Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the effects of butorphanol tartrate combined with sufentanil on analgesia, Ramsay score, and adverse reactions in patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy( LTH). 【Methods】A total of 78 patients with LTH were enrolled in the study. They were divided into two groups by random method. Patients in the control group (n=39) received sufentanil, while patients in the observation group (n=39) received butorphanol tartrate combined with sufentanil treatment. Both VAS score and Ramsay score at 4 h, 8 h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h after treatment were evaluated, and adverse drug reactions were compared in both groups as well. 【Results】The VAS scores of both groups had a tendency to decrease with time (P<0.05), and the decreasing trend of the observation group over time was higher than the control group. The VAS scores of the observation group at each time point were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The Ramsay score at 4 hours after medication in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), while there were not statistically significant differences between the two groups at other time points (P>0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 17.95%, (7/39), which was significantly lower than that in the control group 41.03% (16/39). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Butorphanol tartrone combined with sufentanil for LTH has better postoperative analgesia and less adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
