Effect of Condyloma Acuminatum Wet Compress with Anti-wart Lotion on Th1/Th2 Balance and Out-of-Hospital Recurrence Rate in Female Patients

【Objective】 To investigate the effect of condyloma acuminata treated with Anti-wart lotion on the balance of helper T cell 1 (Th1) / helper T cell 2 (Th2) and the recurrence rate. 【Methods】A total of 74 female patients with condyloma acuminatum treated in the department of dermatology, east hospital, the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from September 2020 to September 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group by lot, with 37 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with carbon dioxide laser after admission. The observation group was wet applied with Anti-wart lotion after wound healing, and the control group was smeared with imiquimod cream. Four weeks was a course of treatment, and both groups were treated for two consecutive courses. The clinical efficacy, recurrence rate, adverse reaction rate and Th1/Th2 indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups [interferon-γ(IFN-γ), interleukin-4 (IL-4), interleukin-10 (IL-10), Th1/Th2], inflammatory response indicators [high sensitivity C-reactive protein (HS CPR), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)], vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and human papillomavirus (HPV)-DNA. 【Results】 The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); Before treatment, IFN-γ, IL-4, IL-10 and Th1/Th2 of both groups were compared, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); Compared with those before treatment, IL-4 and IL-10 in the two groups decreased significantly after treatment, and IFN-γ, Th1/Th2 increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); But after treatment,IFN-γ,IL-4, IL-10 and Th1/Th2 in both groups were compared, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Before treatment, VEGF, hs-CPR, TNF-α and HPV-DNA was compared, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); Compared with those before treatment, VEGF,HPV-DNA, hs-CPR and TNF-α in the two groups decreased significantly after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); After treatment, VEGF, hs-CPR and TNF-α were compared, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); HPV-DNA in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】 The Anti-wart lotion is effective in the treatment of female condyloma acuminatum, which can improve the immune function of patients, reduce inflammatory reaction, and has no obvious adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical application.

Expression and Clinical Significance of HIF-1α and VEGF in Oral Cancer Tissues

【Objective】 To investigate the expression and clinical significance of hypoxia inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in oral cancer tissues. 【Methods】A total of 174 patients with oral cancer who were treated by the Fourth Hospital of Yulin City, Shaanxi Province from May 2014 to February 2016 were selected as the research objects. During the operation, adjacent tissues (>3 cm from the edge of tumor tissue) and cancer tissues were collected. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of HIF-1α and VEGF in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues of oral cancer patients. General patient data were collected. The relationship of HIF-1α and VEGF expression levels in the cancer tissues of oral cancer patients with the clinicopathological characteristics were analyzed. After 5 years of follow-up, Kaplan-Meier method was used to draw the survival curve, and the Log-rank test was used to test the difference in survival curves of HIF-1α positive vs HIF-1α negative patients, and VEGF positive vs VEGF negative patients. 【Results】The positive rates of HIF-1α and VEGF in cancer tissues of oral cancer patients were higher than those in adjacent tissues (P<0.05). The expression of HIF-1α and VEGF in the cancer tissues of oral cancer patients were related to lymph node metastasis, tumor size, clinical stage, and tumor differentiation (P<0.05), but not related to gender, age, blood vessel invasion, nerve invasion, and location of disease (P>0.05). The 5-year survival rate of HIF-1α-negative patients is higher than that of HIF-1α-positive patients (P<0.05). The median survival time of HIF-1α-negative was 42.63 months, which was longer than that of HIF-1α-positive patients (25.01 months). There was a statistically significant difference between the survival curves of the two population (P<0.05). The 5-year survival rate of VEGF-negative patients was higher than that of VEGF-positive patients (P<0.05). The median survival time of VEGF-negative and VEGF-positive patients was 45.84 months and 16.94 months,respectively, and the difference in survival curves was statistically significant (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The positive rates of HIF-1α and VEGF in the cancer tissues of patients with oral cancer are relatively higher, which are related to lymph node metastasis, tumor size, clinical stage, and degree of tumor differentiation. The detection of both HIF-1α and VEGF expression can help predict the prognosis in oral cancer patients.

Relationship between the Methylation Degree of RASSF1A and WIF-1 Genes and the Efficacy of Neoadjuvant Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy in Rectal Cancer Patients

【Objective】 To investigate the relationship between the methylation of Ras related region family 1A gene (RASSF1A) and Wnt inhibitor factor-1(WIF-1) gene in serum and the efficacy of neoadjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy (nCRT) in patients with rectal cancer. 【Methods】A total of 109 patients with rectal cancer in our hospital were selected as the study subjects,and all of them were treated with nCRT. The treatment effect was analyzed. The patients were divided into observation group (nCRT sensitive,n=73) and control group (nCRT insensitive,n=36) according to the tumor regression grade (TRG) standard; The age,sex,tumor distance from anal position,differentiation type,clinical stage,lymph node metastasis and associated diseases of the two groups were collected,and the positive expression rates of RASSF1A and WIF-1 gene methylation in the two groups were compared,the correlation between the methylation degree of RASSF1A and WIF-1 genes and the efficacy of nCRT in rectal cancer patients were analyzed. 【Results】 There was no significant difference between the two groups in age,sex,distance from the tumor to the anal position,differentiation type,clinical stage,lymph node metastasis,combined disease constituent ratio,blood pressure and blood lipid level (P>0.05). The positive rates of RASSF1A gene and WIF-1 gene methylation in serum of the observation group were 16.44% (12/73) and 13.70% (10/73),both lower than 41.67% (15/36) and 33.33% (12/36) of the control group (P<0.05). Spearman test showed that the methylation degree of RASSF1A and WIF-1 genes in serum was negatively correlated with the curative effect (P<0.01). 【Conclusion】The degree of methylation of RASSF1A and WIF-1 genes is closely related to the efficacy of NCRT in patients with rectal cancer. The higher the positive rate of methylation of RASSF1A and WIF-1 genes,the lower the efficacy of NCRT in patients with rectal cancer.

