Abstract：【Objective】To analyze the current status of refined drug management in hospitals based on CiteSpace software analysis.【Methods】CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze relevant domestic literature, explore the trends and hotspots of hospital drug refinement management under the background of the new medical reform. The five aspects: authors, research institutions, high-frequency keywords, keyword clustering, and keyword emergence diagram were analyzed.【Results】Refined management of drugs improved the quality and safety of drugs, reduce medical costs, and improve the efficiency and quality of medical services. At the same time, it also enhanced patients' trust and satisfaction with medical services and promoted the harmonious development of doctor-patient relationships.【Conclusion】Through literature analysis of the past 14 years in the field of refined drug management in China, drug management has evolved from an initial focus on economic benefits, cost accounting, and drug procurement strategies, to a gradual focus on outpatient pharmacy management and drug inventory management, as well as a later focus on antimicrobial drug management, financial management, and overall hospital operation at multiple levels of research and hot topics. At the same time, it is predicted that in the future, refined drug management will pay more attention to controlling medical expenses, optimizing hospitalization expenses, conducting personalized treatment strategies based on disease diagnosis, and improving work efficiency.
