Abstract:【Objective】To explore the rehabilitation effect of basic motor skills intervention on motor disorders in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).【Methods】 A total of 100 children with ASD aged 4 ~ 12 who were treated in our hospital from November 2018 to January 2021 was randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment of ASD and daily rehabilitation training according to the main symptoms. The observation group was given targeted basic motor skills intervention on the basis of the control group. Before and after the intervention, the gross motor development test was used to evaluate the motor function of ASD children, and the playground peer participation observation scale was used to evaluate the improvement of social skills of ASD children in the observation group, The autistic behavior checklist (ABC) was used to evaluate the symptoms of children in the two groups. 【Results】 There was no significant difference in the scores and total scores of motor skills and motor control skills between the two groups before the intervention (P>0.05); after the intervention, the scores and total scores of motor skills and motor control skills in the observation group were significantly higher than those before the intervention (P<0.05). Compared with the first week, the scores of loneliness and bystander in the observation group decreased significantly after the 10th week of intervention (P<0.05), and the scores of joint participation increased significantly (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in the scores of social interaction states such as proximity, parallel, parallel perception and regular games (P>0.05). After the intervention, the total score of ABC and the scores of each factor in the observation group were significantly lower than those before the intervention (P<0.05), and the total scores of body movement factor, social communication factor and ABC in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. 【Conclusion】 Basic motor skill intervention can significantly improve the motor skills of children with ASD, and has a positive effect on the social ability and clinical symptoms of children with ASD.