Value of Diffusion Weighted Imaging in the Diagnosis of Glomerulonephritis and its Relationship with the Severity of Renal Pathological Damage

【Objective】 To investigate the value of diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) in the diagnosis of glomerulonephritis and its relationship with the severity of renal pathological damage. 【Methods】 A total of 56 patients with glomerulonephritis in our hospital were selected as the observation group,and 56 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. The general data of the two groups at admission,renal function[serum creatinine (SCR),urea nitrogen (BUN)],combined diseases,renal cortex and renal medulla performance diffusion coefficient (ADC) values,etc. were collected. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to analyze the diagnostic value of DWI related parameters in glomerulonephritis. The severity of renal pathological damage in the observation group was evaluated according to Katafuchi nephropathy scoring system,and ADC values of renal cortex and renal medulla in patients with different severity of pathological damage were compared to analyze their correlation with the severity of renal pathological damage. 【Results】There was no significant difference in the levels of SCR,BUN,age and sex ratio between the two groups (P>0.05); The ADC values of renal cortex and renal medulla in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The ROC curve analysis showed that the ADC values of renal cortex and renal medulla had certain diagnostic value for glomerulonephritis,and the areas under the curve were 0.787 and 0.739 respectively. Among the 56 patients with glomerulonephritis,20 patients(35.71%) had no pathological damage to the kidney and were considered as normal group; 26 cases (46.43%) were mild damage,and were classified as mild group; 10 cases (17.86%) were moderate damage,and were classified as moderate group; No severe damage.The ADC values of renal cortex and renal medulla in the normal group were higher than those in the mild group and the moderate group (P<0.05); Katafuchi damage score in the normal group was lower than that in the mild group and moderate group(P<0.05). By Pearson test,ADC values of renal cortex and medulla were negatively correlated with pathological scores (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 DWI related parameters have a certain diagnostic value for glomerulonephritis,and it has a certain correlation with the degree of renal pathological damage.

Effect of Recombinant Human Prourokinase on Thrombolytic Therapy in Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremities

【Objective】 To investigate the clinical efficacy of recombinant human prourokinase (rhPro-UK) in catheter thrombolysis of acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis. 【Methods】The data of 59 patients with acute deep venous thrombosis (DVT) were retrospectively analyzed. Among them,30 patients received urokinase (UK) thrombolysis (group A) and 29 patients received rhPro-UK thrombolysis (group B). The venous patency score of the affected limb,the difference of the peripheral diameter of the healthy limb and the complications were compared between the two groups. 【Results】 After thrombolysis,the score of venous patency in the group A was (2.33±1.24),which was significantly higher than that in the group B (1.69±0.85),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment,the difference of femoral circumference and calf circumference in the group A were (1.18±1.00) cm and (1.03±0.61)cm respectively,which were higher than those in the group B (0.64±0.63) cm and (0.71±0.47) cm,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the group A was 30.00% (9/30),higher than 20.69% (6/29) in the group B,but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】 In the thrombolytic therapy of acute deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs,the thrombolytic efficiency of rhPro-UK is higher than that of UK,it is worth using.

Relationship of HIF-1α, NLRP3 and Adropin with Neurological Deficit in Patients with Cerebral Infarction after Hematoma Removal from Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

【Objective】 To investigate the relationship of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α), nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3 (NLRP3) and Adropin with nerve defects in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HICH) complicated with brain infarction after hematoma removal. 【Methods】A total of 151 patients with cerebral infarction after HICH hematoma removal in our hospital from June 2018 to March 2021 were selected and divided into the poor prognosis group (n=34) and the good prognosis group (n=117) according to the 30-day prognosis. The baseline data, the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) and HIF-1α, NLRP3, Adropin (before and 3 days after surgery) were compared between the two groups. Pearson analysis was used to analyze the correlation of HIF-1α, NLRP3 and Adropin with NIHSS scores. Cox regression analysis, receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) and ROC area (AUC) analysis predicted prognosis value of HIF-1α, NLRP3 and Adropin. 【Results】The volume of hematoma in the poor group was higher than that of the good group, and the GCS score at admission was lower than that of the good group (P<0.05). Compared with preoperative, serum HIF-1α and NLRP3 levels in both groups were increased on 3 days after operation, while Adropin and NIHSS scores were decreased in both groups. The levels of HIF-1α, NLRP3, and NIHSS scores of the poor group were higher than those of the good group at 3 days postoperatively, and Adropin was lower than the good group (P<0.05). HIF-1α and NLRP3 were positively correlated with NIHSS score (r=0.550, 0.659, both P<0.05), and Adropin was negatively correlated with NIHSS score (r=-0.679, P<0.05). The ROC curve results showed that HIF-1α, NLRP3 combined with Adropin had the highest AUC, sensitivity and specificity in predicting poor prognosis 3 days after operation. 【Conclusion】HIF-1α, NLRP3, and Adropin are related to the neurological deficit and prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction after HICH hematoma removal. Combined detection can be used as an effective prognosis prediction plan and provide a reference for clinical prevention of disease deterioration and treatment.

