Association between IL-10 Gene Polymorphism and Susceptibility to Sepsis in Term Newborns

【Objective】 To investigate the correlation between the polymorphisms of IL-10 the susceptibility to sepsis in term newborns.【Methods】 A prospective analysis of the clinical data of 107 Han nationality term newborns admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to May 2021 was conducted. They were divided into sepsis group (56 newborns with sepsis) and control group (51 newborns with pharyngeal syndrome and non infectious diarrhea) based on whether they were diagnosed as sepsis. The polymorphism of the IL-10 rs1800872,rs1800896 gene was detected using first-generation sequencing technology,and the distribution differences of genotype and allele frequencies between the two groups were compared. Logistic regression was used to analyze the correlation between the IL-10 rs1800872C/A,1800896G/A genotypes and the susceptibility to sepsis in term infants. 【Results】 In the sepsis group,15 cases were positive for blood culture,including 9 cases of Escherichia coli,2 cases of Staphylococcus,1 case of Staphylococcus hemolyticus,1 case of Streptococcus viridis,1 case of Streptococcus lactis,and 1 case of Enterococcus faecium. The blood culture in the control group was negative. The WBC,serum CRP,and PCT levels in the sepsis group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the distribution of genotype and allele frequencies of IL-10 gene rs1800872C/A,rs1800896G/A between the two groups (P>0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that there was no correlation between the genotype of IL-10 gene rs1800872C/A and rs1800896G/A and the susceptibility to sepsis in term newborns (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】 The IL-10 genes rs1800872C/A and rs1800896G/A may not be susceptible genes for sepsis in term newborns.

Effect of NOSES on Tumor Cytology and Bacterial Culture in Peritoneal Lavage Fluid after Laparoscopic Radical Resection of Rectal Cancer

【Objective】 To investigate the effect of natural orifice specimen extraction surgery (NOSES) on the oncology and bacterial culture of peritoneal lavage fluid after laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer. 【Methods】 Thirty-eight patients with rectal cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to January 2022 were prospectively selected for laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer. According to the random number table method and combined with the wishes of patients,they were divided into NOSES group (16 cases) and non NOSES group (22 cases). The results of tumor cells exfoliated from peritoneal lavage fluid and bacterial culture indicators were compared between the two groups.【Results】 Mesothelial cells and lymphocytes were visible in the peritoneal lavage fluid of the two groups of patients during surgery,and no exfoliated tumor cells were found. The positive rate was 0 for both groups,with no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). In the NOSES group,4 cases of the 16 cases in the intraoperative peritoneal lavage fluid bacterial culture medium were positive,with a positive rate of 25.0%,including 3 cases of Escherichia coli and 1 case of Enterococcus faecium. Among the positive cases,1 patient had recurrent high fever after surgery. CT showed that the pelvic abscess recovered after anti infection and drainage. In the non NOSES group,5 cases were positive in the bacterial culture medium of intraoperative peritoneal lavage fluid,with a positive rate of 22.7%,including 4 cases of Escherichia coli and 1 case of Klebsiella pneumoniae. There were no cases of abdominal infection. There was no statistically significant difference in the positive rates between the two groups(χ

=0.026,P>0.05). 【Conclusion】 Compared with traditional laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer,transanal NOSES laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer does not significantly increase the risk of surgical tumor dissemination and abdominal infection,and conforms to the principle of aseptic and tumor free.

Analysis of the Influencing Factors of Surgical Prognosis in Patients with Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma

【Objective】 To investigate the independent risk factors affecting the surgical prognosis of patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC). 【Methods】 The clinicopathological data and prognostic information of 64 ICC patients were collected. Univariate and multivariate COX proportional hazards regression models were used to analyze the independent risk factors affecting the prognosis,and Kaplan-Meier survival curves were drawn to compare the effects of different factors on the prognosis of patients. 【Results】 Elevated carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9),extrahepatic metastasis and large duct type of ICC were independent risk factors for the prognosis of patients with ICC. The prognosis of patients with elevated CA19-9,extrahepatic metastasis and large duct ICC was poor,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Elevated CA19-9,extrahepatic metastasis and ICC with large duct type are independent risk factors for the prognosis of patients with ICC.

Effect of X Ray Irradiation on Inflammatory Factors Expression and Biological Functions in BV2 Cells

【Objective】 To explore the effects of X ray irradiation on inflammatory factors expression and biological function in mouse microglia cell line-BV2. 【Methods】 BV2 cells were irradiated by 8 Gy X ray. After irradiation,the expression of inflammatory factors,M1 and M2 cell surface markers were detected with RT-qPCR and flow cytometry. The phagocytic ability of irradiated BV2 cells were evaluated using fluorescein-labeled particles co-culture. The time course changes of MAPKs' (mitogen-activated protein kinase) phosphorylation in irradiated BV2 cells were investigated with Western blotting. Comparison of the proteomic difference between irradiated and unirradiated BV2 cells were performed by mass spectrum identification and bioinformatics analysis. 【Results】 The gene expression of inflammatory factors like IL-1β,TNF-α and the M1 cell surface marker CD86 were significantly upregulated in irradiated cells. Meanwhile,X ray irradiation enhanced BV2 cells' phagocytic ability and increased the phosphorylation level of MAPKs pathway. 【Conclusion】 X ray irradiation drives BV2 cells to M1-like activation and promotes inflammation through the phosphorylation of MAPK pathway.

Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy for Advanced Endometrial Cancer and its Effects on Serum CA19-9,HE4 and TGF-β1

【Objective】 To study the effects of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) on serum carbohydrate antigen 199 (CA19-9),human epididymal protein 4 (HE4) and transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) in the treatment of advanced endometrial carcinoma (EC). 【Methods】 A total of 112 patients with advanced EC treated in Second Hospital of Yulin from January 2015 to December 2019 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 56 patients in each group. The two groups underwent laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for endometrial cancer. The observation group received NACT before surgery and routine chemotherapy after surgery,while the control group only received routine chemotherapy after surgery. Operation related indicators,serum CA19-9,HE4,TGF-β1 and other tumor markers before and after treatment,the toxicity (Ⅲ-Ⅳ) and 3-year survival of the two groups were observed and compared. 【Results】 The intraoperative blood loss,operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were all less than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of serum CA19-9,HE4 and TGF-β1 in the observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). There was no difference in toxicities of Ⅲ to Ⅳ between the two groups (P>0.05). There was no difference in 3-year survival rate between the two groups (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】 NACT treatment for advanced EC can reduce the non-operable lesions to operable ones,and can inhibit levels of CA19-9,HE4,and TGF-β1 with no significant increase in toxicity.

