Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the clinical efficacy of biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with artificial cycle therapy in the treatment of moderate to severe intrauterine adhesions (IUA). 【Methods】 In our hospital, 98 patients with moderate to severe IUA underwent hysteroscopic intrauterine adhesions (TCRA) were randomly divided into the study group (n=47) and the control group (n=51). The patients in the study group were treated with biomimetic electrical stimulation and artificial cycle therapy after TCRA, while patients in the control group were only treated with artificial cycle therapy after TCRA. The situation of menstruation, recovery of postoperative uterine cavity shape, B-ultrasound ovulation thickness of endometrium and uterine artery blood flow resistance index (RI) were recorded and compared in two groups before and after treatment. 【Results】After treatment, the menstrual improvement rate of the study group was 89.36% (42/47), which was better than that of the control group (70.59%, 36/51) (P<0.05). In the study group, the uterine cavity shape recovered better and the proportion of post-treatment adhesions that needed separation again was smaller compared to the control group (P<0.05). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The ovulation endometrial thickness of the study group increased more significantly than that of the control group (P<0.05). The uterine artery blood flow resistance after treatment decreased more in the study group than in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with artificial cycle therapy can effectively improve the pelvic blood circulation and promote endometrial growth. This combined application brings better therapeutic effect than hormone treatment alone in moderate to severe IUA .