Clustering Characteristics and Transmission Risk Factors of Mycobacterium Tuberculosis in Tuberculosis Patients in the Yan'an Area

【Objective】 To explore the clustering characteristics of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) in tuberculosis patients in the Yan'an area and analyze its transmission risk factors. 【Methods】 A total of 224 MTB strains collected from tuberculosis clinics of hospitals in Yan'an area from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected for study, and their clustering characteristics were analyzed after genetic identification. 86 patients with MTB clustering were included in the clustering group, and 138 patients without MTB clustering were included in the single group (n=138). The general data and treatment of the two groups were compared, and the items with different information between the two groups were included in the logistic regression analysis model, Quantitative assignment was performed to identify the risk factors for MTB clustering in patients with tuberculosis. 【Results】Among the 224 MTB strains in this study, 86 strains formed 36 clusters, the clustering rate was 38.39%, the largest cluster was 6 strains, accounting for 6.98%, and the recent transmission rate was 22.32%. In the cluster group, the proportion of patients with age ≥ 60 years old, mobile registered residence, Beijing genotype strains, no previous BCG treatment, drug resistance, and diabetes was significantly higher than that of the single group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis confirmed that the above factors were the risk factors of MTB clustering in patients with tuberculosis. 【Conclusion】 The MTB clustering rate of tuberculosis patients in the Yan'an area is 38.39%, and the largest cluster is 6 strains. Demographic characteristics such as old age, mobile registered residence, Beijing genotype strains, previous failure to receive BCG treatment, drug resistance, and diabetes are risk factors to promote the spread of tuberculosis.

Curative Effect of Shufeng Liyan Decoction on Refractory Laryngeal Cough and its Effect on Airway Resistance

Clinical Study of Helleborusthibetanus Franch Polysaccharide (HFPS) Combined with Endocrine Therapy for Advanced Prostate Cancer

【Objective】 To investigate the clinical efficacy of Helleborusthibetanus Franch polysaccharide (HFPS) combined with endocrine therapy for advanced prostate cancer and its inhibitory effect on prostate cancer cells. 【Methods】 The clinical data of 154 patients with advanced prostate cancer treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into control group (endocrine therapy) and observation group ( Helleborusthibetanus Franch combined with endocrine therapy), with 77 cases in each group. The levels of prostate-specific antigen (PSA) and free prostate-specific antigen (F-PSA) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The quality of life and international prostate cancer symptom scale (I-PSS) scores of the two groups were compared, and the effects of different doses of HFPS on DU145 cell cycle were compared. 【Results】After treatment, the levels of PSA and F-PSA in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The QLQ-C30 and I-PSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Serum Adiponectin, Albumin and Laminin Levels in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and their Clinical Significance

【Objective】 To investigate the levels of serum adiponectin (APN), albumin (ALB) and laminin (LN) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and their clinical significance. 【Methods】 A total of 117 patients with CHD (observation group) admitted to the No.986 Hospital of the Air Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Air Force from March 2018 to April 2020 were selected, and 89 healthy volunteers (control group) who underwent physical examination in the same period were selected. 117 patients with CHD were divided into mild disease group (43 cases), moderate disease group (38 cases) and severe disease group (36 cases) according to Gensini score. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the levels of serum APN, ALB, LN. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the levels of serum APN, ALB, LN and Gensini score in patients with CHD. 【Results】Compared with the control group, the levels of serum APN and ALB in the observation group decreased significantly, and the level of serum LN increased significantly (P<0.05). The levels of serum APN and ALB from high to low were mild, moderate and severe lesion groups, and the levels of serum LN from high to low were severe, moderate and mild. The difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The Gensini score of CHD patients was (43.64±13.76), the levels of serum APN and ALB were negatively correlated with Gensini score, and the level of LN was positively correlated with Gensini score (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The low expression of APN and ALB and high expression of LN in serum of CHD patients may be related to the severity of CHD.

Efficacy and Safety of Arotinib Combined with Ektinib in Patients with Stage ⅢB/ Ⅳ EGFR Gene Mutant Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

【Objective】 To investigate the efficacy and safety of Arotinib combined with Ektinib in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients with stage ⅢB/Ⅳ human epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) gene mutations. 【Methods】A total of 27 patients with stage ⅢB/Ⅳ EGFR mutant NSCLC initially treated in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were randomly divided into the observation group (treated with Arotinib combined with Ektinib) and the control group (treated with Ektinib). The efficacy, progression free survival (PFS), objective response rate (ORR) and disease control rate (DCR) of the two groups were compared. 【Results】Up to March 2022, the median PFS in the observation group was 15.50 months, significantly longer than 10.00 months in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. According to different mutation types, they were divided into 19 exon deletion L858R point mutation group and 21 exon deletion L858R point mutation group. The median PFS of patients with 19 exon deletion L858R point mutation group in the observation group was 16.00 months, significantly higher than that of patients with 19 exon deletion L858R point mutation group in the control group for 11.75 months, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The median PFS of patients with exon 21 deletion L858R point mutation in the observation group was 14.00 months, compared with 8.50 months in patients with exon 21 deletion L858R point mutation in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); After 6 weeks of treatment, the ORR and DCR of the observation group were 75.00% (9/12) and 91.67% (11/12), respectively, compared with 53.33% (8/15) and 80.00% (12/15) of the control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The proportion of hypertension and gingival bleeding in the observation group was higher, in which 2 cases of hypertension and transaminase increased by 3 levels, and all of them decreased to 1 level after symptomatic treatment with drugs; The incidence of skin rash, skin pruritus and paronychia in the control group was slightly higher than that in the observation group. The incidence of skin rash, skin pruritus, paronychia and transaminase increased by 3 levels. After symptomatic treatment, they all improved and can continue to be treated. The toxic and side effects of the two groups of patients were controllable as a whole. 【Conclusion】 Arotinib combined with Ektinib can significantly improve PFS in patients with stage ⅢB/Ⅳ NSCLC, and the safety is good.