Effects of Elemene Emulsion Injection Combined with Temozolomide on Postoperative Survival and Serum miR-720 and miR-375 Levels in Patients with Glioma

【Objective】 To investigate the effects of elemene emulsion injection combined with temozolomide on postoperative survival and serum miR-720 and miR-375 levels in patients with glioma. 【Methods】 The clinical data of 78 patients with gliomas undergoing surgical treatment admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into a control group (treated with temozolomide after surgery) and an observation group (treated with elemene emulsion injection combined with temozolomide after surgery),with 39 patients in each group. Protective Effect of TRPV4 Agonist on Cerebral Ischemia-reperfusion Injury in Rats and its Influence on PI3K/AKT/eNOS Pathway

【Objective】 To investigate the protective effect of transient receptor potential vanilloid subtype 4 (TRPV4) on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) injury in rats,and to explore related mechanisms. 【Methods】 A total of 72 rats were randomly divided into the sham group,the I/R group,the 4-α-phorbol-12,13-didecanoic acid (4α-PDD) group,and the LY294002 group,with 18 rats in each group. At 30 minutes point before modeling,the 4α-PDD group was injected with 4α-PDD 0.2 mg/kg through the tail vein,the LY294002 group was injected with 4α-PDD 0.2 mg/kg and LY294002 0.5 mg/kg,while the sham group and the I/R group,was injected with an equal volume of normal saline into the tail vein. All pretreatments were one-time medications. The nerve function at 24 h after I/R were detected. The cerebral infarct volume was measured as well. The diastolic function of the isolated cerebral basilar artery (CBA) was evaluated. The expressions of protein kinase B (AKT),p-AKT,endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) and p-eNOS in brain tissue were detected by western blotting. 【Results】 Compared to the I/R group,the nerve function score and cerebral infarction volume decreased in the 4α-PDD group(P<0.05).While compared to the 4α-PDD group,the nerve function score and cerebral infarction volume increased in the LY294002 group (P<0.05).Then,compared with the sham group, the CBA diastolic rate in the I/R group increased (P<0.05); While the CBA diastolic rate increased in the 4α-PDD group (P<0.05) if it was compared with that in the I/R group,However,compared with the 4α-PDD group,the CBA diastolic rate decreased in the LY294002 group (P<0.05).The result of HE staining showed that the hippocampal neuronal nucleoli in the sham group were clear,uniform color,less chromatin,neat arrangement in rows,and oval or round shape in cell body;while the I/R group had large deformation and necrosis of neurons,plus condensed,solid dye,and disorderly arranged nucleuses. However,compared to the I/R group,the number of neurons and the degree of neuronal necrosis in both the 4α-PDD and LY294002 groups got improved where the improvement of the 4α-PDD group was better than that of the LY294002 group. Finally,compared to the sham group,the p-AKT/AKT and p-eNOS/eNOS in the I/R group increased (P<0.05); And compared to the I/R group,the 4α-PDD group had higher levels of AKT/AKT and p-eNOS/eNOS (P<0.05).Furthermore,compared with the 4α-PDD group,the LY294002 group had lower levels of both p-AKT/AKT and p-eNOS/eNOS (P<0.05).【Conclusion】 TRPV4 agonist can improve neurological function and hippocampal pathological changes in I/R brain of rats,promote CBA relaxation,and reduce cerebral infarction volume,which may be achieved by activating the PI3K/AKT/eNOS pathway.

Value of hs-TnI Level combined with Clinical Characteristics in Predicting Short-term Prognosis of Elderly Patients with Acute Ischemic Cerebral Infarction

【Objective】 To investigate the value of high-sensitivity troponin I ( hs-TnI) level combined with clinical characteristics in predicting the short-term prognosis of elderly patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction. 【Methods】 The clinical data of 124 elderly patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction were analyzed retrospectively. They were divided into the poor prognosis group (n=40) and the good prognosis group(n=84). The information of clinical data [gender,age,body mass index (BMI),smoking,drinking,hypertension,blood glucose,sleep apnea syndrome,swallowing and choking cough,atrial fibrillation,pulmonary infection],hs-TnI,NIHSS score and large area infarction level were collected. The differential information between the two groups was incorporated into the logistic model for analysis. The prognosis was taken as the dependent variable and blood glucose,sleep apnea syndrome(SAS),atrial fibrillation,pulmonary infection,hs-TnI level,NIHSS score were taken as independent variables to clarify the risk factors affecting the short-term prognosis of elderly patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction. 【Results】 There were no significant differences in terms of gender,age,BMI,smoking,drinking,hypertension,swallowing and choking cough between the two groups (P>0.05).The proportion of blood glucose >6.1 mmol/L,SAS,atrial fibrillation,pulmonary infection in the poor prognosis group was significantly higher than that in the good prognosis group (P<0.05).The hs-TnI and NIHSS score levels in the poor prognosis group were significantly higher than those in the good prognosis group (P<0.05).The area under the poor prognosis curve (AUC) predicted by hs-TnI was 0.719,the best boundary value was 19.32 ng/mL,the sensitivity was 70.00%,and the specificity was 56.70%. Multivariate logistic regression analysis confirmed that blood glucose ≥6.10 mmol/L,SAS,atrial fibrillation,pulmonary infection,hs-TnI ≥ 19.32 ng/mL,NIHSS score ≥ 15.25 were the risk factors for poor prognosis in elderly patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction (P<0.05).The AUC of hs-TnI combined with the poor clinical features was 0.983,with a sensitivity of 95.00% and a specificity of 92.90%.【Conclusion】 The short-term prognosis of elderly patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction is affected by blood glucose,SAS,atrial fibrillation,pulmonary infection,hs-TnI level,NIHSS score. Clinicians should pay close attention to them and make proper intervention in time.

