Abstract:【Objective】 To investigate the effect of laparoscopic surgery-assisted triptorelin acetate for the treatment of endometriosis with infertility.【Methods】 Seventy-two cases of endometriosis combined with infertility in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group and the study group with thirty-six cases in each group according to the random number table method. All patients underwent laparoscopic surgery. The control group was given gestrinone treatment while the study group was given triptorelin acetate as adjunctive therapy. Both groups were treated for six months. We recorded the pelvic tumor size, dysmenorrhea score, endometriosis treatment life scale (EHP-5) score and serum hormone levels [luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), estradiol (E2)] in the two groups before and after treatment. The clinical efficacy, pregnancy outcomes and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were evaluated. 【Results】 After treatment, dysmenorrhea scores, EHP-5 scores and serum LH, FSH, E2 levels in the two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and those in the study group were significantly lower than in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The pregnancy outcome was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of liver function damage was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 The therapeutic effect of laparoscopic surgery-assisted triptorelin acetate in the treatment of endometriosis associated with infertility is significant. It can regulate the serum levels of LH, FSH and E2 and improve the outcome of pregnancy.