Protective Effect of Emodin on Alveolar Epithelial Cell Injury Induced by Streptococcus Pneumoniae and its Mechanism

【Objective】 To investigate the protective effect of emodin on alveolar epithelial cell injury induced by Streptococcus pneumoniae and its mechanism. 【Methods】A549 alveolar epithelial cells were randomly divided into control group, model group and 20 μg/mL group, 40 μg/mL group, 80 μg/mL group, 160 μg/mL group, the cells in the control group were cultured routinely, and the cells in the other groups were infected by Streptococcus pneumoniae; 20 μg/mL group, 40 μg/mL group, 80 μg/mL group, 160 μg/mL group cells were added with different concentrations of emodin (20 μg/mL,40 μg/mL,80 μg/mL,160 μg/mL). The proliferation of A549 cells was detected by MTT; The apoptosis rate was detected by flow cytometry; Level of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) ; In A549 cells, B cell lymphoma / leukemia-2 (Bcl-2), Bcl-2 associated X protein (Bax), cleaved caspase containing cysteine-3(Cleaved Caspase-3),β-catenin and the protein levels of Cyclin D1 were detected by Western blot. 【Results】 Compared with the control group,the protein levels of the proliferative activity, Bcl-2, β-catenin and cyclin D1 decreased (P<0.05); The levels of apoptosis rate, IL-6 and TNF-α, Bax and cleared Caspase-3 protein increased (P<0.05); Different concentrations of emodin could promote the proliferation of A549 cells infected by Streptococcus pneumoniae (P<0.05), inhibit its apoptosis (P<0.05), and reduce IL-6 and TNF-α level (P<0.05), increase Bcl-2 protein level (P<0.05), decrease Bax and Cleaved Caspase-3 protein level (P<0.05) and increase protein levels of β-catenin and cyclin D1 (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Emodin may regulate Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, promote the proliferation of alveolar epithelial cells infected by Streptococcus pneumoniae and inhibit their apoptosis.

Value of Three-dimensional Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Intrauterine Lesions and Judgment of Tubal Patency in Infertility Patients

【Objective】 To explore the diagnostic value of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound (3D-TVS) in uterine cavity lesions and tubal patency in infertile patients. 【Methods】A total of 96 patients with infertility who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from April 2018 to June 2019 were selected. All patients were examined by 3D-TVS and transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound (2D-TVS). The diagnostic value of the two ultrasonic examination methods for intrauterine lesions, fallopian tube patency and travel was analyzed. 【Results】 The total detection rate of intrauterine lesions in patients with infertility by 3D-TVS was higher than that by 2D-TVS (P<0.05); The sensitivity of endometrial polyps, endometrial hyperplasia, intrauterine adhesion, endometrial myoma and endometrial carcinoma was higher than that of 2dD-TVS, and the specificity and accuracy of endometrial hyperplasia and intrauterine adhesion were higher than that of 2D-TVS (P<0.05); 3D-TVS was superior to 2D-TVS in judging the course of fallopian tube (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 3D-TVS has high diagnostic value in intrauterine lesions of infertile patients, and has more advantages in judging the patency and course of fallopian tubes.

Study on the Mechanism of Apoptosis of MDA-MB-231 Cells Induced by Polydatin in Vitro Mediated by miR-181a-5p

【Objective】 To investigate the effect of polydatin on the proliferation and apoptosis of MDA-MB-231 cells in breast cancer. 【Methods】 Breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells was treated at different concentrations (0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 16 μmol/L) of polydatin; Cell proliferation was detected by MTT method. Breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells were divided into control group (routine culture) and polydatin group(6 μmol/L polydatin treatment), polydatin +Anti-NC group (transfection inhibitor control, 6 μmol/L polydatin treatment), polydatin+Anti-miR-181a-5 group (transfected with miR-181a-5 inhibitor, 6 μmol/L polydatin treatment). The apoptosis of MDA-MB-231 cells was detected by flow cytometry, and the expression levels of Bax, c-caspase-3 and caspase-3 proteins in MDA-MB-231 cells were detected by Western blot; The expression level of mir-181a-5p in MDA-MB-231 cells was measured by realtime PCR. 【Results】 Compared with the control group, 2, 4, 6, 8, 16 μmol/L,the absorbance value of cells treated with polydatin decreased significantly (all P<0.05).Compared with polydatin+Anti-NC group, the level of miR-181a-5p in polydatin+Anti-miR-181a-5 group decreased, the absorbance value increased, the apoptosis rate decreased, and the levels of Bax, c-caspase-3, caspase-3 protein in breast cancer cells decreased (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the apoptosis rate of breast cancer cells in the polydatin group increased, the levels of apoptotic proteins Bax, c-caspase-3 and caspase-3 increased, and the expression level of miR-181a-5p increased (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Polydatin inhibits the proliferation and induces apoptosis of breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells by up regulating miR-181a-5p.

Expression and Clinical Significance of MMP-9 and ET-1 in Lens Epithelial Cells of Diabetic Cataract

【Objective】 To investigate the expression and clinical significance of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and endothelin-1 (ET-1) in diabetic cataract lens epithelial cells. 【Methods】From March 2019 to April 2021, 131 cataract patients accepted in the ophthalmology department of Xianyang First People's Hospital were collected as the research group. According to whether the patients were complicated with diabetes, they were divided into the non-diabetic cataract group of 31 cases and the diabetic cataract group of 100 cases. In addition, 83 cases of ocular trauma requiring removal of the normal transparent lens due to trauma accident were recruited as the control group. The expression of MMP-9 and ET-1 was detected by immunohistochemistry. The correlation of MMP-9 and ET-1 expression in lens epithelial cells of patients with diabetic cataract clinical indicators was analyzed by Spearman method. The related factors affecting diabetic cataract were analyzed by Logistic regression. 【Results】Compared with the control group, the positive expression of MMP-9 and ET-1 in the lens epithelial cells of the non-diabetic cataract group was obviously increased (P<0.05); compared with the non-diabetic cataract group, the positive expression of MMP-9 and ET-1 in the diabetic cataract group was increased (P<0.05). The results of Spearman analysis showed that the expression of MMP-9 and ET-1 was positively associated with fasting blood glucose (FPG), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), hemoglobin A1C (HbA1c), high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and malondialdehyde (MDA) (P<0.05), and they were negatively correlated with high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), apolipoprotein A (apoA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione (GSH) (P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the positive expression of MMP-9 and ET-1 were risk factors for the occurrence of diabetic cataract (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The expression of MMP-9 and ET-1 in lens epithelial cells of patients with diabetic cataract is increased, which are related to the occurrence of diabetic cataract.

