16 Observation on Curative Effect of Baihua Sandi Granule in Treating 168 Cases of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

【Objective】 To study the curative effect of Baihua Sandi Granules on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.【Methods】A total of 328 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation in our hospital from 2014 to 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 168 patients in the observation group were treated with Baihua Sandi granules, and 160 patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment. The total response rate, changes of B-ultrasound, changes of interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) and C-reactive protein (CRP) inflammatory indexes were compared between 2 groups after treatment. 【Results】 The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.8%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 85.6%, and there was statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the recovery rate of B-mode ultrasonography was 77.8% in the observation group and 76% in the control group. There was no statistical difference between the two groups. After treatment, there were significant differences in IL-6, TNF-α and CRP between the two groups (P<0.05).【Conclusion】Baihua Sandi granules can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with chronic pelvic inflammation and regulate the level of inflammatory factors, which is worthy of application and promotion.

19 Effects of Prednisone Combined with Methotrexate on Expression of Cytokines and Immunoglobulin IL-17 and IL-23 in Peripheral Blood of Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

【Objective】 To investigate the clinical effect of prednisone combined with methotrexate on the expression of interleukin-17 (IL-17), interleukin-23 (IL-23) and immunoglobulin in peripheral plasma in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). 【Methods】A total of 74 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups (n=37). The control group was treated with prednisone acetate, while the observation group was treated with methotrexate on the basis of the control group. After three months of treatment, the clinical effects were evaluated. The immunoglobulin (IgA, IgG and IgM), IL-17, IL-23 and drug safety were compared between the two groups. 【Results】The levels of IgM, IgG and IgA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at 3 months after treatment (P<0.05), while the levels of IL-17 and IL-23 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 3 months after treatment (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in gastrointestinal reactions, liver and kidney function damage between the observation group and the control group during treatment (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】Prednisone combined with methotrexate can improve the level of immunoglobulin in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, reduce the levels of IL-17 and IL-23, and do not increase adverse drug reactions.

22 Study on the Relationship of GOLPH3 and Livin Protein with Gastric Cancer

【Objective】To investigate the expression of Golgi phosphorylated protein 3 (GOLPH3) and Livin in gastric cancer and their relationship with clinicopathological characteristics. 【Methods】The expression levels of GOLPH3 and Livin in gastric cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were detected by immunohistochemical staining. The expression levels of GOLPH3 and Livin were analyzed according to tumor size, TNM stage, invasion degree and lymph node metastasis. 【Results】Positive expression rates of GOLPH3 and Livin protein in gastric cancer tissues were 67.50% and 53.75%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues (30.0% and 20.0% ,respectively, P<0.05).The expression levels of GOLPH3 protein in gastric cancer tissues with different TNM stages, differentiation degrees, lymph node metastasis and serosal invasion were significantly different (P<0.05). The expression levels of Livin protein in gastric cancer tissues with different NM stage, differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis were significantly different (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】GOLPH3 and Livin proteins are highly expressed in gastric cancer tissues and are closely related to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.

25 Expression and Significance of IP-10, IL-17 and miR-125a in Peripheral Blood PBMC of Patient with Ankylosing Spondylitis

【Objective】To investigate the levels and significance of inducible protein 10 (IP-10), interleukin-17 (IL-17) and miR-125a in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) of patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS). 【Methods】A total of 110 AS patients were selected as the observation group, and 100 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group. The expression of IP-10, IL-17 mRNA and miR-125a in PBMC were detected and compared between the two groups. 【Results】The relative expression levels of IP-10 and IL-17 mRNA in PBMC of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05), While there were no significant difference in the relative expression of miR-125a in two group (P>0.05). The relative expression levels of IP-10 and IL-17 mRNA in PBMC of patients in active phase were significantly higher than those in stable phase (P<0.05), however, there was no significant difference in the relative expression level of miR-125a between patients in active phase and stable phase (P>0.05). There were no significant difference in the expression levels of IP-10, IL-17 mRNA and miR-125a in PBMC between patients of different gender and age in the observation group (P>0.05). Levels of IP-10 and IL-17 mRNA were positively correlated with AS disease activity (ASDAS) score (r=0.343, 0.311, P<0.05), while there was no significant correlation of miR-125a with ASDAS score (r=0.112, P>0.05). 【Conclusion】The expression of IP-10 and IL-17 in PBMC of AS patients are significantly increased, which are related to the severity of the disease, while there is no significant abnormality in the expression of miR-125a.

