Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the correlation between fibrinogen/albumin ratio (FAR), D-dimer (DD) and the severity of coronary artery disease in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). 【Methods】A total of 201 patients with AMI admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to July 2022 (observation group) were selected, and 80 patients with normal results (control group) who underwent coronary angiography in our hospital at the same time were selected. Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the correlation between FAR, DD and AMI. FAR and DD in subgroups of AMI patients were analyzed according to the number of involved diseased branches and the degree of coronary stenosis. The efficacy of FAR and DD in predicting AMI and severe coronary stenosis was evaluated using the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. 【Results】The FAR and DD of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that FAR and DD were risk factors for AMI (P<0.05). The results of different subgroups showed that FAR and DD in the multi vessel disease group were higher than those in the single vessel disease group, and DD in double vessel disease group was higher than that in the single vessel disease group, with significant difference (P<0.05); FAR and DD in the severe stenosis group were higher than those in the mild stenosis group, and DD in the severe stenosis group was higher than that in the moderate stenosis group, with significant difference (P<0.05). The ROC curve results showed that the area under the ROC curve of FAR and DD to predict AMI was 0.721 and 0.71 respectively, and the sensitivity was 80.3% and 87.3% respectively; The area under the ROC curve for predicting severe coronary stenosis was 0.609 and 0.658, respectively, and the specificity was 91.2% and 91.2%, respectively. 【Conclusion】High level FAR and DD are correlated with AMI, and have certain diagnostic value for the severity of coronary artery disease.
