Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the expression level and significance of serum CD4+T lymphocytes and specific IgE (sIgE) in patients with allergic rhinitis (AR) and acquiredimmunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS).【Methods】 A total of 132 cases were divided into the simple AR group (group A) and AR with AIDS group (group B) according to the diagnosis.The sIgE positive level, distribution difference, degree of sensitization, type of sensitization and the CD4+T lymphocyte count of 18 common allergens in the two groups were compared.【Results】Common inhaled allergens in group A and B were mixed grass, tree pollen, house dust mite, dust mite and mold combination. The common ingestion allergens in the two groups were shrimp, crab , beef and mutton.The positive detection rate and dust mite sensitization intensity of mixed grass in group A were higher than those in group B, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).The positive detection rate of nut combination in group B was higher than that in group A, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive rate of serum sIgE between the two groups (P>0.05).There was statistically significant difference in the number of allergen positive species between the two groups (P<0.05), and the number of allergen positive species in both groups was ≥4. There was statistical significance in the positive rate of sIgE in group B with different CD4+T lymphocyte count levels in the AR and AIDS group (P<0.05).【Conclusion】 The positive level, distribution differences and sensitization degrees of serum allergen sIgE were similar between the two groups.The positive rate of serum allergen sIgE was higher in patients with lower CD4+T lymphocyte count.