29 Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Hot Compress of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Lumbar Function and Pain in Patients with Chronic Lumbar Muscle Strain

【Objective】To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress on lumbar function and pain in patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain. 【Methods】From January 2016 to December 2018, 70 patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain treated in the outpatient department of our hospital were selected as the research object. According to the digital parity method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, each group had 35 cases, in which the control group was treated with acupuncture alone, and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with hot compress of traditional Chinese medicine. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. The pain of the two groups was scored by VAS, the waist dysfunction of the two groups was scored by CODI, and the quality of life (form SF-36) of the two groups was compared after the treatment. 【Results】After 2 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was 94.29% (33/35), which was significantly higher than 77.14% (27/35) in the control group. The difference was satistically significant (χ2=4.2,P=0.040).Before treatment, there was no significant difference in VAS score,CODI index and quality of life score between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment, the VAS score, CODI index and four quality of life scores of the two groups were all better than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); the clinical efficacy, VAS score, CODI index and four quality of life scores of the observation group were all better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Acupuncture combined with hot compress of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively reduce the pain, and improve lumbar function and life quality of patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain. Its clinical effect is significant.

32 Expression and Clinical Significance of BRCA1, MIC-1 and mTOR in Elderly Colorectal Cancer

【Objective】To investigate the expression and clinical significance of BRCA1, macrophage inhibitory cytokine-1 (MIC-1) and mammalian rapamycin target protein (mTOR) in elderly colorectal cancer.【Methods】 From March 2015 to March 2018, 75 cases of elderly colorectal cancer tissues and corresponding adjacent normal tissues were selected. The expression of BRCA1, MIC-1 and mTOR in colorectal cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry (SP); The correlation between the expression of BRCA1, MIC-1, mTOR and clinicopathological data was analyzed, and the influence of BRCA1, MIC-1 and mTOR on tumor free survival was analyzed after operation. 【Results】 The positive expression rate of BRCA1 in colorectal cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in adjacent normal tissues (P<0.05). The positive expression rates of MIC-1 and mTOR in colorectal cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacent normal tissues (P<0.05). There was no significant correlation between BRCA1 expression and clinicopathological data such as age, gender, lymph node metastasis, tumor differentiation and TNM stage (P>0.05). The positive expression of MIC-1 was significantly correlated with TNM stage (P<0.05), and the positive expression of mTOR was significantly correlated with tumor differentiation and TNM stage (P<0.05). The tumor free survival of patients with BRCA1 positive expression was significantly better than that of patients with negative expression of BRCA1 (P<0.05), and that of patients with negative expression of MIC-1 and mTOR was significantly better than those with positive expression (P<0.05).【Conclusion】BRCA1 is low expression in colorectal cancer, MIC-1 and mTOR were highly expressed in colorectal cancer, and the three were related to the prognosis of elderly patients with rectal cancer.

35 Application Value of Local Irrigation Combined with Intravenous Infusion of Tranexamic Acid in Posterior Lumbar Spine Surgery

【Objective】To explore the initial effect of local irrigation of tranexamic acid (TXA) combined with intravenous administration of TXA in posterior lumbar spine surgery. 【Methods】Retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of patients undergoing lumbar posterior approach surgery from November 2018 to September 2019. According to the use of TXA,they were divided into the combined use group (local irrigation combined intravenous infusion of TXA), the local use group (local use of TXA alone) and the control group, with 32 cases in each group. Hemoglobin (Hb), plasma D-Dimer (D-D) and Japanese Orthopaedic Association scores (JOA) were compared among the three groups before and after operation. Intraoperative bleeding volume, operation time, operation field quality score and postoperative drainage volume were recorded. Total fluid loss was calculated. Blood loss, intraoperative field, postoperative fibrinolysis and operation effect of TXA were evaluated. Postoperative complications were recorded. 【Results】All patients were followed up for 6 months after surgery. Intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage volume, total fluid loss, operation time and Fromme surgical field scores in the combined use group were lower than those in the local use group, while those in the local use group were lower than those in the control group. There was no significant difference in plasma D-D among the three groups before and after operation (P>0.05). The HB value in the combined group was higher than that in the local use group and the control group (P<0.05). The improvement rate of JOA score in the combination group was 72.9%, which was not significantly different from that in the local use group (70.5%) and the control group (69.6%) (P>0.05). The visual field scores of the combined group were significantly lower than those of the local use group and the control group (P<0.05). Two weeks after operation, color Doppler ultrasound examination of both lower limbs was performed in all three groups, and no deep vein thrombosis was found; no pulmonary embolism, cerebrospinal fluid leakage, cerebral infarction, epilepsy and other complications occurred in all three groups. 【Conclusion】Intravenous combined local use TXA can reduce overall blood loss in patients with posterior lumbar surgery, improve intraoperative vision, reduce the operation time, and does not increase the risk of postoperative thrombosis.

