Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the correlation between sex hormone levels and T lymphocytes in patients with autoimmune premature ovarian failure (POF). 【Methods】A total of 80 patients with autoimmune POF in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the observation group, and 80 healthy women were selected as the control group. Levels of estradiol (E2), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), T lymphocytes [Cluster of differentiation 3 positive (CD3+), Cluster of differentiation 4 positive (CD4+), Cluster of differentiation 8 positive ( CD8+)], and CD4+/CD8+ was were measured and calculated. The correlation between the levels of sex hormones and T-lymphocytes in patients with autoimmune POF was analyzed by Spearman coefficient. 【Results】Compared to the control group, the observation group had lower E2 level, higher LH and FSH levels; and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared to the control group, the observation group showed lower percentage of CD4+T cells and CD4+/CD8+ ratio, while the level of CD8+ T cells was higher. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of CD3+ T cells between the two groups(P>0.05). According to correlation analysis, E2 level in patients with autoimmune POF was positively correlated with CD4+ T cells percentage and CD4+/CD8+ ratio, while negatively correlated with CD8+ T cell percentage. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).LH and FSH levels were negatively correlated with CD4+ T cells, CD4+/CD8+ ratio, and positively correlated with CD8+ T cells levels. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no obvious correlation between CD3+ T cell percentage and levels of E2, LH and FSH(P>0.05). 【Conclusion】Compared with normal women, patients with autoimmune premature ovarian failure have obvious disorder of sex hormone levels and immune function. E2 level is positively correlated with CD4+ T cells and CD4+/CD8+ ratio, and negatively correlated with CD8+ T cells. LH and FSH levels are negatively correlated with CD4+ T cells and CD4+/CD8+ ratio, and positively correlated with CD8+ T cells.
