Abstract:【Objective】 To evaluate the degree of craniocerebral injury by CT perfusion imaging and its predictive value for cerebral hemodynamics after ICP probe implantation. 【Methods】 A total of 79 patients with craniocerebral injury (observation group) admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2020 were selected, including 25 mild patients, 21 moderate patients and 33 severe patients. In addition, 79 patients (control group) were selected for physical examination at the same time. The levels of regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF), regional cerebral blood volume (rCBV) and mean time of blood passing through tissues (MTT) were compared between the observation group and the control group, patients with different severity and patients with different therapeutic effects. ROC curve was used to analyze the predictive value of rCBF, rCBV and MTT in the severity of brain injury and the therapeutic effect. 【Results】 The rCBF and rCBV in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the MTT was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The rCBF and rCBV of the mild group, the moderate group and the severe group showed a gradual increase trend, while MTT showed a downward trend, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The rCBF and rCBV of patients in the effective group were higher than those in the ineffective group, and the MTT was lower than those in the ineffective group (P<0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the prediction curve of the severity of brain injury and the therapeutic effect of the combined detection of rCBF, rCBV and MTT was significantly higher than that of the single detection (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 CT perfusion imaging has high specificity in the diagnosis of brain injury and cerebral hemodynamics after ICP probe implantation, which is worthy of clinical application.
