LIN Jin, LIN Jian
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1671-7171.2025.11.002
【Objective】To explore the application effect of continuous nursing based on the Uses and Gratifications Theory in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) after endoscopic sinus surgery (ESS) and its impact on patients' quality of life. 【Methods】A total of 84 CRS patients who underwent ESS in our hospital from May 2020 to February 2023 were selected. According to the random number table method, the postoperative patients were divided into the control group (receiving routine postoperative nursing) and the observation group (implementing continuous nursing based on the Uses and Gratifications Theory on the basis of the control group), with 42 cases in each group. The recovery of nasal sinus mucosa (Lund-Kennedy score), Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) score, quality of life [Sino-Nasal Outcome Test-20 (SNOT-20) score] and total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. 【Results】After intervention, the scores of polyps, edema, rhinorrhea, scar and crusting in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of each dimension of CD-RISC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the scores of each dimension of SNOT-20 were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The continuous nursing program based on the Uses and Gratifications Theory can significantly alleviate nasal symptoms, improve quality of life and reduce the total incidence of postoperative complications in CRS patients after ESS, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

1849 Mechanism of Nerve Growth Factor in Retinal Ganglion Cell Apoptosis in Diabetic Rats
LI Donghui, YANG Zhuo, WANG Qichang
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1671-7171.2025.11.003
【Objective】To explore the mechanism of nerve growth factor (NGF) in the apoptosis of retinal ganglion cells (RGCs) in diabetic rats. 【Methods】 Twenty-four rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, with 6 rats in each group. Normal control group (the NC group): Rats were not treated; Diabetic model group (the DM group): Rats were injected intraperitoneally with streptozotocin (STZ) to establish a DM model; Experimental control group [the DM + adeno-associated virus (AAV) group]: After successfully established DM modeling, AAV + green fluorescent protein (GFP) was injected into the vitreous cavity; Experimental intervention group (the DM + AAV-NGF group): After DM modeling successfully established, AAV + NGF was injected into the vitreous cavity. The b-wave amplitude of each group was measured by electroretinogram (ERG), and the fluorescence staining of retinal tissue sections was observed. The expression levels of NGF, TrkA, P75, AKT, PI3K, Bax, and Caspase3 proteins and mRNAs in each group were detected and compared. 【Results】 The b-wave amplitude in the DM group was lower than that in the NC group, and the b-wave amplitude in the DM + AAV-NGF group was higher than that in the DM group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the expression levels of NGF, TrkA, P75, AKT, Bax, and Caspase3 proteins and mRNAs among the groups (P<0.05). However, there were no statistically significant differences in the expression levels of PI3K protein and mRNA among the groups (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】 Intravitreal injection of AAV + NGF can inhibit the apoptosis of RGCs in early diabetic rats and improve the retinal function of diabetic rats. The possible mechanism is that it activates the TrkA/P75 receptor, thereby activating the PI3K/Akt pathway and down-regulating the expression levels of Bax and Caspase3.

ZHANG Guixiang, HE Cong, LIU Aihua, et al
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1671-7171.2025.11.007
【Objective】To explore the effect of different air self-cleaning times between consecutive surgeries on air quality and surgical site infection (SSI) in Class Ⅲ clean operating rooms. 【Methods】A cluster randomized design was adopted. Twelve Class Ⅲ clean operating rooms were randomly divided into Groups A, B, C, and D, with the air self-cleaning time between consecutive surgeries set to 5 min, 10 min, 15 min, and 20 min, respectively. Finally, 100 patients (100 surgeries) were included in each group. Immediately after air self-cleaning, the total number of bacterial colonies and the number of 0.5 μm and 5.0 μm dust particles in the central and peripheral areas of the operating room were detected. Meanwhile, the occurrence of SSI within 30 days after surgery was tracked for all patients. 【Results】The qualification rates of bacterial colonies in the peripheral and central areas of Group A were 72.00% and 77.00%, respectively, while those of Groups B-D were all 100.00%. The qualification rates of bacterial colonies in the peripheral and central areas of Group A were significantly different from those of Groups B, C, and D (P<0.05), but there were no significant differences among Groups B, C, and D (P>0.05). The number of 0.5 μm dust particles in Groups A, B, C, and D was (1168.37±19.46) particles/m3, (500.97±12.40) particles/m3, (466.92±12.00) particles/m3, and (445.78±12.44) particles/3, respectively. Group A was significantly different from Groups B, C, and D (P<0.05); there was no significant difference between Group B and Group C (P>0.05), but there was a significant difference between Group B and Group D (P<0.05); no significant difference was found between Group C and Group D (P>0.05). The number of 5 μm dust particles in Groups A, B, C, and D was (314.24±2.18) particles/m3, (166.60±2.39) particles/m3, (148.10±2.24) particles/m3, and (137.92±2.33) particles/m3, respectively, with significant differences among all groups (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of SSI among the four groups (P=0.245). 【Conclusion】For Class Ⅲ clean operating rooms, when the number of medical staff is less than 10 and the surgical incisions are Class Ⅰ or Ⅱ, an air self-cleaning time of 10 min between consecutive surgeries can effectively improve the air quality of the operating room without increasing the risk of SSI, which is beneficial to improving the turnover efficiency of the operating room.

DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1671-7171.2025.11.008
【Objective】To explore the correlation between serum cystatin C (cys C) and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) levels and cardiac function and prognosis in elderly hypertensive patients. 【Methods】A total of 120 elderly hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to June 2023 were selected. All patients were followed up for 3 years and divided into a good prognosis group (n=74) and a poor prognosis group (n=46) according to whether major adverse cardiovascular events occurred during follow-up. Meanwhile, 57 healthy volunteers who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. Serum cys C and BNP levels, as well as cardiac function indexes [left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD), left ventricular end-systolic diameter (LVESD), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), 6-minute walk distance (6MWD)] were compared among the three groups. Pearson correlation coefficient was used to evaluate the correlation between serum cys C and BNP levels and prognosis; Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between serum cys C and BNP levels and cardiac function. 【Results】The serum cys C and BNP levels in the poor prognosis group were higher than those in the control group and the good prognosis group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). LVEDD and LVESD in the poor prognosis group were significantly higher than those in the control group and the good prognosis group, while LVEF and 6MWD were significantly lower than those in the control group and the good prognosis group, with statistically significant differences (mean P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum cys C and BNP levels were positively correlated with poor prognosis (r=0.464, 0.989; all P<0.05). Spearman correlation analysis showed that serum cys C and BNP levels were significantly correlated with cardiac function indexes (LVEDD, LVESD, LVEF, 6MWD) in elderly hypertensive patients (all P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Serum cys C and BNP levels are abnormally elevated in elderly hypertensive patients, and they can be used as important indicators to evaluate cardiac function and prognosis in elderly hypertensive patients.

HU Yanan, HUA Pengduo, LIU Yang
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1671-7171.2025.11.012
【Objective】To explore the effects of different dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT) regimens on blood lipids, coronary artery blood flow status, and fibrinolytic and coagulation system stability in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). 【Methods】The clinical data of 100 AMI patients who underwent PCI in our hospital from April 2022 to June 2024 were analyzed retrospectively. According to different treatment regimens, the patients were divided into an observation group (n=48, treated with aspirin + ticagrelor DAPT regimen after surgery) and a control group (n=52, treated with conventional aspirin + clopidogrel DAPT regimen after surgery). Both groups received continuous treatment for at least 24 weeks. Blood lipid indexes [triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C)], coronary artery blood flow status indexes [corrected TIMI frame count (CTFC), coronary flow velocity reserve (CFVR), peak systolic velocity (PSV)], and fibrinolytic and coagulation system indexes [platelet aggregation rate, fibrinogen (FIB), tissue-type plasminogen activator (t-PA), antithrombin Ⅲ (AT-Ⅲ)] were compared between the two groups. The incidence of bleeding events and major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) during treatment was counted in both groups. 【Results】After 24 weeks of treatment, the serum levels of TG, TC, and LDL-C in both groups were lower than those before treatment, while HDL-C was higher than that before treatment; the serum HDL-C level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and LDL-C was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05); there were no statistically significant differences in serum TG and TC between the two groups (P>0.05). After 24 weeks of treatment, CFVR and PSV in both groups were higher than those before treatment, and CTFC was lower than that before treatment, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05); there were no statistically significant differences in CFVR, PSV, and CTFC between the two groups (P>0.05). After 24 weeks of treatment, t-PA and AT-Ⅲ in both groups were higher than those before treatment, and platelet aggregation rate and FIB were lower than those before treatment; t-PA and AT-Ⅲ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and platelet aggregation rate and FIB were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in the cumulative incidence of bleeding events and MACE between the two groups (all P>0.05). 【Conclusion】Both DAPT regimens can well improve the coronary artery blood flow status of AMI patients after PCI with high safety; however, the aspirin + ticagrelor DAPT regimen can better regulate the patients' blood lipid levels and is more conducive to the stability of the fibrinolytic and coagulation systems.

