Abstract:【Objective】To analyze the effect of intelligent CPM rehabilitation instrument combined with continuous passive activity on postoperative rehabilitation of tibial plateau fracture. 【Methods】 A total of 84 patients with tibial plateau fractures treated in our hospital from May 2019 to may 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was given continuous passive activity rehabilitation training, while the observation group was treated with intelligent CPM rehabilitation instrument on the basis of the control group. The degree of pain, knee swelling and improvement of knee function were compared between the two groups after intervention with different rehabilitation training programs. 【Results】 After 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks of treatment, the swelling degree of knee joint in the two groups was lower than that before operation (P<0.05); The swelling degree of knee joint in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The postoperative visual analogue pain score (VAS) of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, while the score of HSS knee scale was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Intelligent CPM rehabilitation instrument combined with continuous passive activity training can promote the postoperative rehabilitation of tibial plateau fracture, effectively remove knee edema, reduce the degree of pain and improve knee function.