39 Imaging Manifestations and Dynamic Analysis on Chest High-resolution CT (HRCT) of COVID-19

【Objective】To investigate the imaging manifestations and dynamic analysis on HRCT of 2019 Novel Coronavirus Disease(COVID-19). 【Methods】 The complete clinical and HRCT data of 46 patients with COVID-19 diagnosed by nucleic acid detection in our hospital and surrounding areas were reviewed. Each patient was reexamined every 4-5 days after the first CT examination, and the dynamic changes of chest CT images in different periods were observed. 【Results】 Among the 46 patients, 38 had fever, 20 had dry cough and 20 had fatigue. The shape, distribution and density of pulmonary lesions in patients with COVID-19 changed greatly with time. The first CT examination of 3 mild patients was negative, and the second reexamination was abnormal. In the early stage, there were single or scattered ground glass shadow under the peripheral lung pleura; the lesions were small, often presented as fireworks and clouds; in the advanced stage, the lesions increased and expanded, and distributed from subpleural subsegment, segmental, lobar (multilobed) to translobar; ground glass shadow and consolidation shadow were common in density, and their shapes were variable. In the severe stage, the lesions were widely distributed, often consolidation, even "white lung", indicating that the condition was critical; in the absorption stage, about 2 weeks after the onset, the lesions in the lung were significantly reduced, the density was reduced, some residual fibrous streak shadows were found, and one patient had a large cystic cavity.【Conclusion】HRCT images are relatively characteristic, which can accurately assess the degree of lung involvement, and is of great significance in monitoring the progress and outcome of the disease.

43 A Multicenter Clinical Study on the Treatment of Mild to Moderate Facial Rosacea and Seborrheic Dermatitis with Functional Skin Care Products Alone

【Objective】To investigate the clinical efficacy of single use of functional skin care products in the treatment of mild to moderate facial rosacea and seborrheic dermatitis.【Methods】Patients with mild to moderate facial rosacea or seborrheic dermatitis with a history of more than one month were recruited from dermatology clinics of 17 hospitals nationwide. They were given facial skin care products alone for 2 weeks, and were followed up once a week. The clinical symptoms (dryness, pruritus, burning) and signs (desquamation, erythema) were scored, and their skin barrier indexes were detected.【Results】A total of 324 subjects completed the trial. The symptoms and signs of dryness, pruritus, burning, desquamation and erythema were significantly improved in the first and second weeks (P<0.01). The effective rates after two weeks of treatment were 84.8%, 85.3%, 91.1%, 78.5% and 46.8% respectively. The TEWL decreased from 13.88 g/(cm2·h) to 11.89 g/(cm2·h), and the water content of stratum corneum increased from 62.96% to 69.88%.【Conclusion】Skin barrier repair milk alone can effectively treat mild to moderate facial rosacea and seborrheic dermatitis by repairing the skin barrier function, reduce the patients' facial skin desquamation and erythema, and relieve their sensitive symptoms, which is worthy of clinical application.

47 Comparative Study of TACE Treatment and TACE Combined with Iodine 125 Radiation Particle Implantation in the Treatment of Advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma

【Objective】To investigate the clinical effects of TACE combined with iodine 125 radiation particle implantation in the treatment of patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma. 【Methods】A retrospective analysis of 100 patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma from our hospital was studied. According to the treatment, there were 55 patients in the combined group (TACE combined with iodine 125 radiation particle implantation) and 45 cases in TACE group (only treated with TACE). Chemotherapy effects, serum ALT, AST,AFP,TBIL,NGAL, MMP9 and toxic side effects were compared between the two groups. 【Results】The CR and PR rate of the combined group was 65.45%, which was higher than that of the TACE group 46.67% (P<0.05). Before treatment, the serum levels of ALT, AST, AFP, TBIL, NGAL and MMP9 in two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05). After treatment, the AFP, NGAL, and MMP9 levels in the combined group were lower than those in the TACE group (P<0.05). The incidence of nausea and abdominal pain in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the TACE group (P<0.05). The incidence of vomiting, diarrhea, and liver damage in the combined group was not significantly different from that in the TACE group (P>0.05). The median survival time was 14.0 months in the combined group and 9.0 months in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).【Conclusion】TACE combined with iodine 125 radioactive particle implantation in patients with middle and late stage liver cancer is better than simple TACE surgery, but it may aggravate the incidence of side effects in patients.

