Abstract:【Objective】 To investigate the relationship between the expression of S phase kinase-related protein (skp2) and p27kip1 protein in primary gastric cancer and the development of tumorigenesis. 【Methods】 A total of 60 cases of gastric cancer tissue samples obtained in our hospital were selected as gastric cancer group, and 60 cases of gastric cancer adjacent tissue samples were selected as control group. The positive expression rates of Skp2 and p27kip1 were detected by immunohistochemistry.The positive rates of Skp2 protein and p27kip1 Protein in gastric cancer tissues with different lesion size, histological grade, degree of invasion, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage were analyzed. 【Results】 The positive expression rate of Skp2 protein in the gastric cancer group was 68.33% (41/60), which was higher than 23.33% (14/60) in the control group; the positive expression rate of p27kip1 Protein in the gastric cancer group was 28.33% (17/60), which was lower than 73.33% (44/60) in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05); the positive expression rate of Skp2 protein in gastric cancer tissues with different TNM stages, lymph node metastasis, histological differentiation and tumor invasion was significantly different (P<0.05); the positive expression rate of Skp2 protein in gastric cancer tissues with different TNM stages and lymph node metastasis was significantly different (P<0.05).【Conclusion】 The expression of Skp2 protein is up-regulated and p27kip1 Protein is down regulated in gastric cancer, which may be related to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.