Expression of miR-141-3p and miR-200a in Peripheral Blood of Patients with Ovarian Cancer and their Predictive Value for Chemosensitivity

【Objective】 To investigate the expression of miR-141-3p and miR-200a in the peripheral blood of patients with ovarian cancer and their predictive value for chemosensitivity. 【Methods】 A total of 82 patients with ovarian cancer admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Yan'an University from October 2015 to September 2020 were selected. They were divided into a non responsive group and a sensitive group based on the chemotherapy efficacy of ovarian cancer patients. The clinical data of the two groups were compared. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors affecting the chemotherapy sensitivity of ovarian cancer patients; The receiver operating characteristics (ROC) curves were plotted to evaluate the predictive efficacy of peripheral blood miR-141-3p and miR-200a in chemosensitivity of ovarian cancer patients using area under curve (AUC). 【Results】 Of the 82 patients with ovarian cancer in this study,27 (32.93%) had no response to chemotherapy. The proportion of patients with stage Ⅳ clinical stage,lymph node metastasis,residual tumor diameter,and miR-141-3p expression level in the non responsive group were higher than those in the sensitive group (P<0.05),while the miR-200a expression level in the non responsive group was lower than that in the sensitive group (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that clinical stage Ⅳ,expression levels of miR-141-3p and miR-200a in peripheral blood were risk factors affecting chemosensitivity in patients with ovarian cancer (OR=2.732,3.241,3.277,P<0.05). The ROC curve analysis showed that the best cutoff points for predicting chemosensitivity in ovarian cancer patients with peripheral blood miR-141-3p and miR-200a were 1.55 and 1.84,respectively,and the AUC was 0.757 and 0.790,respectively. 【Conclusion】 The expression levels of miR-141-3p and miR-200a in peripheral blood are related to chemosensitivity in patients with ovarian cancer,and can be used as important reference indicators for predicting chemosensitivity in patients with ovarian cancer.

Predictive Value of Preoperative Serum ALT/AST Ratio for Postoperative Recurrence of Early Gastric Cancer

【Objective】 To investigate the predictive value of preoperative serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT)/aspartate aminotransferase (AST) ratio (LSR) for postoperative recurrence of early gastric cancer. 【Methods】 LSR levels were detected in 165 patients who were scheduled to undergo radical gastrectomy. Follow up ranged from 6 to 24 months,and 7 cases were lost. According to the prognosis,158 patients were divided into relapse group (n=25) and non relapse group (n=133). The preoperative LSR level and related clinical data of the two groups of patients were compared. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of postoperative recurrence of early gastric cancer patients. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was drawn,and the area under the ROC curve (AUC) was used to determine the predictive value of preoperative serum LSR level for postoperative recurrence in patients with early gastric cancer.【Results】 The TNM stage,the proportion of lymphatic vessel invasion,tumor diameter and preoperative NLR,LSR level in the recurrent group were higher than those in the non recurrent group (P<0.05); Logistic multivariate analysis showed that lymphatic vessel invasion,TNM stage Ⅲ and preoperative LSR were risk factors for postoperative recurrence of early gastric cancer (P<0.05); ROC curve showed that the AUC value of LSR predicting recurrence of early gastric cancer patients was 0.783 (P<0.05).【Conclusion】 The preoperative detection of LSR has a certain predictive value for postoperative recurrence of early gastric cancer patients,and is worthy of clinical application.

Effect of the Chishen Zhuanggu Decoction on Hand Function and Fracture Healing in Patients with Energy-Stagnation and Blood Stasis Syndrome in Early Hand Fracture Patients

【Objective】 To explore the effect of the Chishen Zhuanggu Decoction on hand function and fracture healing in patients with energy-stagnation and blood stasis syndrome in early hand fracture patients. 【Methods】 From January 2017 to January 2020,100 patients with early hand fracture of energy-stagnation and blood stasis syndrome admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional micro plate internal fixation,while the observation group was treated with the Chishen Zhuanggu Decoction on the basis of the control group. The excellent and good rate of hand function,total active flexion,removal time of internal fixation,fracture healing time,hospitalization time,occurrence of adverse events of postoperative fracture healing,and hand function recovery scores before and after treatment [barehanded muscle strength assessment (MMT),Fugl-Meyer hand motor function (FMA) scores,and TCM syndrome scores] were compared and analyzed between the two groups.【Results】 The excellent and good rate of hand function in the observation group was 94.00%,significantly higher than 80.00% in the control group (P<0.05). The total active flexion in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of MMT and FMA in both groups increased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05). After treatment,the MMT and FMA scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The TCM syndrome score was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse events in postoperative fracture healing in the observation group was 4.00%,lower than 16.00% in the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 The Chishen Zhuanggu Decoction has a clear clinical efficacy in the treatment of postoperative patients with hand fractures,which can enhance muscle strength,promote fracture healing,restore hand function,and reduce the risk of adverse events in postoperative fracture healing. It is worthy of clinical promotion.

