Abstract:【Objective】To explore the diagnostic value of ovarian vein tracking based on multiplanar reconstructed CT in identifying ovarian tumors. 【Methods】From March 2015 to March 2017, 116 cases of female pelvic tumors were examined by CT and treated surgically in our hospital. Multiplanar reconstructed CT ovarian vein tracing was used to determine whether the pelvic tumors were ovarian sources. The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of CT ovarian vein tracing were analyzed. 【Results】There were 141 pelvic tumors in 116 patients, 108 ovarian tumors and 33 non-ovarian tumors. 104 of 108 ovarian tumors were identified as ipsilateral ovarian tumors by CT, 3 unilateral ovarian tumors were identified as bilateral and 1 non-ovarian tumors; 26 of 33 non-ovarian tumors were identified as non-ovarian tumors by CT and 7 as ipsilateral ovarian tumors. The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of CT in identifying ipsilateral ovarian tumors were 96.3%, 78.8%, 92.2%, 93.7% and 86.7%, respectively.【Conclusion】Ovarian vein tracing based on multi-planar reorganization CT is a simple, accurate and reproducible method for identifying ovarian tumors, which has important clinical application value.