【Objective】 To investigate the role of 5-fluorouracil in promoting apoptosis of HPV positive cervical cancer cells and the signal pathway mechanism of Wnt/β-Catenin . 【Methods】 HPV positive cervical cancer cell SiHa was randomly divided into control group and low dose group (10 μmol/L 5-fluorouracil), high dose group (40 μmol/L 5-fluorouracil) and Wnt inhibitor (ICG-001) group (10μmol/L ICG-001);Except that the control group was given sterile phosphate buffer, the other groups were given corresponding doses of drugs. Proliferation and apoptosis of cells in each group (apoptosis rate and apoptotic proteins Caspase-3 and Caspase9) and the expression level of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway related proteins (Wnt/β-catenin ) was compared. 【Results】 5-fluorouracil could significantly inhibit the proliferation of HPV positive cervical cancer cells, increase the rate of apoptosis and the expression of apoptotic proteins Caspase-3 and Caspase-9 (P<0.05);After 5-fluorouracil was treated,the expression of key proteins (Wnt and β-catenin) of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway was significantly decreased (P<0.05);With the increase of dose, the above effect is more obvious (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】5-fluorouracil can promote the apoptosis of HPV positive cervical cancer cells, which may be related to its inhibition of Wnt/β-Catenin signaling pathway.

Effect of Nicorandil Combined with Levosimendan on Serum BNP, CRP and cTnI Levels in Patients with Ischemic Cardiomyopathy and Heart Failure

【Objective】 To investigate the effect of Nicorandil combined with Levosimendan on serum brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), C-reactive protein (CRP) and troponin I (cTnI) levels in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy and heart failure. 【Methods】The clinical data of 150 patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy with heart failure treated in the Xi'an Fengcheng Hospital were selected and divided into Nicorandil group (group A), Levosimendan group (group B) and Nicorandil combined with Levosimendan group (Group C), with 50 cases in each group. The levels of serum BNP, CRP, cTnI, clinical efficacy and cardiac function [left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESD), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD), 6 min walking distance] were compared among the three groups after treatment. 【Results】Compared with the group A and the group B, the levels of serum BNP, CRP and cTnI in the group C were significantly lower (P<0.05); There was no significant difference in the levels of serum BNP, CRP and cTnI between the group A and the group B (P>0.05). Compared with the group A and the group B, the group C had significantly lower LVEDD and LVESD, and significantly higher LVEF and 6-min walking distance (P<0.05); There was no significant difference in LVEDD, LVESD, LVEF and 6-min walking distance between the group A and the group B (P>0.05). The total effective rate of the group C was significantly higher than that of the group A and the group B, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Nicorandil combined with Levosimendan has a good clinical effect in the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy with heart failure, which can significantly reduce the levels of serum BNP, CRP and cTnI, and better improve the cardiac function of patients, which is worthy of clinical reference.

Effect and Mechanism of Alpinia Oxyphylla Extract on Oxidative Stress Injury of Kidney in Diabetic Nephropathy Mice

【Objective】 To explore the effect of alpinia oxyphylla extract on oxidative stress injury of kidney in diabetic nephropathy mice,and to analyze the possible mechanism. 【Methods】Forty SPF male SD mice were randomly divided into the control group,the model group,low and high dose group of alpinia oxyphylla extract (with 10 mice in each group). After establishing diabetic nephropathy mouse model (DN mouse),5 g/(kg?d) and 20 g/(kg?d) of alpinia oxyphylla extract solution with certain amount of normal saline were given to the low and high dose group mice for 4 weeks; while DN mice in the control group was given the same amount of normal saline at the same time period. Hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining was used to observe the renal histopathology. The levels of 24 h urine protein,serum creatinine and urea nitrogen were determined by automatic biochemical analyzer,the activity of Superoxide dismutase,the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the content of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-px) were determined by colorimetry and ELISA,respectively. related factor 2 Heme oxygenase-1(Nrf2/HO-1) were measured by Western blotting. 【Results】Compared to SD mice in the control group,the levels of 24 h urinary protein,urea nitrogen and serum creatinine in the DN model group and mice with the low and high dose groups of alpinia oxyphylla extract increased,while the levels of SOD,GSH-px and Nrf2,HO-1 protein decreased ( P<0.05) . Compared with the DN model group,the levels of 24 h urinary protein,urea nitrogen and serum creatinine decreased in the low-and high-dose groups,and the levels of SOD,GSH-px and Nrf2,HO-1 protein increased ( P<0.05) . Levels of urine protein,urea nitrogen and serum creatinine in mice with the low-dose group of alpinia oxyphylla extract were lower than those in the high-dose group,while the levels of SOD,GSH-px and Nrf2,HO-1 protein were lower ( P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The protective effect of Alpinia Oxyphylla extract on kidney of DN mice may be realized by promoting activation of Nrf2/HO-1 pathway and inhibiting oxidative stress injury of kidney.

