Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the diagnostic value of CT coronary angiography blood flow reserve fraction (FFRCT) in heart disease. 【Methods】A total of 75 patients with heart disease in our Hospital were selected as the research objects. The corresponding images and data were obtained by coronary CT angiography (CCTA),coronary angiography (CAG) and invasive blood flow reserve fraction (FFR). The FFRCT model was established to analyze the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of FFRCT in the detection of blood vessel as the unit and the number of vessels in coronary heart disease. The correlation between FFRCT and invasive FFR was also investigated. 【Results】A total of 100 lesions were found in 75 patients,including 58 left anterior descending lesions,16 left circumflex lesions,and 26 right coronary arteries. Based on the invasive FFR,the specificity,sensitivity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value,accuracy and κ of the FFRCT test results were 100.0%,87.6%,100.0%,50.0%,89.7% and 0.62,respectively. The specificity,sensitivity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value,accuracy and κ of the FFRCT test results in terms of vessel count were 100.0%,65.3%,100.0%,50.0%,76.4% and 0.51,respectively. In units of patients and blood vessels,FFR and FFRCT were positively correlated with good consistency(r=0.794、0.725,P<0.05). 【Conclusion】FFRCT technology has a high value in the detection of coronary artery disease in patients with coronary heart disease. The clinical application of FFRCT technology should be used to rationally select the diagnosis and treatment strategy for patients.
