Abstract:【Objective】 To observe the effect of flurbiprofen axetil combined with sufentanil on analgesia after laparotomy of cervical cancer. 【Methods】 One hundred patients with cervical cancer who underwent open surgery in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 50 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group received sufentanil and flurbiprofen analgesia, while patients in the control group received sufentanil analgesia alone. The postoperative analgesic effect, serum β-EP (β-endorphin), Cor (cortisol), E(adrenaline), PGE2 (prostaglandin E2), substance P, and neuropeptide Y were compared between the two groups. The number of analgesia pump compressions and adverse reactions were recorded. 【Results】 The VAS scores of the observation group at 6 h, 12 h, 24 h, and 48h were lower than those of the control group (P< 0.05).; Compared to pre-surgery, there were not statistically significant differences in serum β-EP, Cor, E, PGE2, substance P, and neuropeptide Y levels at the time immediately after surgery (P>0.05). However, serum levels of β-EP, Cor, E, PGE2, substance P, and neuropeptide Y at 24 hours after surgery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Within 48 hours, the total number of analgesia pump compressions in the observation group was 5.4 ± 0.7 times, which was lower than that in the control group 7.2 ± 1.0 times; the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 The application of flurbiprofen axetil combined with sufentanil for analgesia after laparotomy of cervical cancer can effectively improve the analgesic effect and reduce the levels of pain-related factors.
