Abstract:【Objective】 To explore the application effect of interactive intervention based on the Mindfulness-Acceptance-Action Theory in children with mycoplasma pneumonia. 【Methods】 A total of 92 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected and divided into a control group (given routine intervention) and an observation group (given interactive intervention based on the Mindfulness-Acceptance-Action Theory) according to the random number table method, with 46 cases in each group. The treatment compliance, emotional state [Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders (SCARED) score], coping style [Coping Orientations to Problems Experienced (CODI) score], and quality of life [Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory score] were compared between the two groups. 【Results】 The treatment compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of generalized anxiety, school fear, social fear, separation anxiety and somatization in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); the scores of acceptance, self-comfort and fantasy in positive coping of the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while the scores of negative emotional response and avoidance in negative coping were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); the scores of physical and mental health, social and psychological function, living environment and life satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 The interactive intervention based on the Mindfulness-Acceptance-Action Theory can effectively improve the treatment compliance of children with mycoplasma pneumonia, alleviate anxiety, optimize coping styles and enhance quality of life.