51 Effects of Zinc Sulfate Combined with Aspirin on Cardiac Function and Serum Enzymes in AMI Rats

【Objective】To investigate the effect and mechanism of zinc sulfate combined with aspirin in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) rats. 【Methods】Healthy adult SD male rats were randomly divided into the sham operation group (normal saline perfusion in no AMI model rats), the model group (equal amount of normal saline gavage in AMI model rats), the zinc sulfate group [zinc sulfate 75 mg/(kg·d) gavage in AMI model rats], the aspirin group [aspirin75mg/(kg·d) gavage in AMI model rats], and the combined group [zinc sulfate and aspirin(2∶1) with total dose of 120mg/(kg·d) gavage in AMI model rats]. All rats kept continuous treatment for 7d. Rat lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), gluten Glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), the maximum rate of increase of left ventricular pressure (+dp/dtmax), the maximum rate of increase of left ventricular pressure (-dp/dtmax), the interval time from the beginning of ventricle contraction to the occurrence of dp/dtmax (T-dp/dtmax), left ventricular end diastolic pressure (LVEDP), left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP), and myocardial infarction area ratio (MIS%) were detected and compared among groups.【Results】The serum LDH, CK, and AST levels of the model group were significantly higher than those of the sham operation group (P<0.05); the serum LDH, CK, and AST levels of the combination group were significantly lower than those of the model group, zinc sulfate group, and aspirin group (P<0.05). The serum MDA level of the model group was significantly higher than that of the sham operation group (P<0.05), and the serum SOD and GSH-Px were significantly lower than that of the sham operation group (P<0.05). Serum MDA level in the combination group was lower than that in the model group, the zinc sulfate group and the aspirin group (P<0.05); while the serum levels of SOD and GSH-Px in the combination group were higher than those in the model group, the zinc sulfate group and the aspirin group (P<0.05). The measured values of +dp/dtmax, -dp/dtmax and LVSP of the model group were significantly lower than those of the sham operation group (P<0.05), and the measured values of +dp/dtmax, -dp/dtmax and LVSP of the combined group were significantly higher than those of the model group, the Zinc sulfate group and the aspirin group; the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The t-dp/dtmax, LVEDP and MIS% were significantly higher than the sham operation group. The values of t-dp/dtmax, LVEDP and MIS% in the combined group of rats were significantly lower than those in the model group, the zinc sulfate group, the aspirin group; and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The myocardial tissues of rats in the sham operation group were arranged neatly, densely with clear structure. The cytoplasm was uniformly stained. The nucleus was located in the center of the cells. There was no inflammatory cell infiltration in the myocardium. The myocardial tissue of the AMI model group showed obvious structural damage, cell swelling, nuclear pyknosis and lysis, focal or flaky myocardial necrosis. The myocardial tissue of the zinc sulfate group and the aspirin group still showed obvious necrotic areas, but it was less than the model group. The myocardial tissue of the rats in the combination group showed only punctate necrosis or vacuole areas, and the myocardial pathology was significantly reduced. 【Conclusion】The results showed that zinc sulfate combined with aspirin treatment of AMI rats can significantly reduce myocardial infarct size, reduce myocardial enzymes and improve cardiac function in rats.

55 Value of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) in the Diagnosis and Clinical Treatment of Cesarean Scar Pregnancy

【Objective】To explore the value of MRI in the diagnosis and clinical treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy. 【Methods】A retrospective analysis was conducted by analyzing data collected from 82 patients with cesarean scary pregnancy (CSP) at The First Affiliated Hospital of USTC, Division of Life Science and Technology of China from January 2018 to October 2019. The TVS performance, MRI results, and clinical data of the patients were analyzed. 【Results】Among 82 patients, the final Pathological and Surgical diagnosis included CSP (n=65) and early uterine pregnancy (n=17). Among the 65 cases of CSP, 56 cases were detected correctly and 9 cases were incorrectly diagnosed by ultrasonography. Among the 17 cases of early uterine pregnancy, 9 cases were correctly diagnosed and 8 cases were misdiagnosed. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of ultrasonography for diagnosing CSP were 86.15%(56/65), 52.94%(9/17), and 79.27%(65/82), respectively. Among the 65 cases of CSP, 64 Cases were detected correctly and 1 case was detected incorrectly diagnosed by MRI. Among the 17 cases of early uterine pregnancy, 16 cases were diagnosed correctly and 1 case was misdiagnosed. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of MRI for diagnosing CSP were 98.46%(64/65),94.12%(16/17), and 97.56%(80/82),respectively. The ROC curve analysis results showed that the AUC of ultrasound was 0.695 (0.584~0.792), which was significantly lower than the 0.963(0.896~0.992) of MRI, and the difference was statistically significant (Z=4.123, P<0.001).According to the results of MRI, hysteroscopic combined Laparoscopic surgery was performed if scar thickness of the uterus ≤ 3 mm. If >3 mm, hysteroscopic pregnancy removal was performed. All 82 patients had successful surgeries and the treatments were satisfactory. 【Conclusion】The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of MRI for CSP diagnosis are higher than those of transvaginal ultrasonography. Scar thickness of the uterus, measured through MRI, can be used as the standard for the choice of hysteroscopic surgery or hysteroscopic combined with laparoscopic surgery. The choice, made according to MRI results, can achieve better treatment results.

