Abstract:【Objective】 To investigate the effect of total thoracoscopic lobectomy on protein metabolism and stress factors in elderly patients with lung cancer.【Methods】 Methods: a total of 120 patients with lung cancer who were treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were retrospectively selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different surgical schemes. The observation group was treated with thoracoscopic lobectomy, and the control group was treated with traditional thoracotomy lobectomy. Before and 5 days after operation, the serum protein metabolic reaction indexes such as retinol binding protein (RBP), prealbumin (PA), transferrin (TRF), bradykinin (BK), substance P (SP) and prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) were compared between the two groups. 【Results】 The incision length, blood loss, operation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After operation, the decrease range of serum RBP, PA, TRF levels in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the increase range of serum BK, SP, PGE2 levels was less than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).【Conclusion】 Thoracoscopic lobectomy in the treatment of elderly patients with lung cancer can reduce the degree of pain and stress in patients with relatively small impact on metabolic response, which is a safe and effective treatment method, worthy of clinical application.
