Abstract:【Objective】 To investigate the diagnostic value of uterine and ovarian artery hemodynamics in luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome (LUFS). 【Methods】 A total of 67 LUFS patients who visited our hospital from January 2019 to April 2021 were selected, and 70 normal ovulating women who visited our hospital due to male infertility were selected as the control group. The maximum blood flow velocity (PSV) and resistance index (RI) of uterine and ovarian arteries were examined by color Doppler ultrasound, and their diagnostic value for LUFS was analyzed. 【Results】 PSV of functional ovarian artery in the LUFS group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), while RI was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); The area under the ROC curve of the patients with LUFS diagnosed by PSV and RI in the functional ovarian artery during the periovulation period was 0.620 and 0.654 respectively, the cut-off values were 11.18 cm/s and 0.40 respectively, the sensitivity was 64.00% and 80.00% respectively, and the specificity was 60.00% and 62.00% respectively. 【Conclusion】 The PSV and RI of the functional ovarian artery in LUFS patients during the periovulatory period are different from those in normal controls, which has important clinical value in the diagnosis of LUFS.
