Observation on Curative Effect of Baihua Sandi Granule in Treating 168 Cases of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease |

Abstract 【Objective】 To study the curative effect of Baihua Sandi Granules on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.【Methods】A total of 328 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation in our hospital from 2014 to 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 168 patients in the observation group were treated with Baihua Sandi granules, and 160 patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment. The total response rate, changes of B-ultrasound, changes of interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) and C-reactive protein (CRP) inflammatory indexes were compared between 2 groups after treatment. 【Results】 The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.8%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 85.6%, and there was statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the recovery rate of B-mode ultrasonography was 77.8% in the observation group and 76% in the control group. There was no statistical difference between the two groups. After treatment, there were significant differences in IL-6, TNF-α and CRP between the two groups (P<0.05).【Conclusion】Baihua Sandi granules can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with chronic pelvic inflammation and regulate the level of inflammatory factors, which is worthy of application and promotion.
