手术室规范化护理路径在腹腔镜减重双通路手术中的应用价值<sup>*</sup>

摘要 【目的】 探讨手术室规范化护理路径在腹腔镜减重双通路手术中的应用效果。【方法】 选择2020年1月至2025年1月在本院进行腹腔镜减重双通路手术的90例肥胖症患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组采用传统护理路径,观察组采用手术室规范化护理路径。比较两组患者手术时间、排气时间、术中并发症发生率、手术成功率、护理满意度、护理质量。【结果】 观察组患者手术时间、排气时间短于对照组,术中并发症发生率低于对照组,手术成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者心理护理、术前准备及术后准备评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者基础护理、教育沟通、病房管理、护理安全评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】 手术室规范化护理路径能够有效提高腹腔镜减重双通路手术的护理质量,减少术中并发症的发生率,提高患者护理满意度。

Abstract：【Objective】 To explore the application effect of standardized operating room nursing path in laparoscopic bariatric double-tract surgery.【Methods】 A total of 90 obese patients who underwent laparoscopic bariatric double-tract surgery in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2025 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given the traditional nursing path, while the observation group was applied the standardized operating room nursing path. The operation time, exhaust time, incidence of intraoperative complications, operation success rate, nursing satisfaction and nursing quality were compared between the two groups. 【Results】 The operation time and exhaust time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the incidence of intraoperative complications was lower than that of the control group, and the operation success rate was higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The scores of psychological nursing, preoperative preparation and postoperative preparation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The scores of basic nursing, education and communication, ward management and nursing safety in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 The standardized operating room nursing path can effectively improve the nursing quality of laparoscopic bariatric double-tract surgery, reduce the incidence of intraoperative complications, and enhance patients' nursing satisfaction.
