Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the analgesic effect of nalbuphine during daytime operation in children and its influence on hemodynamics. 【Methods】The clinical data of 60 children who underwent unilateral hernia sac high ligation in our hospital from November 2020 to February 2021 were analyzed retrospectively. According to the different anesthetics used, they were divided into Nabufen group and Sufentanil group, with 30 cases in each group. The mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR) and respiratory rate (RR) of the two groups were observed and recorded at the time of LMA insertion (T1), skin incision (T2), hernia sac ligation (T3), the end of surgery (T4), and 5 minutes after extubation (T5); The effects of sedation and analgesia were evaluated with FLACC pain score and Ramsay sedation score, and the adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded. 【Results】MAP and HR at T3 were significantly different from those at T1 in the same group (P<0.05); MAP and HR at T3 and T4 in sufentanil group were significantly different from those at T1 in the same group (P<0.05), and MAP and HR at the above time points were significantly different from those in nalbuphine group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the proportion of different FLACC scores between the two groups (P>0.05). The proportion of different Ramsay sedation scores in the two groups was statistically significant (P=0.03). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the sufentanil group was higher than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Nabuphine can provide effective analgesic effect, more stable hemodynamics and better safety during daytime operation in children.