WANG Yanyan, LI Yingxiao, ZHU Zhenzhen
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1671-7171.2025.11.015
【Objective】To explore the influencing factors for potassium chloride tablet-associated gastric mucosal injury. 【Methods】A total of 88 patients who received potassium chloride tablet treatment in our hospital from April 2022 to November 2023 were selected. The Modified Lanza Scale (MLS) for gastric mucosal injury was used to assess whether gastric mucosal injury occurred. According to the presence of gastric mucosal injury, the patients were divided into the occurrence group (n=34, MLS score 1–5) and the non-occurrence group (n=54, MLS score 0). Gender, age, body mass index (BMI), smoking, alcohol consumption, history of peptic ulcer, history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection, levels of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), prothrombin time (PT), and thrombin time (TT) were compared between the two groups. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to identify the risk factors for potassium chloride tablet-associated gastric mucosal injury, and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to analyze the efficacy of each index in predicting this injury. 【Results】There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in gender, age, BMI, smoking history, alcohol consumption history, history of peptic ulcer, history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, or serum levels of PGE2 and MCP-1 (P>0.05); significant differences were found in the proportion of Hp infection, APTT, PT, and TT between the two groups (P<0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that Hp infection and prolonged APTT, PT, and TT were independent risk factors for potassium chloride tablet-associated gastric mucosal injury (P<0.05). Spearman correlation analysis revealed that ulcer diameter, area of thick coating at the ulcer base, area of surrounding mucosal congestion, and number of ulcers were positively correlated with MLS score (rs=0.477, 0.435, 0.492, 0.399; mean P<0.05). The sensitivity (85.29%), specificity (83.33%), accuracy (82.95%), and Kappa value (0.664) of the combined prediction using Hp infection status, APTT, PT, and TT for potassium chloride tablet-associated gastric mucosal injury were higher than those of single indexes (P<0.05).【Conclusion】Clinicians can comprehensively assess the risk of potassium chloride tablet-associated gastric mucosal injury in patients based on Hp infection status and coagulation function indexes. This helps to more accurately identify high-risk patients and take preventive measures in advance.

DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1671-7171.2025.11.017
【Objective】To investigate the effect of metoprolol combined with early reperfusion therapy within 24 hours after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) on the cardiac function and prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). 【Methods】 A total of 168 AMI patients admitted to the Department of Cardiology, Huaxian People's Hospital from August 2022 to October 2024 were selected, all of whom received early reperfusion therapy after PCI. Based on treatment methods, the patients were divided into a control group (early reperfusion therapy) and an observation group (administration of metoprolol within 24 hours after PCI in addition to the control group's treatment), with 84 cases in each group. Myocardial injury markers [heart-type fatty acid-binding protein (h-FABP), procollagen type Ⅲ amino-terminal peptide (PⅢNP), galectin-3 (Gal-3)], autonomic nerve function [heart rate variability (HRV) time-domain SDNN, rMSSD, QT interval dispersion (QTd)], cardiac function indices [left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular fractional shortening (FS), myocardial salvage index (MSI)], and the incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) were compared between the two groups.【Results】At 7 days post-PCI (T1), serum h-FABP, PⅢNP, and Gal-3 levels were lower than preoperative levels (T0) in both groups, with the observation group showing significantly lower levels than the control group (P<0.05). At T1, both groups exhibited increased SDNN and rMSSD compared to T0, while QTd was lower than T0. The observation group had significantly higher SDNN and rMSSD and lower QTd than the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). At 30 days post-operation, LVEF, FS, and MSI in both control and observation groups were higher than those at 72 hours post-operation of corresponding groups, with the observation group showing significantly higher values than the control group (P<0.05). The MACE incidence rate in the observation group was 7.14% (6/84), which was lower than that in the control group's 14.29% (12/84), with a statistically significant difference (χ2=2.354, P<0.05).【Conclusion】Application of metoprolol combined with early reperfusion therapy within 24 hours after PCI can significantly reduce myocardial injury, improve autonomic nerve function and cardiac function, and decrease the incidence of MACE in AMI patients, contributing to improving their prognosis.

DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1671-7171.2025.11.018
【Objective】 To investigate the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive ureteroscopic lithotripsy with holmium laser (URSL) and percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) in the treatment of patients with upper ureteral impacted calculi (UC-UU) after failure of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL).【Methods】 A total of 108 UC-UU patients who failed ESWL were randomly divided into the URSL group and the PCNL group (54 cases each) using the parity method. The two groups were compared in terms of operative indicators, renal function parameters, inflammatory factor levels, surgical success rate, stone clearance rate, and postoperative complications.【Results】 The operative time in the URSL group was shorter than that in the PCNL group (P<0.05). There were no significant differences between the two groups in intraoperative blood loss and postoperative hospital stay (P>0.05). Compared with preoperative values, both groups showed decreased blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and serum creatinine (SCr) levels, whileinterferon γ (IFN-γ), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and interleukin-12 (IL-12) levels increased significantly after surgery (P<0.05), with the URSL group showing lower inflammatory factor levels than the PCNL group (P<0.05). The surgical success rate and the 2-week postoperative stone clearance rate were higher in the PCNL group than in the URSL group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the overall incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups (P>0.05).【Conclusion】 Both URSL and PCNL are safe and effective for the treatment of UC-UU patients after ESWL failure. Compared to PCNL, URSL can shorten operative time, improve renal function, and reduce inflammatory responses, whereas PCNL demonstrates higher surgical success and stone clearance rates.

TAN Zhiwen, ZHENG Taiqing, ZUO Guoyu, et al
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1671-7171.2025.11.020
【Objective】To investigate the expression of PHOX2B (homeobox protein 2B) immunohistochemical staining in the pathological diagnosis of Hirschsprung's disease (HD).【Methods】Pathological specimens from 33 HD patients (the HD group) treated in our hospital from January 2021 to September 2022 were selected, along with intestinal wall pathological specimens from 10 patients diagnosed with intestinal necrosis or perforation (the control group). Both groups underwent PHOX2B and S100 immunohistochemical staining. Results were interpreted based on immunohistochemical reading methods. Microscopic photography of HD dilated segment resection margins after PHOX2B staining was performed, and statistical analysis of image parameters for mature and immature ganglion cells was conducted using image analysis techniques. 【Results】PHOX2B protein was specifically expressed in the nuclei of intestinal wall ganglion cells, while S100 staining was negative in ganglion cells but positive in nerve fibers, Schwann cells, and pericytes. Mature ganglion cell nuclei were large and round, with PHOX2B staining predominantly appearing as light brown; Immature ganglion cell nuclei were small, elongated, or polygonal, with PHOX2B staining mostly dark brown. The long-to-short diameter ratio of mature ganglion cell nuclei was significantly lower than that of immature nuclei (P<0.001), while the area of mature ganglion cell nuclei was significantly larger than that of immature nuclei (P<0.001). PHOX2B expression level was significantly lower in mature ganglion cell nuclei compared to immature ones (P<0.001). 【Conclusion】PHOX2B immunohistochemical staining effectively reflects the presence of ganglion cells in the intestinal wall tissue of HD patients and can synergize with S100 immunohistochemical staining, providing high accuracy and simplicity for the pathological diagnosis of congenital megacolon.

CHENG Gong, FENG Yaguang, CAO Yan
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1671-7171.2025.11.021
【Objective】To explore the effects of laparoscopic hernia repair and tension-free hernia repair on postoperative pain and recurrence rate in patients with inguinal hernia. 【Methods】Sixty patients with inguinal hernia admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into the laparoscopic group (treated with laparoscopic hernia repair) and the tension-free group (treated with tension-free hernia repair) according to different surgical methods. The surgical time, bleeding volume, time to get out of bed, and length of hospital stay, the postoperative pain levels [Visual Analog Scale (VAS) score], and inflammatory factors [C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6)], as well as the incidence of surgical complications and follow-up recurrence rates were compared between the two groups. 【Results】The laparoscopic group had significantly shorter surgical time, bed time, and hospital stay than the tension-free group, and the amount of bleeding was significantly lower than that of the tension-free group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). From 2 hours to 1 week after surgery, both groups showed a decreasing trend in VAS scores (P<0.05). The VAS scores of the laparoscopic group were significantly lower than those of the tension-free group at 6 and 24 hours after surgery (P<0.05). At 24 hours after surgery, the average levels of serum CRP and IL-6 in both groups were higher than those before surgery, however, serum CRP and IL-6 levels of the laparoscopic group were significantly lower than those of the tension-free group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the laparoscopic group was 10.00% (3/30), which was significantly lower than that in the tension-free group [33.33% (10/30)], and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=4.812, P=0.028). There was no recurrence during the follow-up period in the laparoscopic group, while the recurrence rate during the follow-up period in the tension-free group was 6.67% (2/30). There was no statistically significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups during follow-up (χ2=0.517, P=0.472). 【Conclusion】Compared to tension-free hernia repair, laparoscopic hernia repair has better clinical efficacy in treating inguinal hernia, which accelerates patient recovery process, effectively reduces pain and inflammatory reactions, decreases surgical related complications, and has a lower postoperative recurrence rate.

