Abstract:【Objective】 To investigate the effect and safety of thoracoscopic non-cutting closure on the clinical outcomes of patients with giant bullous bullae. 【Methods】 Eighty-eight patients with pulmonary bullae in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 44 cases in each group. The control group was given endoscopic linear cutting obturator operation, and the observation group was given thoracoscopic non cutting obturator operation. The operation related conditions (total operation cost, chest tube drainage, postoperative hospitalization, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative air leakage rate), postoperative blood gas level, clinical efficacy and incidence of dyspnea were compared between the two groups.【Results】 The operation related conditions (total operation cost, chest tube drainage, postoperative hospitalization and intraoperative blood loss) of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, there was no significant difference in blood gas level between the two groups (P>0.05); the incidence of dyspnea in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).【Conclusion】 Thoracoscopic non cutting obturator surgery for giant pulmonary bullae can improve the operation conditions of patients, reduce the symptoms of dyspnea, and promote the recovery of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
