Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the diagnostic value of computed tomography (CT) in pelvic lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer. 【Methods】The clinical data of 94 patients with cervical cancer diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. According to whether the patients had pelvic lymph node metastasis, they were divided into metastasis group and non metastasis group. The CT characteristic indexes, such as the diameter of single lymph node, round lymph node, visible central necrosis, visible envelope invasion and the diagnostic value of combination in pelvic lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer were analyzed. 【Results】The diameter of single lymph node in the non metastasis group was smaller than that in the metastasis group (P<0.05), and the proportion of round lymph node, central necrosis and envelope invasion in the non metastasis group was lower than that in the metastasis group (P<0.05). The sensitivity and accuracy of single lymph node diameter ≥ 1.0 cm in the diagnosis of pelvic lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer were the highest, 90.48% and 89.36% respectively; The specificity of central necrosis and envelope invasion in the diagnosis of pelvic lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer was the highest, both of which were 96.77%. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of combined indexes in the diagnosis of pelvic lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer were 98.41%, 96.77% and 97.87%, respectively. The consistency between CT diagnosis results and pathological diagnosis gold standard was excellent (P<0.05); Among the CT indexes, the diameter of a single lymph node ≥ 1.0 cm has the highest diagnostic value for pelvic lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer, and the combined CT indexes have high diagnostic value for pelvic lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer.【Conclusion】CT has high diagnostic value for pelvic lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer, and can provide reference basis for clinical diagnosis and curative effect evaluation.