ZHOU Wei, SHI Lei
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1671-7171.2025.11.026
【Objective】 To explore the diagnostic value of serum heart-type fatty acid-binding protein (H-FABP) and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) in patients with congenital heart disease (CHD) complicated with pulmonary hypertension (PH). 【Methods】 A total of 86 patients with CHD were divided into the PH group (n=61) and the non-PH group (n=25) according to the presence or absence of complicated PH. The serum levels of H-FABP and NT-proBNP, as well as pulmonary artery diameter, pulmonary venous blood flow velocity, and pulmonary artery systolic pressure (PASP) were compared between the two groups. Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the correlations of serum H-FABP and NT-proBNP with pulmonary artery diameter, pulmonary venous blood flow velocity, and PASP, and to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of these indicators for PH in CHD patients. 【Results】The serum levels of H-FABP, NT-proBNP, blood flow velocity, and PASP in the PH group were significantly higher than those in the non-PH group, and the pulmonary artery diameter in the PH group was significantly larger than that in the non-PH group (all P<0.05). Serum H-FABP and NT-proBNP were positively correlated with pulmonary artery diameter, blood flow velocity, and PASP (all P<0.05). The accuracy of combined detection of H-FABP and NT-proBNP for predicting PH in CHD patients was 95.6%. 【Conclusion】 The serum levels of H-FABP and NT-proBNP are relatively high in CHD patients complicated with PH, and the combined detection of these two indicators has good efficacy for the diagnosis of CHD complicated with PH.

【Objective】To explore the clinical efficacy of fracture reduction and internal fixation combined with primary ligament treatment in patients with tibial plateau fractures complicated by knee ligament injuries. 【Methods】A retrospective analysis was conducted on 41 patients with tibial plateau fractures complicated by knee ligament injuries admitted to Xiamen Third Hospital from January 2019 to April 2024. All patients underwent fracture reduction and internal fixation combined with primary ligament treatment. The surgical conditions of the patients were recorded, and the Lysholm Knee Scoring System and Tegner Knee Scoring System were used to evaluate the knee joint function of the patients before and after surgery. 【Results】All 41 patients with tibial plateau fractures and ligament injuries were followed up, with a follow-up period of 20.70 (12-29) months. The Lysholm knee score of the patients at 1 year after surgery was (86.20±0.50) points, which was significantly higher than the preoperative score of (28.34±7.12) points, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the Tegner knee score at 1 year after surgery was (7.43±0.20) points, which was significantly higher than the preoperative score of (3.60±0.90) points, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). A total of 90.8% of the patients returned to the same or lower level of activity. 【Conclusion】Fracture reduction and internal fixation combined with primary ligament treatment for patients with tibial plateau fractures complicated by knee ligament injuries can significantly improve knee joint function and achieve satisfactory efficacy.

【Objective】To explore the clinical efficacy of Hayman uterine compression suture combined with Hemabate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section for placenta previa. 【Methods】A total of 76 patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section for placenta previa admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to February 2025 were selected. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with Hayman uterine compression suture, while the observation group was treated with Hayman uterine compression suture combined with Hemabate. Surgical-related indicators, clinical efficacy, blood loss at different time points, coagulation function indexes [prothrombin time (PT), thrombin time (TT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT)], and occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. 【Results】The hemostasis time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05); the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); the intraoperative blood loss, blood loss at 2 h and 24 h after surgery in the observation group were less than those in the control group (P<0.05); at 24 h after surgery, PT, TT and APTT in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05); there was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse events between the two groups (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】Hayman uterine compression suture combined with Hemabate can effectively control the postoperative blood loss of patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section for placenta previa, improve coagulation function indexes, promote postoperative recovery, and has good safety.