Value of Multi-slice Spiral CT in the Differential Diagnosis of Renal Clear Cell Carcinoma and Lipoid Renal Angiomyolipoma

【Objective】 To explore the value of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) in the differential diagnosis of renal clear cell carcinoma (ccRCC) and lipoid renal angiomyolipoma (AMLmf) and to analyze the value of MSCT in evaluating the Fuhrman classification of ccRCC patients. 【Methods】 A total of 28 patients with ccRCC were divided into group A and 27 patients with AMLmf were divided into group B. The imaging signs (tumor size,tumor calcification,cystic change,hemorrhage,visible blood vessels and multiple lesions),CT values (plain scan,cortical phase,medullary phase and excretory phase) and tumor enhancement patterns (homogeneous enhancement,heterogeneous enhancement,main peripheral and septal enhancement) of MSCT were compared between the two groups. The CT value (plain scan,cortical phase and medullary phase) and pseudocapsule of patients with different Fuhrman grades in the group A were compared. 【Results】 The diameter of tumor in the group A was significantly larger than that in the group B (P<0.05); The proportion of patients with cystic change,multiple lesions and tumor hemorrhage in the group A was significantly higher than that in the group B (P<0.05); There was no significant difference between the two groups in the proportion of patients with tumor calcification and visible blood vessels (P>0.05). The CT value of plain scan in the group A was significantly lower than that in the group B (P<0.05); The CT value of cortical phase in the group A was significantly higher than that in the group B (P<0.05); There was no significant difference in CT values between the two groups in medullary phase and excretory phase (P>0.05); The proportion of patients with heterogeneous tumor enhancement in the group A was significantly higher than that in the group B (P<0.05). The CT values of cortex and medulla in patients with Fuhrman grade Ⅰ~Ⅱ were significantly higher than those in patients with grade Ⅲ~Ⅳ (P<0.05); There was no significant difference between the two CT values (P>0.05); The rate of pseudocapsule integrity in patients with grade Ⅰ to Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in patients with grade Ⅲ to Ⅳ (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 There are differences in MSCT imaging characteristics,CT value of plain scan and tumor enhancement mode between ccRCC and AMLmf. At the same time,the CT value of cortical and medullary phase and pseudocapsule can evaluate the Fuhrman grading of ccRCC patients.

Application Value of HSF2,IL-23,and MDC in the Evaluation of Ulcerative Colitis

【Objective】 To investigate the value of heat shock transcription factor 2 (HSF2),interleukin 23 (IL-23),and myeloid dendritic cells (MDC) in the evaluation of ulcerative colitis. 【Methods】 A total of 146 patients with UC admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to August 2021 (observation group) were selected,and another 73 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group. The serum levels of HSF2,IL-23,and MDC were compared between the observation group,the control group,and patients with UC of different conditions at admission. Pearson was used to analyze the correlation between the above indicators and the patient's condition,and the diagnostic value of the receiver operational characteristic curve (ROC curve) was used to analyze its diagnostic value for UC. 【Results】 The serum levels of HSF2,IL-23,and MDC in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The serum levels of HSF2,IL-23,and MDC in the active phase group were significantly higher than those in the remission phase group (P<0.05). The levels of serum HSF2,IL-23,and MDC in the three groups of patients were statistically significant (P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that the serum levels of HSF2,IL-23,and MDC were positively correlated with the onset period and severity of the disease (all P<0.05). The ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve (AUC) of serum HSF2,IL-23,and MDC levels for the diagnosis of UC was 0.795,0.832,and 0.856,respectively. The combined diagnosis AUC was 0.927,which was greater than a single indicator (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 The serum levels of HSF2,IL-23,and MDC have certain evaluation value for the severity of UC patients,and can provide a reference for the clinical early diagnosis of UC.

Correlation between Serum Homocysteine Level and Cardio Cerebral Atherosclerosis in Hypertensive Emergency and Subacute Patients

【Objective】 To investigate the correlation between serum homocysteine (Hcy) level and cardio cerebral atherosclerosis in hypertensive emergency and sub emergency patients. 【Methods】 Seventy-nine patients with hypertension emergency and sub emergency were selected were enrolled in the study The serum Hcy level was detected to evaluate the occurrence of cardio cerebral atherosclerosis. The patients with cardio cerebral atherosclerosis were the observation group (n=48),and the patients without cardio cerebral atherosclerosis were the control group (n=31). The general data and serum Hcy level of the two groups were compared,and the influencing factors of cardio cerebral atherosclerosis were analyzed by logistic regression; ROC was used to evaluate the predictive value of serum Hcy level in cardio cerebral atherosclerosis. 【Results】 There were no significant differences in terms of sex,age,BMI,smoking history,diabetes,hyperlipidemia,FPG,HbAlc,LDL-C,HDL-C between the two groups (P>0.05). The proportion of previous PCI history,cerebral infarction history,Cr,BUN,Gensini score and Hcy level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that previous PCI history,cerebral infarction history,BUN,Gensini score and Hcy were the influencing factors of cardio cerebral atherosclerosis in hypertensive emergency and sub emergency patients (P<0.05). ROC analysis showed that the cut-off value of serum Hcy level in hypertensive emergency and sub emergency patients for the diagnosis of cardio cerebral atherosclerosis was 8.76 μmol/L and the AUC value was 0.974,with the sensitivity of 89.58% and specificity of 96.77%. 【Conclusion】 There is a close correlation between serum Hcy level and cardio cerebral atherosclerosis in hypertensive emergency and sub emergency patients,which can provide useful reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

Clinical Value of MRI and Multi-slice Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Allergic Fungal Sinusitis

【Objective】 To compare the clinical value of MRI and multi slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of allergic fungal sinusitis (AFRS). 【Methods】 A total of 84 patients with suspected AFRS admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2021 were selected. All patients underwent MRI and multi-slice spiral CT examinations,using pathological diagnosis as the "gold standard". The diagnostic results of MRI and multi slice spiral CT were recorded,and the effectiveness and consistency of MRI and multi slice spiral CT in diagnosing AFRS were analyzed. 【Results】 Eighty out of 84 suspected AFRS patients were diagnosed as AFRS by pathological examination. Multi slice spiral CT diagnosed 78 cases of AFRS,showing 53 cases of maxillary sinus involvement,36 cases of maxillary sinus ostium enlargement,and 20 cases of bone hyperplasia and sclerosis causing sinus cavity narrowing; There were 19 cases of residual air bubbles,20 cases of soft tissue density showing a slightly higher density shadow in the form of strips (or patches),presenting a characteristic "ground glass like change" (more obvious in the soft tissue window),with a CT value of (96.84±8.06) HU,58 cases of low density soft tissue filling,with a CT value of (34.54±5.79) HU; 66 cases showed uneven intraluminal density and calcification; There were 23 cases of hyperplasia and sclerosis of the maxillary sinus wall,40 cases of bone resorption and destruction of the maxillary sinus wall,8 cases of bone resorption and destruction of the inferior ethmoid sinus wall,and 7 cases of absorption and destruction of the nasal septum. CT can be the first imaging method for screening AFRS,and can assist MRI in the diagnosis of AFRS patients who cannot be diagnosed with multislice spiral CT.