【Objective】To investigate the relationship of leptin and N-Cadherin protein expression with clinicopathological features in colorectal cancer. 【Methods】The expression of leptin and N-Cadherin protein was evaluated by immunohistochemistry in 120 cases of colorectal cancer. The relationship between the staining pattern and clinicopathogical features was analyzed.【Results】The positive rates of leptin and N-Cadherin protein in colorectal cancer were 75.8% (91/120) and 68.3%(82/120), respectively. The expression intensity of leptin and N-Cadherin protein was related to invasive depth, TNM stages, lymph node metastasis and tumor differentiation of colorectal cancer. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In colorectal cancer tissues, the leptin expression was positively correlated with N-Cadherin expression; and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001).【Conclusion】Leptin and N-Cadherin may play an important role in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer. The detection of leptin and N-Cadherin may be helpful for the evaluation of prognosis and treatment for colorectal cancer patients.

61 Expression and Clinical Significance of miR-125b and miR-146a in Serum of Patients with AECOPD

【Objective】To investigate the expression and significance of miR-125b and miR-146a in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD).【Methods】A total of 106 AECOPD patients (AECOPD group), 99 stable COPD patients (COPD group) and 101 healthy people (control group) were selected as the research objects, Real time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT qPCR) was used to detect and compare the relative expression levels of miR-125b and miR-146a in serum of three groups. The correlation between miR-125b and miR-146a and inflammatory factors LTB-4, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF -α was analyzed, and their diagnostic value in AECOPD patients was also analyzed.【Results】The relative expression levels of serum miR-125b in the AECOPD group were significantly higher than those in the COPD group and the control group, and the relative expression levels of serum miR-146a in the AECOPD group were significantly lower than those in the COPD group and the control group (all P<0.05); however, there was no significant difference in the relative expression levels of serum miR-125b and miR-146a between the COPD group and the control group (P>0.05). In the AECOPD group, the relative expression of miR-125b in serum on d1,d7,d14 and D28 decreased with the extension of treatment time, while miR-146a increased with the extension of treatment time, and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05).【Conclusion】The abnormal expression of miR-125b and miR-146a in serum of patients with AECOPD is closely related to the level of inflammatory factors, which is helpful to the diagnosis of AECOPD.

64 Effect of miR-133 Expression on the Growth of Esophageal Cancer Cells

【Objective】To investigate the effect of miR-133 expression on the growth of esophageal cancer cells.【Methods】The expression of miR-133 in esophageal carcinoma was detected by RT-PCR. miR-133 mimics, anti-mir-133 and their corresponding controls were transfected into esophageal cancer cells by Lipofectamine 2000. RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of miR-133, MTT was used to detect the cell proliferation, and Western blot was used to detect the expression of EGFR protein.【Results】 The relative expression of miR-133 in esophageal carcinoma tissues (0.33±0.08) was significantly lower than that in adjacent normal tissues (1.15±0.18). Overexpression of miR-133 significantly inhibited the growth of esophageal cancer cells, while down-regulation of miR-133 significantly enhanced the growth of tumor cells. Meanwhile, overexpression of miR-133 inhibited the expression of EGFR mRNA and protein, and down-regulation of miR-133 significantly enhanced the expression of EGFR mRNA and protein. Overexpression of EGFR reverses the inhibitory effect of miR-133 on the growth of esophageal cancer cells.【Conclusion】 miR-133 inhibits the growth of esophageal cancer cells by regulating the expression of EGFR.

68 Effects of Anlotinib on Tumor Growth and Circadian Gene Expression of Hepatocellular Carcinoma Xenografts in Nude Mice

【Objective】To investigate the potential effects of anlotinib on the growth of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) xenografts in nude mice,and its influences on the circadian (biological clock) gene expression in HCC tissues. 【Methods】We chose 36 athymic nude mice(half male and half female) for the study. The mice were divided randomly into two groups (the observation group and the control group), which were 18 mice per group. HepG2 cells were transplanted under the left axilla of the mice to establish the subcutaneous hepatocellular carcinoma xenograft model . After one week of HepG2 cell implatation, the observation group mice received anlotinib 50mg/(kg·d) for two weeks by intragastric administration, while the control group mice were given vehicle DMSO 100μL/20(g·d) in the same way gavage. Tumor volume was measured before and 24h after gavage. It was measured in every 2 days until experiment ended. In the end, the mice were sacrificed and tumors were isolated. Real-time PCR (rt-PCR) method was used to detect the mRNA level of circadian clock genes Per (Per1, Per2, Per3), CLOCK, Cry (Cry1, Cry2), Bmal1, and Dec2. At the same time we used western blot to evaluate the proteins of circadian genes expression. 【Results】 Compared to the control group, the xenograft tumors of the nude mice in the Anlotinib group grew slowly and tended to shrink in size, which were statistically significant (P<0.05). The results of rt-PCR indicated that the mRNA expressions of Per1 and Per2 in HCC cells were significantly increased under the action of anlotinib (P<0.05), while the downstream proteins increased by western blot. Meanwhile, the mRNA level of Dec2 were significantly inhibited (P<0.05) which accompanied with its downstream protein decreased. Though the mRNA level of Cry1 remained unchanged, however, the downstream protein expression of Cry1 was inhibited. 【Conclusion】Anlotinib can significantly regulate the expressions of various biological clock genes in HCC cells, which thereafter regulate their corresponding protein expression. Thus, anlotinib can significantly inhibit the tumor growth of HCC xenografts.