Clinical Significance of Serum FiB,D-D,SFLT-1 and vWF Levels Changes in Children with Purpura Nephritis

【Objective】 To investigate the changes of serum fibrinogen (FiB),D-dimer (D-D),soluble vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-1 (sFlt-1) and von willebrand factor (vWF) levels and their clinical significance in children with henoch-schonlein purpura nephritis (HSPN). 【Methods】 A total of 56 children with HSPN admitted to our hospital were selected as the HSPN group,79 children with henoch schonlein Purpura (HSP) were selected as the HSP group,and 52 healthy children were selected as the control group. The levels of FiB,D-D,sFlt-1,vWF,24 h urinary protein excretion (24hUPE),urea nitrogen (BUN) and serum creatinine (SCr) in all groups were detected and compared. Pearson correlation method was used to analyze the correlation of FiB,D-D,sFlt-1 and vWF with renal injury indexes. 【Results】The FiB,D-D,sFlt-1 and vWF levels in the HSPN group were significantly higher than those in the HSP group and the control group (P<0.05),and the levels of FiB,D-D,sFlt-1 and vWF in the HSP group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The level of 24hUPE in the HSPN group was significantly higher than that in the HSP group and the control group (P<0.05),while there was no statistical difference in 24hUPE level between the HSP group and the control group (P>0.05). There were no statistical differences in BUN and SCr levels among all groups (P>0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was no significant correlation between FiB and 24hUPE in the HSPN group (r=0.188,P>0.05),while D-D,sFlt-1 and vWF were positively correlated with 24hUPE (r=0.491,0.502,0.546,P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The levels of FiB,D-D,sFlt-1 and vWF in the HSPN children were significantly increased,which may be associated with early renal injury of HSP.

Efficacy of OXA Regimen in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Advanced Primary Liver Cancer and its Effect on Serum D-dimer and CyclinD Protein

【Objective】 To investigate the efficacy of oxaliplatin (OXA) regimen in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced primary liver cancer and its effect on serum D-dimer and CyclinD protein. 【Methods】A total of 26 patients with advanced primary liver cancer were treated in our hospital as the observation group,and 120 healthy persons in the same period as the control group. The efficacy of oxa regimen after 1,2 and 3 courses of treatment and the expression levels of D-dimer,fibrinogen,fibrinogen degradation products (FDP),CyclinD and heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) in the serum of the two groups were compared,and the adverse reactions and long-term efficacy of chemotherapy were counted. 【Results】After treatment,with the increase of the course of treatment,the proportion of complete remission and partial remission increased significantly,and there was significant difference in each course of treatment (P<0.05). Before treatment,the indexes of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment,the expression levels of D-dimer,fibrinogen,FDP,CyclinD and HSP70 in serum of patients with advanced liver cancer were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05),and with the extension of treatment time,the levels of various indicators showed a gradual downward trend (P<0.05). One patient had nausea and vomiting,one had hematological toxicity and one had peripheral neurotoxicity during chemotherapy. The total adverse reaction rate was 11.54% (3/26). After 1 year follow-up,4 patients had recurrence or metastasis,and the median progression free survival was 7 months. 【Conclusion】 OXA regimen has obvious effect on elderly patients with advanced primary liver cancer,which may be related to the expression of D-dimer and CyclinD protein in serum.

Effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen Combined with Cefazolin Sodium on Neurological Function and Reticulocyte Related Parameter in Children with Infectious Jaundice

【Objective】 To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with cefazolin sodium on neurological function and reticulocyte related parameter in children with infectious jaundice. 【Methods】A total of 118 children with infectious jaundice in Xinxiang Central Hospital from February 2019 to April 2021 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table, with 59 cases in each group. On the basis of conventional treatment, the control group was treated with cefazolin sodium alone, while the observation group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen combined with cefazolin sodium. Patients in both groups received treatment for 7 days. Clinical efficacy, jaundice subsidence time, time for serum total bilirubin(TBIL) to return to normal level, hospitalization time and serum neurological function-related indexes before treatment and 7 days after treatment [Astrocyte-derived protein (S100B), β-amyloid protein (Aβ) , Neuron specific enolase (NSE)], TBIL,reticulocyte related parameters [low nucleic acid reticulocyte ratio (L-RTC%), high fluorescent reticulocyte ratio (H-TC%) , Reticulocyte percentage (RET%)] level, and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. 【Results】After treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was 91.53% (54/59), which was higher than 72.88% (43/59) in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (χ

=7.010,P=0.008). The jaundice subsidence time, serum TBIL recovery time, and the hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). After 7 days of treatment, The serum levels of S100B, Aβ, NSE, and TBIL in the two groups were lower than those before treatment; and the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The levels of L-RTC% and RET% in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the levels of H-TC% were higher than those before treatment, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】The use of hyperbaric oxygen combined with cefazolin sodium in the treatment of children with infectious jaundice can improve the neurological function of the children, adjust the levels of TBIL, WBC, NLR, and reticulocyte related parameters, and promote the recovery of the children. It is safe and effective.

According to the guidelines of the global renal disease prognosis Organization (KDIGO) for anemia diagnosis,the patients were divided into hemoglobin (Hb) standard group and Hb non standard group,and the related factors affecting Hb standard were discussed. 【Results】Among 353 hemodialysis patients,the rate of Hb reaching the standard was 43.63% (154/353),and the rate of Hb failing to reach the standard was 56.37% (199/353); Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in dialysis time,dialysis frequency,hematocrit,serum albumin,ferritin,transferrin saturation (TS),prealbumin,serum iron,C-reactive protein,creatinine and whole parathyroid hormone (iPTH) between the Hb standard group and the Hb non standard group (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the independent influencing factors of anemia in hemodialysis patients included serum albumin,ferritin,TS,prealbumin,C-reactive protein,serum iron and iPTH. 【Conclusion】The failure rate of Hb in hemodialysis patients is high. The independent influencing factors include albumin,ferritin,TS,prealbumin,C-reactive protein,serum iron and iPTH; In the treatment of hemodialysis patients,we should increase the intake of protein,effectively control hyperparathyroidism,and give iron and anti-inflammatory treatment in time to prevent or control anemia.