Value of Acetylcholinesterase Staining and Calretinin Immunohistochemical Staining in the Preoperative Diagnosis of Hirschsprung's Disease in Children

【Objective】 To investigate the value of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) staining and Calretinin immunohistochemical staining in the preoperative pathological diagnosis of hirschsprung's disease (HD). 【Methods】 The general clinical data of 89 children with chronic constipation,abdominal distension,or other suspected congenital megacolon (but not obvious symptoms) admitted to our hospital from April to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,including 39 children with HD (HD group) and 50 children without HD (non HD group). The characteristics of Calretinin immunohistochemical staining and AChE staining in HD and non HD children were analyzed,and their accuracy and sensitivity in the diagnosis of HD were analyzed. 【Results】 In the HD group,AChE staining was positive in 38 cases and negative in 1 case,while in the non HD group,AChE staining was positive in 1 case and negative in 49 cases. In the HD group,the Caletinin immunohistochemical staining was negative,while in the non HD group,the Caletinin immunohistochemical staining was positive in 49 cases and negative in 1 case. The specificity and sensitivity of AChE staining in the diagnosis of HD were 97.4% and 98.0%,respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of Caletinin immunohistochemical staining in the diagnosis of HD were 100% and 98%,respectively. 【Conclusion】 The combination of AChE staining and Calretinin immunohistochemical staining in colonic mucosa biopsy specimens is a reliable method for preoperative diagnosis of HD,and is worthy of clinical application.

Association Study of G2 Gene Polymorphism of Adenosine Triphosphate Binding Cassette Family and Prognosis of Patients with Traumatic Brain Injury

【Objective】 To investigate the correlation between adenosine triphosphate binding cassette family G2 (ABCG2) gene polymorphism and prognosis in patients with traumatic brain injury (TBI). 【Methods】 A total of 123 TBI patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Medical College from January 2018 to May 2020 were selected and divided into an observation group (good prognosis,n=99) and a control group (poor prognosis,n=24) based on the prognosis. The relationship between the different alleles of ABCG2 gene polymorphism and the prognosis of TBI patients was analyzed,and the factors affecting the prognosis of TBI patients were analyzed. 【Results】 Of the 123 patients with TBI,24 cases(19.51%) had a poor prognosis,while the remaining 99 cases(80.49%) had a good prognosis. Univariate analysis showed that there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of age,Glasgow Coma Score (GCS) at admission,brain contusion,subarachnoid hemorrhage,and chest and abdominal injury (P<0.05). The proportion of the G locus of rs2032582 gene in the group with poor prognosis was higher than that in the group with good prognosis (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that GCS score at admission,rs2032582 allele,age,combined with brain contusion,combined with chest and abdominal injury,and combined with subarachnoid hemorrhage were independent factors affecting the prognosis of TBI patients (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 ABCG2 gene polymorphism is associated with the prognosis of TBI patients. GCS score at admission,rs2032582 allele,age,brain contusion,chest and abdominal injury,and subarachnoid hemorrhage are independent factors that affect the prognosis of TBI patients.

Analysis of the Influencing Factors of Bone Mineral Density Decrease during Androgen Blockade Therapy in Elderly Patients with Prostate Cancer

【Objective】 To investigate the influencing factors of decreased bone mineral density (BMD) in elderly patients with prostate cancer during androgen blockade therapy. 【Methods】 The clinical data of 105 elderly prostate cancer patients admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to May 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were treated with androgen blockade combined with radiotherapy. The incidence of bone mineral density reduction during androgen blockade treatment in elderly prostate cancer patients was statistically analyzed. According to whether the bone mineral density decreased during treatment,the patients were divided into reduced bone mineral density group and non reduced bone mineral density group. The clinical data of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed. Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of bone mineral density reduction in elderly prostate cancer patients during androgen blockade therapy. Kaplan-Meier method was used to draw survival curves,and log rank test was used to analyze the difference in the biochemical failure curve between the reduced bone mineral density group and the non reduced bone mineral density group.【Results】 Among 105 elderly patients with prostate cancer,22 patients (20.95%) had decreased bone density during androgen blockade therapy (BMD reduction group); The remaining 83 patients did not have a decrease in bone density (non reduced bone density group),accounting for 79.05%. The GS score,body mass index (BMI),serum prostate specific antigen (PSA),high tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-1 (IL-1) levels in the decreased bone density group were higher than those in the non decreased bone density group (P<0.05),while the serum testosterone (T),osteoprotegerin (OPG) levels were lower than those in the non decreased bone density group (P<0.05); Logistic multivariate analysis showed that BMI,PSA,T,and OPG were all influential factors for bone mineral density reduction in elderly prostate cancer patients during androgen blockade therapy (P<0.05). During a 2-year follow-up,1 case was lost in the low bone density group and 2 cases in the non low bone density group. The median follow-up time was 12 months (1-24 months). The 2-year biochemical failure free rate in the reduced bone density group was 80.95%,while the 2-year biochemical failure free rate in the non reduced bone density group was 82.72%. There was no statistically significant difference in the biochemical failure curve between the two groups(χ

=0.003,P=0.955). 【Conclusion】 BMI,PSA,T,and OPG are all factors that affect the decrease of bone mineral density in elderly prostate cancer patients during androgen therapy,and the decrease of bone mineral density during treatment is not associated with long-term biochemical failure in elderly prostate cancer patients.

