Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the relationship of innate lymphocyte (ILC) and immune factor levels in peripheral blood of patients with activity of lupus nephritis. 【Methods】A total of 94 patients with lupus nephritis admitted to our hospital were divided into the active group (SLEDAI ≥ 10 points, 54 cases) and the stable group (SLEDAI <10 points, 40 cases) according to the systemic lupus erythematosus disease activity index (SLEDAI) score. The healthy subjects in the same period were selected as the control group (40 cases). Flow cytometry was used to detect the percentage of ILC1, ILC2, ILC3 in peripheral blood, and to detect interleukin-33 (IL-33), IL-4, interferon-γ (IFN-γ), IgG, C3 and C4. The correlation among ILC, immune factors (IL-33, IL-4, IFN-γ) and SLEDAI score were analyzed. 【Results】The percentage of ILC1 in the active group was higher, while levels of ILC2 and ILC3 were lower than those in the stable group and the control group (P<0.05).The percentage of ILC1 in the stable group was higher than that of the control group; and percentages of ILC2 and ILC3 in the active group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of C3 and IgG level in the active group were higher than those in the stable group and the control group, while the C4 level in the active group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The level of IL-33 in the active group was lower, and levels of IL-4 and IFN-γ were higher than those in the stable group and the control group (P<0.05). The level of IL-4 in the stable group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Correlation analysis showed that ILC2 was positively correlated with IL-4 (P<0.05) and ILC2 was negatively correlated with SLEDAI score (P<0.05). ILC3 was positively correlated with IL-4 (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Patients with lupus nephritis have abnormal levels of immunity and ILC, and ILC2 is associated with disease activity.