Effects of Loading dose of Tegranolol before PCI on Coronary Blood Flow, Myocardial Zymogram and Hcy, FGF23, Klotho Protein in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

【Objective】 To investigate the effects of loading dose tegrilol before early percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) on coronary blood flow, myocardial zymogram, homocysteine (Hcy), fibroblast growth factor 23 (FGF23) and Klotho protein in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). 【Methods】The clinical data of 180 AMI patients treated with PCI in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into control group (n=89) and observation group (n=91) according to different treatment methods. The myocardial blood perfusion immediately after operation, the peak time of five postoperative myocardial enzymes, the levels of Hcy, FGF23, Klotho protein at admission and 12 weeks after operation, cardiovascular events and adverse events were compared between the two groups. 【Results】The corrected TIMI blood flow frame number (cTFC) and the incidence of no reflow or slow blood flow after operation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);The peak time of Creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB), creatine kinase phosphate (CK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), α-Hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(α-HBD) was significantly earlier than that of the control group (P<0.05). The levels of serum Hcy and FGF23 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the level of Klotho protein was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups during treatment (P>0.05). After 12 weeks of follow-up, the incidence of cardiovascular events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The loading dose of tegranolol before PCI can effectively improve the coronary blood flow in patients with AMI, better alleviate the injury of myocardial cells, and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events.

【Objective】 To observe the effect of manual hyperinflation combined with chest vibration extrusion in patients of mechanical ventilation with open sputum aspiration. 【Methods】A total of 128 patients undergoing open sputum aspiration when mechanically ventilated in Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected, According to the admission of the patients, the patients were divided into the conventional group (with routine sputum discharge) and the joint group, the routine group used the routine sputum discharge care, the combined group used manual hyperinflation combined with the chest vibration extrusion method for sputum discharge, The airway resistance, lung compliance, oxygenation index changes, time to extubation, peripheral sputum discharge, pulmonary infection score (clinical pulmonary infection score, CPIS), atelectasis, and infection-related weaning failure rates were compared between the two groups. 【Results】 The airway resistance, lung compliance and oxygenation index of the two groups were statistically significant before and after the operation (P<0.05). After operation, the airway resistance, extubation time and CPIS score in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group (P<0.05); lung compliance, oxygenation index, and weekly sputum volume were significantly higher than those in the conventional group (P<0.05) .The incidence of atelectasis and infection related weaning failure in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Manual hyperinflation combined with thoracic vibration extrusion is suitable for nursing patients with process of open sputum suction and mechanical ventilation. During operation, it can improve respiratory function, shorten extubation time, promote effective elimination of sputum, and reduce the risk of atelectasis and secondary infection.

Effect of Apatinib Mesylate on Ovarian Cancer and Serum Levels of HE4,hK10 and CA125

【Objective】 To investigate the efficacy of apatinib mesylate in the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer. 【Methods】A total of 94 patients with advanced ovarian cancer were treated with chemotherapy based on paclitaxel and carboplatin (control group),and 47 patients were treated with apatinib mesylate (observation group). The short-term efficacy,3-year survival rate and survival time of the two groups were compared. The changes of serum human epididymal protein 4 (HE4),carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125) and kallikrein 10 (hK10) levels before and after chemotherapy were compared. 【Results】After chemotherapy,the total effective rate in the observation group was 66.67% (30/45),higher than 45.65% (21/46) in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before chemotherapy,there was no significant difference in serum CA125,HE4 and hK10 levels between the two groups (P>0.05); After chemotherapy,the levels of serum CA125,HE4 and hK10 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The 3-year cumulative survival rate in the observation group was 44.44% (20/45),which was higher than 32.61% (15/46) in the control group (P<0.05); The overall survival time of the observation group was 35.00 months,which was longer than that of the control group (28.00 months) (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】On the basis of routine regimen,the addition of apatinib mesylate can reduce the serum levels of CA125,HE4 and hK10 in patients with advanced ovarian cancer,and improve the short-term chemotherapy effect and long-term prognosis.

Expression Level of MeCP2 and TNC in Uterinemyoma and its Clinical Significance

【Objective】 To investigate the expression level of methylated CpG binding protein 2 (MeCP2) and tenascin C (TNC) in uterinemyoma and its clinical significance. 【Methods】 A total of 109 patients with hysteromyoma treated in the Shaanxi Rehabilitation Hospital from January 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the observation group, and 68 patients who underwent hysterectomy for uterine prolapse in the same period were selected as the control group. The basic data of the two groups of patients were collected, and the expression of MeCP2 and TNC protein in uterinemyoma tissue, adjacent tissue of uterinemyoma in the observation group and uterine smooth muscle tissue in the control group were detected by immunohistochemical method. The expression of MeCP2 and TNC protein in uterine leiomyoma tissue and adjacent tissue of patients with uterine leiomyoma was analyzed, and the influencing factors of uterine leiomyoma were analyzed. At the same time, the relationship between MeCP2 and TNC levels and uterine leiomyoma diameter in the observation group was also analyzed. 【Results】 The positive expression rates of MeCP2 and TNC in uterine leiomyoma were higher than those in adjacent tissues (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that menstrual disorder (OR:3.892, 95%CI:1.576~9.611), the number of abortions (OR:4.293, 95%CI:1.739~10.601), MeCP2 positive (OR:4.495, 95%CI:2.218~9.110), TNC positive expression (OR:4.341, 95%CI:2.142~8.796) were the influencing factors of hysteromyoma (P<0.05). The positive expression rates of MeCP2 and TNC in patients with hysteromyoma ≥ 5 cm were higher than those in patients with hysteromyoma <5 cm (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The occurrence of uterinemyoma is related to the expression of MeCP2 and TNC in uterine smooth muscle tissue, and its expression level may be related to the diameter of uterinemyoma.

