Abstract:【Objective】 To explore the effect of graded pain management model based on quantitative evaluation of pain in multiple injuries complicated with pelvic fractures. 【Methods】A total of 104 patients with multiple injuries complicated with pelvic fractures hospitalized in the Department of orthopedics of our hospital from February 2020 to May 2021 were collected as the research object. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 52 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were given pain management based on the grading of routine nursing, and the patients in the control group were given pain management based on the grading of routine nursing. The cognitive level of pain related knowledge, visual analog scales (VAS), general comfort questionnaire (GCQ) and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. 【Results】 The cognitive rate of pain knowledge in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); Before intervention, the pain score and GCQ scores of the two groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05); One week after the intervention, the pain score in the study group was at a low level, and the GCQ scores of physiology, psychology, social environment and culture in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); The PSQI scores of sleep time, sleep quality, sleep efficiency, sleep time and daytime function in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 The application of graded pain management mode based on pain quantitative evaluation in multiple injuries complicated with pelvic fractures can reduce the pain feeling of patients during treatment, alleviate adverse physical symptoms, improve sleep quality and promote rapid recovery of patients.
