Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the analgesic effect of dizosin on laparoscopic radical gastrectomy and the effects of inflammatory factors interleukin-6(IL-6), interleukin-10(IL-10) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in patients with gastric cancer.【Methods】A total of 90 patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with remifentanil analgesia, while patients in the observation group received dezocine analgesia. The analgesic effect and inflammatory factors of the two groups were analyzed.【Results】There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups (P>0.05). At 12 h after operation, the level of IL-6 and TNF- α in observation group was lower than that in control group, while the level of IL-10 was higher than that in control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group (13.33%) and the control group (22.22%) (P>0.05). There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of preoperative visual simulation (VAS) scores and Mini Mental State Scale (MMSE) scores (P>0.05). At 12 h and 24 h after operation, the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, while the MMSE score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Dezocine can enhance the analgesic effect of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy, regulate the level of postoperative inflammatory factors and improve the cognitive function of patients.