72 Ultrasound Guided Radiofrequency Ablation for Benign Breast Nodules and its Influencing Factors

【Objective】To investigate the effect of the ultrasound guided radiofrequency ablation on benign breast nodules treatment and its influencing factors. 【Methods】A total of 62 patients with benign breast nodules (98 nodules in total) treated in our hospital from January 2016 to May 2017 were selected for the study. All patients underwent ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation and their clinical data were collected. Then the preoperative and postoperative values were calculated, including monthly record of focal ablation volume, lesion reduction of all focal ablation volume, and elasticity ratio of ablation lesions in the ultrasound E imaging mode. Then the correlations among the nodule size, breast physiology stages, nodal position quadrant and focal ablation volume reduction decrease were analyzed through the Pearson correlation analysis. 【Results】The postoperative focal ablation volume was decreased at 1,3,6,9 and 9 months after operation (P<0.05); The postoperative focal ablation volume reduction rate was increased accordingly, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The postoperative elasticity Ratio showed an increasing trend (P<0.05). The preoperative and postoperative elasticity Ratio was negatively correlated with preoperative and postoperative focal ablation volume (r=-3.87, P=0.026), while it was positively correlated with the postoperative focal ablation volume reduction rate (r=0.014, P=0.030). The postoperative focal ablation volume reduction rate was not correlated with the breast physiology stages and nodal position quadrant (P>0.05), but it was positively correlated with the nodule size (t=3.971, P=0.040).Nodules with a diameter of less than 1 cm and nodules with a diameter of 1 to 3 cm showed an upward trend in the reduction rate of ablation foci after operation, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Nodules with a diameter of 1 to 3 cm after the operation decreased in volume. The rate was significantly higher than that of <1 cm diameter nodules; and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).【Conclusion】Ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of benign breast nodules achieves a relatively better effect, which is affected by the nodule size. Moreover, the study reveals that the postoperative nodules with length of 1cm~3cm have a better prognosis.

75 Relationship between LKB1 Gene Expression and Survival Rate of Gastric Cancer

【Objective】To investigate the relationship between liver kinase B1 (LKB1) gene expression and the survival rate of gastric cancer. 【Methods】From June 2012 to June 2013, 46 cases of gastric cancer tissue samples were collected and the clinical and pathological data were analyzed retrospectively. The expression of LKB1 protein in gastric cancer tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the relationship between LKB1 gene expression and clinicopathological parameters with survival rate was also analyzed. 【Results】The positive expression rate of LKB1 protein in gastric cancer was 19.57% (9/46), significantly lower than that in normal adjacent tissues (89.13%, P<0.05). There was no significant difference in age, sex, lymph node metastasis and histopathological classification (P>0.05). There was significant difference in tumor size, TNM stage, and serosal infiltration (P<0.05). The average survival time of LKB1 low expression group was 43.9 months and that of high expression group was 52.6 months. The 5-year survival rate of LKB1 low expression group was significantly lower than that of LKB1 high expression group (P<0.05) . 【Conclusion】LKB1 gene plays an important role in inhibiting the occurrence and development of gastric cancer, improving prognosis, and improving survival rate of patients. Therefore, the mechanism of tumor suppressor gene LKB1 in the diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of gastric cancer deserves attention, which can provide a new breakthrough for the treatment of gastric cancer.

