Abstract:【Objective】To explore the application effect of nano-carbon tracer technology in radical operation of colon cancer and its influence on long-term survival outcome of patients. 【Methods】 A total of 128 patients with colon cancer treated by laparoscopic radical operation in our hospital were selected as the research object, 58 patients were treated with lymph node dissection under nano-carbon tracer (observation group), and 70 patients were treated with routine lymph node dissection (control group). The operation process index, lymph node dissection index, 3-year survival rate and survival time were compared between the two groups. 【Results】The operation time and blood loss of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); There was no significant difference in postoperative intestinal exhaust time and hospital stay between the two groups (P>0.05); The number of lymph nodes and positive lymph node detection rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 8.62% (5/58), which was significantly lower than 12.86% (9/70) in the control group (χ2=0.584,P=0.445>0.05). There were no significant differences in the lost follow-up rate and 3-year survival rate between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05); The total survival time of the observation group was 30.0 months, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (25.0 months, P<0.05).【Conclusion】 Nano-carbon tracer technology in radical operation of colon cancer is helpful to reduce the difficulty of operation, can better clean lymph nodes, and has certain significance for prolonging the survival time of patients.
