Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the relationship of self-efficacy (GSES) and social support (SSRS) scores with anxiety in patients with hypertension during pregnancy.【Methods】A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 182 patients with hypertension during pregnancy in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019. The occurrence of anxiety, patients' monthly income, education level, pregnancy times, serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), serum progesterone (P), estradiol (E2), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score, GSES and SSRS scores were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression analysis to reveal the independent risk factors affecting anxiety in patients with hypertension during pregnancy. 【Results】Among the 182 patients with hypertension during pregnancy, 46 cases (25.27%) developed anxiety which were classified as the anxiety group; the remaining 136 cases (74.73%) did not develop anxiety that were classified as the non-anxiety group. There were no statistically significant differences in age, gestational weeks, ethnicity, FSH, P, E2, and blood pressure levels between the two groups (P>0.05). The proportion of monthly income ≥ 3000 yuan, with bachelor degree or above, pregnancy times ≥ 2 times, GSES score and SSRS score in the anxiety group were lower than those in the non-anxiety group (P<0.05), while the SAS score was significantly higher than that in the non-anxiety group (P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that monthly income, education level, pregnancy times, SAS score, GSES score, SSRS score were independent risk factors affecting anxiety in patients with hypertension during pregnancy (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The anxiety of hypertensive patients during pregnancy is not only closely related to monthly income, education level and number of pregnancy, but also closely related to SAS, GSES and SSRS scores.