78 Analysis of Influencing Factors of Reoperation at Distant Position after Surgical Treatment in Patients with Severe Craniocerebral Trauma

【Objective】To investigate the influencing factors of reoperation at distant position in patients with severe craniocerebral trauma after surgical treatment.【Methods】The clinical data of 92 patients with severe craniocerebral trauma in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 20 patients underwent reoperation in remote part (reoperation group), 72 patients did not need operation (non reoperation group). Univariate analysis and logistic analysis were used to analyze the related factors of reoperation at distant position after surgical treatment in patients with severe craniocerebral trauma.【Results】Brain stem injury, hydrocephalus, focus site, focus site and hematoma location, remote site fracture, decompressive craniectomy, operation position, intraoperative blood loss, intraoperative acute encephalocele all affected the reoperation of patients with severe craniocerebral trauma at remote location after surgical treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Logistic multivariate analysis showed that brainstem injury, hydrocephalus, occipital exertion, contralateral or bilateral to hematoma, distal fracture, decompressive craniectomy and intraoperative acute encephalocele were the risk factors for reoperation in patients with severe traumatic brain injury (P<0.05).【Conclusion】For severe traumatic brain injury patients with brainstem injury, hydrocephalus, occipital exertion, contralateral or bilateral to hematoma, distal fracture, decompressive craniectomy and intraoperative acute encephalocele, monitoring should be strengthened after surgical treatment, and targeted measures should be taken in time to reduce the incidence of reoperation at distal position.

81 Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Carvedilol Combined with Pancreatopeptidase Injection in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy Complicated with Hypertension

【Objective】To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of carvedilol combined with pancreatopeptidase injection in the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy with hypertension. 【Methods】A total of 94 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy complicated with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups, with 47 cases in each group. All patients received routine treatment. On this basis, the control group was treated with carvedilol, and the observation group was treated with carvedilol combined with pancreatopeptidase injection for 3 months. Blood glucose, blood pressure, renal function, renal artery hemodynamics, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment in two groups. 【Results】(1)The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (78.72% vs 59.57%,P<0.05). (2) The blood pressure and glucose of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in FPG, 2hPG, SBP and DBP between the two groups before and after treatment (P>0.05).(3)After treatment, BUN, SCr, GFR, UAER and UAlb decreased in both groups, and the extent of decrease in the observation group was greater than that in the control group (P<0.05).(4)After treatment, RI of the two groups decreased significantly, the peak velocity of renal artery systolic velocity (Vmax)and the end diastolic velocity of renal artery (Vmin) increased significantly; and these increase in the observation group were larger than that those in the control group (P<0.05).(5)There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Carvedilol combined with pancreatopeptidase injection is more effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy complicated with hypertension. It can significantly reduce blood glucose and blood pressure, improve the renal function and hemodynamics of both kidneys, and is safe and effective.

84 Application of Suture Anchor in the Repair of Ankle Fracture complicated with Complete Rupture of Deltoid Ligament

【Objective】To investigate the clinical value of suture anchor in the repair of ankle fracture complicated with complete rupture of deltoid ligament. 【Methods】The clinical data of 69 patients with ankle fracture combined with complete rupture of deltoid ligament in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into the repair group (n=36) and the non-repair group (n=33) according to whether suture anchor was used to repair the deep deltoid ligament. The changes of medial space (MCS), American Association of foot and ankle surgeon's ankle-hindfoot score (AOFAS) and visual analogue scale (VAS) at 1 month and 6 months after operation, and the range of motion of ankle joint at 6 months after operation were compared between the two groups to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups. 【Results】The AOFAS scores of the two groups at 6 months after operation were higher than those at 1 month after operation, while the VAS scores were lower than those at 1 month after operation. The MCS and VAS scores of the repair group at 1 month and 6 months after operation were lower than those of the non-repair group, and the AOFAS scores were higher than those of the non-repair group. At 6 months after operation, the toe flexion and back extension angles of the repair group were higher than those of the non-repair group, and the clinical excellent and good rate was higher than that of the non-repair group (86.11% vs 69.70%). The differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the repair group was 2.78%, which was lower than 21.21% in the non-repair group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Suture anchor repair of deep deltoid ligament can promote ankle function recovery, reduce postoperative pain, and reduce the risk of postoperative complications such as poor reduction in patients with ankle fracture combined with complete tear of deltoid ligament.

88 Effect of Diazepam Combined with Oxytocin on Labor Process and Pregnancy Outcome of Pregnant Women with Prolonged Latent Labor Duration

【Objective】To explore the effect of diazepam combined with oxytocin on labor process and pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with prolonged latency tendency. 【Methods】The clinical data of 300 cases of maternal diagnosis and treatment with a tendency to prolong the incubation period in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were analyzed retrospectively. According to different treatment methods, patients were divided into two groups, 150 in each group. The observation group was treated with diazepam and oxytocin, and the control group was only treated with oxytocin. The cervix and labor status (total opening time of uterine orifice, dilatation rate, first stage of labor and second stage of labor), pregnancy outcome (vaginal delivery rate, cervical edema rate and laceration rate, incidence of fetal distress and postpartum 2h bleeding), and the Quality of Life (QOL) score at 24 hours postpartum were compared between the two groups. 【Results】The uterine ostium total opening time, the first stage of labor and the second stage of labor in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, and the dilatation rate of the uterine orifice was significantly faster than that of the control group (P<0.05). The vaginal delivery rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the cervical edema rate, cervical laceration rate, the incidence of fetal distress and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The QOL score of the observation group was statistically higher than that of the control group postpartum 24h(P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Diazepam combined with oxytocin can accelerate the progress of labor, improve pregnancy outcome, raise QOL score and improve the quality of life of women with prolonged latency tendency.