Effects of Intrarenal Capsule Injection of Hydrocortisone Sodium Succinate on Oxidative Stress and Renal Function in Patients with Nephrotic Syndrome

【Objective】 To investigate the effects of intrarenal capsule injection of hydrocortisone sodium succinate on oxidative stress and renal function in patients with nephrotic syndrome(NS). 【Methods】 A total of 116 patients with NS were randomly divided into the observation group (hydrocortisone sodium succinate + oral glucocorticoid therapy,58 cases) and the control group (oral glucocorticoid therapy alone,58 cases). To compare the treatment effect between the two groups,glutathione transferase (GSH),superoxide dismutase (SOD),malondialdehyde (MDA),urea nitrogen (BUN),creatinine (Scr) and 24 h urinary protein were measured and compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The incidence of insomnia,elevated blood sugar,digestive tract reaction,obesity and other adverse reactions were compared between the two groups during treatment as well. 【Results】 The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.66%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (74.14%) (P<0.05). Levels of both GSH and SOD after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment,while MDA level was significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05),Levels of GSH and SOD after treatment in the observation group were significantly higher than those after treatment in the control group,while MDA level was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment,BUN,Scr and 24 h urinary protein of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05),and levels of BUN,Scr and 24 h urinary protein of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than those of the control group after treatment (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 13.79%,which was no significant difference compared with 6.90% in the control group (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】 Intracapsular administration of hydrocortisone sodium succinate improves oxidative stress and renal function in patients with nephrotic syndrome.

Effect of Cough Suppression Training Combined with Pulmonary Protective Active Circulatory Ventilation Training on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Lung Cancer Patients

【Objective】 To investigate the effect of cough suppression training combined with pulmonary protective active circulatory ventilation training on postoperative rehabilitation of lung cancer patients. 【Methods】 From July 2019 to August 2021,150 patients with lung cancer who were admitted to the Cardiothoracic Surgery Department of the Shangluo Central Hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 75 patients in each group. The control group was given cough suppression training after surgery,while the observation group was given pulmonary protective active circulatory ventilation training on the basis of the control group. Before admission,4 days after surgery,and before discharge,all patients were examined for lung function indicators [forced expiratory volume (FEV1),forced vital capacity (FVC),and FEV1/FVC].The quality of life of the patients was evaluated using the QLQ-C30. The occurrence of respiratory complications in both groups of patients was also recorded. 【Results】 The FVC,FEV1,and FEV1/FVC in the observation group before admission,4 days after surgery,and before discharge were higher than those in the control group and the group before treatment (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the relevant indicators in the control group during the above time periods compared with those before treatment (P>0.05); Compared with before treatment,the scores of various indicators in the QLQ-C30 scale in the observation group improved significantly after treatment (P<0.05); The incidence of complications such as lung abscess,respiratory failure,atelectasis,and respiratory obstruction in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Assisting with lung protective active circulatory ventilation training (mainly cough suppression training) on the basis of radical surgery for lung cancer can effectively improve patients' lung function,reduce the incidence of respiratory complications during the rehabilitation process,and improve patients' quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

Effects of Laparoscopic Radical Resection of Right Colon Cancer via a Cephalic Central Mixed Approach on Serum levels of P1k-1,TSGF and its Prognosis in Patients with Colorectal Cancer

【Objective】 To investigate the effect of laparoscopic radical resection of right colon cancer through a cephalic central mixed approach on the serum levels of Polo like kinase 1 (P1k-1),tumor specific growth factor (TSGF),and prognosis in patients with right colon cancer. 【Methods】 The clinical data of 136 patients with right colon cancer admitted to Qishan County Hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different surgical approaches,they were divided into the observation group (laparoscopic right colon cancer radical surgery via cephalic central mixed approach) and the control group (laparoscopic right colon cancer radical surgery via central approach),with 68 patients in each group. The operation time,intraoperative bleeding,total number of lymph node dissection,postoperative anal exhaust time,postoperative feeding start time,postoperative hospitalization time,and the incidence of intraoperative blood transfusion,vascular injury,and conversion to laparotomy were compared between the two groups. The incidence of complications and the levels of serum P1k-1 and TSGF before and 7 days after surgery were compared between the two groups. 【Results】 The operative time,intraoperative bleeding,and incidence of intraoperative blood transfusion in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The complication rate in the observation group was 17.65%,while the complication rate in the control group was 30.88%. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P=0.072). Seven days after surgery,the serum levels of P1k-1 and TSGF in the two groups were lower than those before surgery (P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). During a one-year follow-up,there was no statistically significant difference in the local recurrence rate and distant metastasis rate between the two groups (P>0.05). The one-year cumulative survival rate in the observation group was 92.65% (63/68),while the one-year cumulative survival rate in the control group was 89.71% (61/68). There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P=0.507). 【Conclusion】 Compared with the central approach,laparoscopic radical resection of right colon cancer through the cephalic central mixed approach can also thoroughly clean lymph nodes,reduce intraoperative bleeding,and shorten surgical time. It has no significant impact on short-term and long-term efficacy,postoperative complications,and serum P1k-1,TSGF levels.

Effect of Vacuum Sealing Drainage Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen on Large Area Soft Tissue Trauma of Extremities and Effect on IFN-γ and TNF-α

【Objective】 To explore the effect of vacuum sealing drainage combined with hyperbaric oxygen on large area soft tissue trauma of extremities and its effect on tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interferon- γ(IFN-γ). 【Methods】 From April 2019 to April 2022,100 patients with large area soft tissue trauma of extremities admitted to the Third Hospital of Shandong Province were randomly divided into the drainage group and the combined group,with 50 patients in each group. The drainage group was treated with negative pressure sealing drainage alone,while the combined group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen in addition to the negative pressure sealing drainage. After 2 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,wound dressing change frequency,hospitalization time,pain degree and inflammatory indicators TNF-α and IFN-γ and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. 【Results】 The clinical effect of the combined group was better than that of the drainage group (P<0.05),and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the drainage group (P<0.05). The overall analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in VAS scores between the two groups before and after treatment (P<0.05). The VAS scores of the two groups after 48 hours and 2 weeks of treatment were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). After 2 weeks of treatment,the VAS score of the combined group was lower than that of the drainage group (P<0.05). The serum TNF-α and IFN-γ levels in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment. There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).【Conclusion】 The application of negative pressure sealing drainage combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of large area soft tissue trauma of extremities is more conducive to promoting the recovery of patients' wounds,inhibiting the expression of inflammatory factors,relieving patients' postoperative pain,and improving the treatment effect and safety.

