Abstract:【Objective】To explore the effect of WeChat platform interaction on self-management ability, anxiety and depression of peritoneal dialysis patients in suburban hospitals. 【Methods】A total of 82 cases of peritoneal dialysis patients treated in suburban hospitals from January 2016 to September 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the research group and the control group. Patients in control group were given conventional nursing of peritoneal dialysis, while patients in research group were given standardized instruction on peritoneal dialysis by WeChat platform based on routing nursing. After 6 months' intervention, the self-management ability, anxiety, depression and life quality of peritoneal dialysis patients were compared.【Results】 The self-management ability, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The anxiety and depression in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The standardized guidance of WeChat platform can effectively improve the self-management ability, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with peritoneal dialysis and alleviate the negative psychological emotion of patients. It is worthy of widespread promotion in the clinic.
