Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the clinical efficacy of loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP) combined with interferon suppository in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN). 【Methods】Eighty-two cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia treated in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2017 were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group and the control group. The patients in the control group were treated with LEEP, and the patients in the observation group were treated interferon suppository before and after LEEP. The clinical efficacy, intraoperative and postoperative immune function indexes, and 1-year postoperative recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.【Results】The cure rate of the observation group was 95.12% ,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 73.17% (P<0.05). Compared to the control group, the intraoperative bleeding volume, wound healing time, vaginal bleeding time and vaginal discharge time were significantly shortened in the observation group (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in immune function between the two groups. After treatment, the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in the observation group were higher than that those before treatment, while the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in the control group were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The recurrence rate in the observation group was 2.44%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (12.2%) (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The combination of LEEP and interferon in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia can effectively improve the clinical curative effect, improve the immune function of the patient and reduce the postoperative recurrence rate, which is worthy of clinical popularization.