Correlation Analysis of Complement System Related Factors CFH,C5b-9 and Visual Prognosis in Patients with Age-Related Macular Degeneration

【Objective】 To investigate the correlation between complement factor H (CFH),complement C5b-9,and visual prognosis in patients with age related macular degeneration (AMD). 【Methods】 A total of 136 patients with AMD admitted to the Shanyang County People's Hospital from April 2018 to March 2021 were selected,and their visual prognosis after 3 months of treatment was statistically analyzed. They were divided into poor prognosis group and good prognosis group based on their visual prognosis. The clinical data of the poor prognosis group and the good prognosis group were compared; Logistic multivariate regression analysis was used to analyze the related factors affecting the visual prognosis of AMD patients. The predictive value of combined detection of CFH and complement C5b-9 in predicting poor visual prognosis in patients with AMD using the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis.【Results】 The incidence of poor visual prognosis in AMD patients was 35.29%. The age,focal area (CSA),blood flow area (CFA),concave retinal thickness (CMT),and complement C5b-9 in the poor prognosis group were higher than those in the good prognosis group (P<0.05),while CFH was lower than those in the good prognosis group (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that CFA,CFH,and complement C5b-9 were all risk factors affecting visual prognosis in patients with AMD (OR=2.742,3.330,3.019,P<0.05). The ROC curve analysis showed that the best cutoff points for predicting poor visual prognosis in AMD patients with CFH and complement C5b-9 were 254.07 ng/mL and 73.69 ng/mL,respectively. The specificity of the combination of CFH and complement C5b-9 was 97.73%,which was higher than the specificity of the independent evaluation of CFH and complement C5b-9. The area under the curve (AUC) for predicting poor visual prognosis in AMD patients with CFH and complement C5b-9 was 0.893,which was higher than the AUC predicted by CFH and complement C5b-9 alone (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 The combination of CFH and complement C5b-9 is highly effective in predicting poor visual prognosis in patients with AMD,and can be used as an important reference index for clinical evaluation of visual prognosis in patients with AMD.

Study on D Gene Polymorphism in RhD Negative Pregnant Women of the Han Nationality in Shaanxi Province

【Objective】 To investigate the D gene polymorphism in RhD negative pregnant women in the Shaanxi Han nationality.【Methods】 From January 2018 to March 2020,54 Han women in Shaanxi who were RhD negative during the initial screening were selected for regular prenatal examination in our hospital. RhD blood group was detected by microcolumn gel card; Indirect antiglobulin test (IAT) was performed by anti human globulin gel card method; RhCE antigen typing was identified using Rh typing cards; Del blood group was detected by absorption radiation test; Sequence specific polymerase chain reaction (PCR-SSP) was used to identify the Del blood group genotype of the specimens; The reaction pattern table of D-Screen reagent was used to identify some types of D Ⅵ 3. PCR amplification and sequencing were performed on 10 specific primers for RHD gene exons. 【Results】 Of the 54 pregnant women who were RhD negative in the initial screening,3 were positive for monoclonal (IgG+IgM) anti D antibody IAT test and identified as D variant. Acid diffusion method detected 18 positive cases,except for the above 3 cases of D variant,the remaining 15 cases were all Del phenotypes,and 36 cases were D negative samples. Neither the D variant nor the Del phenotype produced anti D,and 2 of the 36 D negative specimens produced anti JKb combined with anti CE,while 7 produced anti D (1 case of them produced anti C combined with anti D). The RhCE typing results showed that the D negative blood group was mainly ccee,the Del phenotype was mainly Ccee,and there were no ccEe and ccee. Among the 3 cases of D variant,D-Screen detected 2 cases of partial D Ⅵ 3 type,and the remaining 1 case was identified as weak D15 type by RHD gene sequencing analysis. The RHD gene had a homozygous mutation of c.845G>(p.Gly282Asp). PCR-SSP detected 15 positive cases,consistent with the number of positive cases detected by acid diffusion method. Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D Level in Assessing Prognosis of Patients with Ischemic Stroke

【Objective】 To investigate the value of serum fat-soluble vitamin (25-hydroxyvitamin D,25-OH-VD) in evaluating the prognosis of patients with ischemic stroke. 【Methods】 The data of 1000 cases of ischemic stroke admitted to two hospitals were analyzed retrospectively. According to the survival conditions,the patients were divided into the good and the bad prognosis groups,with 510 and 490 cases in each group,respectively. Basic data of the two groups [age,sex,body mass index (BMI),smoking history,infarct size,blood sugar,body temperature,NIHSS score,blood pressure,25-OH-VD] were compared. Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Robot Training on Rehabilitation Process of Elderly Patients with Lower Limb Fracture

【Objective】 To explore the influence of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation robot training on the rehabilitation process of elderly patients with lower limb fracture. 【Methods】 A total of 96 elderly patients with lower limb fracture were divided into the observation group and the control group by random table method,with 48 cases in each group. The control group received rehabilitation robot training,while the observation group received acupuncture combined with rehabilitation robot training. The lower extremity simplified Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Scale (FMA) score,Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom score (TCM),Berg Balance Scale (BBS) score,Ability of Daily Living Scale (ADL) score,Holden Functional Walking Scale (FAC) score,joint function (HSS) score,and joint maximum range of motion before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Complications were compared between the two groups as well. 【Results】 The TCM symptom scores of pain,swelling and ecchymosis in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment in the observation group and after treatment in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of ADL,BBS and FMA in the observation group were higher than those before treatment in the observation group and after treatment in the control group (P<0.05). FAC,HSS and range of motion were significantly higher in the observation group after treatment than before treatment in the observation group and after treatment in the control group (P<0.05). There was no difference in the total complication rate between the two groups (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】 Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation robot training for elderly patients with lower limb fractures can accelerate the rehabilitation process and improve the joint function and joint range of motion of patients.

