Abstract:【Objective】To analyze the relationship between echocardiographic characteristics and left atrial structure, volume and function in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). 【Methods】From January 2016 to February 2019, 50 CKD patients (observation group) and 50 healthy people (control group) were selected for diagnosis and treatment in our hospital. The relationship between the characteristics of echocardiography and the structure, volume and function of left atrium was analyzed by color Doppler ultrasound. 【Results】The velocity of aortic valve in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the velocity of pulmonary valve in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The LVPWd, LVIDd, LAD and IVSd levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group The left atrial maximum volume index (LAVImax), left atrial minimum volume index (LAVImin), left atrial pre systolic volume index (LAVIp), left atrial total emptying index (LAVItotal), active emptying index (LAVIlact), total emptying fraction (LATEF) and peak velocity of blood flow in early diastolic period / tissue Doppler diastolic period (E/e')level was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the aortic valve velocity and pulmonary valve velocity were positively correlated with LVPWd, LVIDd, LAD, IVSd, LAVImax, LAVImin, LAVIp, LAVItotal , LAVIlact and E/e' (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】There was a significant positive correlation between the velocity of aortic valve and pulmonary valve and the structure, volume and function of left ventricle in CKD patients.
