tube were significantly shortened, In addition, the pulmonary function and the arterial oxygen pressure of the first to fifth days were significantly better than those of the control group. 【Conclusion】nurse-led multidisciplinary pulmonary rehabilitation intervention can rapidly and effectively improve the preoperative pulmonary function reserve, promote postoperative pulmonary rehabilitation, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and improve the quality of nursing.