Correlation between Coagulation Indicators Such as Fibrin Degradation Products and the Prognosis of Patients with Severe Burn Shock

【Objective】 To explore the correlation between coagulation indicators such as fibrin degradation products and the prognosis of patients with severe burn shock:the early warning value of fibrin degradation products (FDP) and coagulation indexes for the prognosis of patients with severe burn shock. 【Methods】 A total of 91 patients with severe burn shock admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects. The basic information of all patients and coagulation indexes such as FDP at admission were collected. The patients were followed up for 60 days after treatment to calculate their survival. Factors affecting the prognosis of patients and value of coagulation indexes in predicting the prognosis of patients were analyzed.【Results】 During the follow-up period of 91 severe burn shock patients,33 cases died (36.26%,33/91 ),and the remaining 58 cases (63.74%,58/91) survived. Logistic regression analysis showed that acute physiology and chronic health status score Ⅱ(APACHE Ⅱ), total burn area,activation partial thromboplastin time (APTT),and FDP were independent factors affecting the prognosis of patients (P<0.05). The ROC curve results showed that the sensitivities of FDP,APTT and their combination to predict the prognosis of patients with severe burn shock were 72.72%,75.76% and 72.72%,respectively,while the specificities were 72.41%,70.69%,and 96.55%,respectively,and the AUC were 0.762,0.774,and 0.905,respectively. 【Conclusion】 Patients with severe burn shock are at higher risk of poor prognosis. FDP and APTT are related to the prognosis of patients with severe burn shock. The combination of the two has a good prognostic value in predicting the prognosis.

Effects of Qingre Xingnao Decoction Combined with Edaravone on the Neural Function of the Penumbra in Patients with Ischemic Stroke

【Objective】 To investigate the effect of Qingre Xingnao Decoction combined with edaravone on the neural function of the penumbra in patients with ischemic stroke. 【Methods】 From January 2019 to February 2021,40 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to the neurosurgery department of our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 20 patients in each group. The control group was treated with edaravone on the basis of routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with Qingre Xingnao Decoction on the basis of the control group. Comparison of ischemic penumbra perfusion parameters between two groups of patients before and after treatment[Cer ebral blood flow (CBF),cerebral blood volume (CBV),mean transit time (MTT) and the time of peak (TTP) of the contrast agent],inflammatory factors [interleukin-3 (IL-3),interleukin-5 (IL-5),interleukin-8 (IL-8)] and adverse reactions and neurological function were compared between the two groups. 【Results】 On the 7 and 14 days after treatment,CBF,MTT,and TTP in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group. The CBV level in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with significant differences (P<0.05); The serum levels of IL-3,IL-5,and IL-8 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with significant differences (P<0.05); The CSS scores of patients in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with significant differences (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 20.0% (4/20),while that in the control group was 15.0% (3/20). There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P=0.677). 【Conclusion】 Qingre Xingnao Decoction combined with edaravone can improve the neural function of the penumbra and reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients with ischemic stroke,which is safe and effective,and is worthy of clinical promotion.

Value of CXCL10,FGF-21,and 25-(OH)D in Predicting the Risk of Adverse Cardiovascular Events in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction after PCI

【Objective】 To explore the value of CXC chemokine ligand 10 (CXCL10),fibroblast growth factor 21 (FGF-21),and 25-hydroxyvitamin D [(25-OH)D] in predicting the risk of adverse cardiovascular events in patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). 【Methods】 A total of 86 patients with AMI treated with PCI from March 2019 to December 2020 were included in the study. After treatment,the patients were effectively followed up for 1 year. They were divided into adverse cardiovascular events group (n=32) and non conscientious vascular events group (n=54) based on whether they had adverse cardiovascular events during the follow-up period. The levels of CXCL10,FGF-21,and 25-(OH)D were compared between the two groups. The predictive value of CXCL10,FGF-21,and 25-(OH)D levels on the risk of adverse cardiovascular events in patients with AMI after PCI was analyzed using the receiver operational characteristic curve (ROC curve). Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze whether CXCL10,FGF-21,and 25-(OH)D were risk factors for adverse cardiovascular events in patients with AMI after PCI. 【Results】 The levels of CXCL10 and FGF-21 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05),and the levels of 25-(OH)D were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve of CXCL10,FGF-21,and 25-(OH)D predicting adverse cardiovascular events in patients with AMI after PCI was 0.822,0.716,and 0.764,respectively (all P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that CXCL10,FGF-21,and 25-(OH)D were independent influencing factors for adverse cardiovascular events in patients with AMI after PCI (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 CXCL10,FGF-21,and 25-(OH)D have important clinical value in predicting the risk of adverse cardiovascular events in patients with AMI after PCI.

Relationship between Mean Platelet Volume and Short-term Clinical Prognosis in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

【Objective】 To analyze the relationship between mean platelet volume (MPV) and clinical prognosis within 30 days of acute cerebral infarction (ACI). 【Methods】 A total of 50 patients with ACI who were diagnosed within 24 hours in our hospital were enrolled in the study. After conventional effective treatment,3 patients died in the hospital,and the remaining 47 patients were discharged after treatment. The mRS score was performed from 47 patients with 30 days after discharge. According to the mRS scores,patients were divided into the good prognosis group (mRS≤2 score,n=33) and the poor prognosis group (mRS>2 score,n=14). The level of MPV were measured at admission,and the relationship between MPV and clinical prognosis of 30 days after ACI was analyzed. The receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) was used to evaluate the value of MPV as a predictor of clinical prognosis in patients with ACI and the logistic regression analysis was used to determine whether MPV was an independent risk factor for poor prognosis.【Results】 The circulating MPV level of the poor prognosis group was (13.44±1.73) fL immediately after admission,which was significantly higher than (11.17±2.00) fL in the good prognosis group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). MPV had a moderate diagnostic efficacy for poor prognosis of ACI patients and the area under the ROC curve (AUC) (95%CI) was 0.83 (0.72-0.95). Logistic regression analysis showed that MPV was an independent risk factor for poor prognosis within 30 days of ACI patients. 【Conclusion】 MPV is an independent risk factor for poor prognosis in ACI patients within 30 days,and it is a potential marker for evaluating poor prognosis in ACI patients.