101 Application of Medical Failure Mode and Effect Analysis in Process Management of Indwelling Catheter in Patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

【Objective】To explore the application effect of failure mode and effect analysis in the process management of indwelling urinary catheter in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). 【Methods】 A total of 33 patients with BPH indwelling catheter admitted to the geriatric department of our hospital from January to June 2019 (before the implementation of HFMEA Management) were selected as the control group, and 35 patients with BPH indwelling catheter admitted from July to December 2019 (after the implementation of HFMEA Management) were selected as the observation group. HFMEA was used to analyze the indwelling catheter process of BPH patients. The potential high-risk factors in the process were found by calculating the risk priority value (RPN), and the improvement plan was formulated and implemented for the key links with RPN > 125. The nursing effect, satisfaction and success rate of the first catheterization were compared between the two groups.【Results】The success rate of the first catheterization in the observation group was 97.14% (34/35), which was significantly higher than 75.76% (25/33) in the control group (χ2=6.764,P=0.0093<0.05). The failure modes of the observation group, such as insufficient evaluation of the patient's condition, improper manipulation of catheterization, inability to correctly judge whether the catheter is in the bladder, insufficient preparation of patients, improper selection of catheter model and total score, were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (mean P<0.05). The total scores of psychological intervention, pain care, operation technology and satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The application of HFMEA management is helpful to improve the process of indwelling catheter in patients with BPH, improve the success rate of indwelling catheter, and improve patient satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.

104 Serum TSLP, NO and SAA levels in Patients with Dermatitis and Eczema

【Objective】To investigate the levels of serum thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP), nitric oxide (NO) and serum amyloid A (SAA) in patients with dermatitis and eczema. 【Methods】A total of 77 patients with dermatitis and eczema who were treated in our hospital were selected as the observation group, and 80 healthy volunteers were enrolled as the control group. Serum levels of TSLP, NO and SAA were measured and compared between the two groups. 【Results】The levels of serum TSLP, NO and SAA in the observation group were (32.28±9.28) pg/mL, (81.13±20.15)μmol/L and (13.28±1.82) ng/mL,respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in serum TSLP, NO and SAA levels among patients with contact dermatitis, eczema and neurodermatitis within the observation group (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum TSLP, NO and SAA in the observation group were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05); And levels of TSLP,NO and SAA in patients who showed effectiveness to the treatment were significantly lower than those who were ineffective(P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The serum levels of TSLP, NO and SAA in patients with dermatitis and eczema are significantly increased, which may be related to the therapeutic effect.

110 Effect of Lactitol Powder and Xuebijing Injection on Bacterial Peritonitis and Its Influence on PGRN and PGE2

【Objective】To investigate the effect of lactitol powder combined with Xuebijing injection in the treatment of bacterial peritonitis and its influence on inflammatory mediators, total bilirubin (TBIL) and prostaglandin E2 (PGE2). 【Methods】A total of 88 patients with bacterial peritonitis admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to April 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table, with 44 cases in each group. On the basis of conventional treatment, the control group was given lactitol powder, and the observation group was given lactitol powder combined with Xuebijing injection. The efficacy and the recovery time of clinical symptoms and signs after 2 courses of treatment, liver function indexes [serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), total bilirubin (TBIL), albumin (Alb), aspartate aminotransferase (AST)], serum PGE2, pre-granulin (PGRN) before treatment, after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. 【Results】The total effective rate (88.64%) of the observation group after 2 courses of treatment was higher than that of the control group (70.45%) (P<0.05). The time of body temperature returning to normal, the time of abdominal pain disappearing, the time of stopping diarrhea, the time of abdominal tenderness disappearing, and the negative time of ascites culture in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). After 1 and 2 courses of treatment in the observation group, ALT, TBIL and AST were lower than the control group, and Alb was higher than the control group (P<0.05). After 2 courses of treatment in the observation group, PGE2 was higher than the control group, and PGRN was lower than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.27% (1/44), compared with 6.82% (3/44) in the control group, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】Lactitol powder combined with Xuebijing injection in the treatment of bacterial peritonitis can speed up the recovery of clinical symptoms and signs, improve liver function. It has a significant effect and high safety.