Clinical Application of CT Guided Percutaneous Lung Biopsy in Qualitative Diagnosis of Isolated Pulmonary Nodules for the Country-level Hospitals

【Objective】 To explore the feasibility of CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy in the qualitative diagnosis of solitary pulmonary nodules in the country-level hospitals. 【Methods】 A total of 127 patients with solitary pulmonary nodules diagnosed by computed tomography (CT) and CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy in our hospital from May 2016 to June 2021 were retrospectively collected, and the feasibility and diagnostic rate of CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy in primary hospitals were analyzed and summarized. 【Results】There were 127 nodules, including 98 solid nodules, 23 mixed ground glass nodules and 6 pure ground glass nodules. The size of nodules ranged from 1.5 to 3.0 cm, with an average diameter of (2.33±0.25) cm. The success rate of CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy was 100%. 125 cases were confirmed by percutaneous lung biopsy, with a diagnostic rate of 98.43%, including 105 cases of malignant tumors (82.68%), including 60 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 35 cases of adenocarcinoma, 4 cases of adenosquamous carcinoma, 3 cases of undifferentiated carcinoma, and 3 cases of small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma; There were 20 cases of benign lesions (15.75%), including 9 cases of inflammatory nodules, 8 cases of tuberculosis and 3 cases of fungi; Two cases (1.57%) were not diagnosed. 【Conclusion】CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy has a high qualitative diagnosis rate for solitary pulmonary nodules, and it is simple to operate, minimally invasive, high safety, high success rate and few complications. It is worth popularizing in the country-level hospitals.

Predictive Efficacy of Dynamic Contrast-enhanced MRI Quantitative Parameters on the Prognosis of Glioma

【Objective】 To investigate the predictive efficacy of quantitative parameters of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) in the prognosis of glioma. 【Methods】A total of 114 patients with gliomas admitted to The First People's Hospital of Xianyang from February 2017 to February 2020 were examined by DCE-MRI. The quantitative parameters of plasma extracellular space volume transfer constant (Ktrans) and extravascular extracellular space fraction (Ve) were recorded, and the prognosis was evaluated according to the progression free survival (PFS) after adjuvant chemotherapy after glioma resection. The general data of different prognosis, Ktrans and Ve were compared, the influencing factors of glioma prognosis were analyzed by logistic regression, and the predictive value of Ktrans and Ve on prognosis was evaluated by receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC curve). 【Results】Among 114 patients with glioma, 71 had poor prognosis and 43 had good prognosis; The age and high-grade proportion of patients with poor prognosis were greater than those with good prognosis, and KPS score, postoperative radiotherapy proportion and temozolomide use ≥ 4 courses were lower than those with good prognosis (P<0.05); DCE-MRI quantitative parameters Ktrans and Ve in patients with poor prognosis were greater than those in patients with good prognosis (P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age, tumor grade, Ktrans, Ve were risk factors for prognosis, KPS score, postoperative radiotherapy, temozolomide use ≥4 courses were protective factors for prognosis (P<0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that the cut off value of DCE-MRI quantitative parameters Ktrans and Ve to predict prognosis was 0.172/min and 0.205, and the AUC value was 0.932 and 0.890. 【Conclusion】 DCE-MRI quantitative parameters Ktrans and Ve are important factors affecting the poor prognosis of patients with glioma, and have important clinical predictive value for prognosis evaluation.

Clinical Effect of Linezolid Combined with Cefotaxime Sodium in the Treatment of Neonatal Purulent Meningitis and its Effect on the Levels of Nerve Injury Factors,IL-12 and SAA in Children

【Objective】 To investigate the clinical effect of Linezolid combined with Cefotaxime sodium in the treatment of neonatal purulent meningitis and its effect on the levels of nerve injury factor, interleukin-12 (IL-12) and serum amyloid A (SAA). 【Methods】 The clinical data of 86 newborns with suppurative meningitis treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different methods of medication, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with cefotaxime sodium, and the observation group was treated with linezolid on the basis of the control group, both of which were treated for one week. The curative effects of the two groups were compared, including the levels of nerve injury factor [neuron specific enolase (NSE), S100β Protein], IL-12, SAA, cerebrospinal fluid protein content, total cell count, glucose level before and 1 week after treatment, and the incidence of adverse reactions was counted. 【Results】After one week of treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was 95.35% (41/43), which was higher than 76.74% (33/43) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The protein levels of serum IL-12,SAA, NSE and S100β in both groups were lower than those before treatmentin, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05) ; The protein content and total number of cells in cerebrospinal fluid of the two groups were lower than that before treatment, and the glucose level was higher than that before treatment. The difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant (P<0.05). Effect of Valsartan and Amlodipine on Serum ROCK1 and ROCK2 Levels in Patients with End-stage Renal Disease

【Objective】 To study the clinical efficacy of valsartan and amlodipine in the treatment of end-stage renal disease (ESRD) and its effect on the level of serum Rho associated coiled coil protein kinase1 (ROCK1) and ROCK2. 【Methods】Ninety-two patients with ESRD in Yulin No.2 Hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with forty-six cases in each group. Both groups were treated with hemodialysis,in which the control group was treated with amlodipine and the observation group was treated with valsartan and amlodipine. The curative effects of the two groups after 3 months of treatment were compared,and blood pressure level[systolic blood pressure (SBP),diastolic blood pressure (DBP)],the renal function[serum creatinine (SCR),urea nitrogen (BUN)],serum ROCK1 and ROCK2 levels,and quality of life[kidney disease and dialysis related quality of life (KDTA)] before and after 3 months of treatment were compared in both groups. The adverse reactions during treatment were counted as well. 【Results】The total effective rate in the observation group was 91.30%(42/46),which was higher than 76.09%(35/46) in the control group (P<0.05). After 3 months of treatment,DBP,SBP,SCr,BUN, and levels of serum ROCK1 and ROCK2 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The KDTA score in the observation group after 3 months of treatment was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 17.39%(8/46) in the observation group and 13.04%(6/46) in the control group. There was no significant difference between the groups (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】Valsartan and amlodipine are effective in the treatment of ESRD. They can lower blood pressure,improve renal function,reduce the levels of serum ROCK1 and ROCK2,improve the quality of life,have high safety,and can be popularized in clinic.
