Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the non-traumatic diagnosis of liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients. 【Methods】A total of 84 cases of CHB patients admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the test group and non-trauma model group. All patients were examined by histology, blood index tests and ultrasound. Data were collected to analyze the influencing factors of liver fiber staging and establish non-invasive diagnostic model for liver fibrosis in patients with CHB.【Results】The fibrosis stage of A/G, age, PLT, GGT, and SSA were statistically significantly difference (P<0.05). The non-trauma model group and the test group were determined by S4, S3 and S4, S2~S4, respectively. The AUROC value and accuracy were not significantly difference (P>0 0.05) and the threshold values were 0.681, 0.610 and 0.558, respectively.. The AUROC and S-index diagnostic models of the S4, S3, and S4, S2~S4 fibrosis stages of the non-invasive diagnostic scoring model (FV model) were statistically significant (P<0.05).【Conclusion】 The non-trauma diagnostic model of liver fibrosis constructed with five indicators of A/G, age, PLT, GGT and SSA can be more accurate judgment of liver fibrosis in patients with CHB illness, which has good clinical application value.
