Abstract:【Objective】 To study the effect of the applied dosage of dexmedetomidine onanalgesia in women with postoperative cesarean section. 【Methods】 A total of 168 patients with Cesarean section in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study. According to the dose of dexmedetomidine, patients were divided into the control group and group A, B and C of dexmedetomidine, with 42 cases in each group. The control group did not use dexmedetomidine for analgesia, and the applied dosage of dexmedetomidine in group A, B and C was 0.3, 0.4 and 0.5μg/kg, respectively. The effect of different doses of dexmedetomidine on the postoperative analgesia in all groups was observed and compared. 【Results】 There was no significant difference in the operation time and the amount of blood loss among women in each group (P>0.05). Compared to the control group, the dynamic and static VAS scores of patients in group B and C were significantly lower (P<0.05), and those VAS scores in group C was slightly lower than in group B. The incidence of nausea and vomiting in groups A,B and C was lower than that in the control group (P< 0.05). and the incidence of bradycardia and hypotension in group C was higher than that in group A, B and the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 The application of dexmedetomidine to cesarean section women can effectively relieve postoperative pain, and the right dose of dexmedetomidine at 0.4 μg/kg has the best effect and has fewer side effects.
