Abstract:【Objective】 To explore the value of CXC chemokine ligand 10 (CXCL10),fibroblast growth factor 21 (FGF-21),and 25-hydroxyvitamin D [(25-OH)D] in predicting the risk of adverse cardiovascular events in patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). 【Methods】 A total of 86 patients with AMI treated with PCI from March 2019 to December 2020 were included in the study. After treatment,the patients were effectively followed up for 1 year. They were divided into adverse cardiovascular events group (n=32) and non conscientious vascular events group (n=54) based on whether they had adverse cardiovascular events during the follow-up period. The levels of CXCL10,FGF-21,and 25-(OH)D were compared between the two groups. The predictive value of CXCL10,FGF-21,and 25-(OH)D levels on the risk of adverse cardiovascular events in patients with AMI after PCI was analyzed using the receiver operational characteristic curve (ROC curve). Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze whether CXCL10,FGF-21,and 25-(OH)D were risk factors for adverse cardiovascular events in patients with AMI after PCI. 【Results】 The levels of CXCL10 and FGF-21 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05),and the levels of 25-(OH)D were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve of CXCL10,FGF-21,and 25-(OH)D predicting adverse cardiovascular events in patients with AMI after PCI was 0.822,0.716,and 0.764,respectively (all P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that CXCL10,FGF-21,and 25-(OH)D were independent influencing factors for adverse cardiovascular events in patients with AMI after PCI (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 CXCL10,FGF-21,and 25-(OH)D have important clinical value in predicting the risk of adverse cardiovascular events in patients with AMI after PCI.
