Abstract:【Objective】 To explore the application value of pulmonary water B-line score combined with carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125) level and vascular pedicle width (VPW) in pulmonary edema in patients with acute heart failure (HF). 【Methods】A total of 100 patients with acute heart failure admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected, and divided into pulmonary edema group (41 cases) and non-pulmonary edema group (59 cases) according to whether the patients were complicated with acute pulmonary edema. the lung water B-line score,CA125 level and VPW of the two groups were compared to draw the receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) to evaluate the efficacy of the lung water B-line score,CA125 level and VPW alone and in combination to predict pulmonary edema in patients with acute heart failure. 【Results】The pulmonary water B-line score,CA125 level and VPW in the pulmonary edema group were significantly higher than those in the non-pulmonary edema group (P<0.05). The lung water B-line score,CA125 and VPW have certain predictive effect on pulmonary edema in patients with acute heart failure. The area under the curve was 0.902,0.663 and 0.690 respectively, the sensitivity was 0.927,0.659 and 0.683 respectively, and the specificity was 0.797,0.576 and 0.593 respectively; The area under the curve of the above three indicators combined to predict pulmonary edema in patients with acute heart failure was 0.967,the sensitivity was 0.951,and the specificity was 0.983. 【Conclusion】Pulmonary water B-line score,CA125 and VPW have certain predictive effect on pulmonary edema in patients with acute heart failure, while the combination of the above indicators has higher predictive effect on pulmonary edema in patients, which is worthy of clinical verification.
