团队式授权教育对肾移植术后患者自我效能及健康行为的影响<sup>*</sup>

摘要【目的】探讨授权教育对肾移植术后患者自我效能及健康行为的影响。【方法】选择2016年1月至2017年12月收治本院的肾移植术患者156例为研究对象,采用前瞻性研究的方法随机分为观察组和对照组各78例。对照组给予包括肾移植术相关知识、免疫抑制剂用药管理、并发症预防、随访等在内的常规护理及健康教育,观察组联合应用授权教育。随访6个月,比较两组患者教育干预前后自我效能、健康行为、服药依从性等指标的变化。【结果】观察组症状管理、疾病共性管理、自我效能总分均明显高于对照组(t=7.030, 7.812, 7.999, P<0.05);社会心理行为、饮食行为、治疗行为、躯体活动行为等健康行为评分明显高于对照组(t=7.599, 8.646, 8.086, 4.214, P<0.05, P<0.01);服药依从率为94.87%,明显高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ²=5.371, P<0.05)。【结论】授权教育有助于增强肾移植术后患者自我效能水平,促进健康行为方式的养成,提高服药依从性。
