Application Effect of Systematic Functional Exercise Combined with Enhanced Social Support System Intervention in Patients with Avascular Necrosis of the Femoral Head Complicated with AIDS after Surgery

Abstract：【Objective】 To explore the application effect of systematic functional exercise combined with enhanced social support system intervention in patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head complicated with AIDS after surgery.【Methods】 A total of 80 patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head complicated with AIDS after surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to March 2025 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by lottery method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine intervention, while the observation group received systematic functional exercise combined with enhanced social support system intervention. The joint injury status(osteoarthritis index), psychological stress status [Stress Response Questionnaire(SRQ) scores], incidence of postoperative complications, and hip joint function [Harris Hip Score(HHS)] were compared between the two groups. 【Results】 After 14 days of intervention, the osteoarthritis index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05); all SRQ scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05). After 3 months of intervention, all HHS scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】 Systematic functional exercise combined with enhanced social support system intervention can effectively improve the joint injury status and hip joint function of patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head complicated with AIDS after surgery, reduce psychological stress responses, decrease the incidence of postoperative complications, and promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
