Abstract:【Objective】 To analyze the value of nursing outcome classification system in the evaluation of health education effect in patients with acute pancreatitis. 【Methods】 A total of 40 patients with acute pancreatitis in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 20 cases in each group. The control group was given routine health education, and the observation group was given health education based on nursing outcome classification system on the basis of routine health education. The scores of health behavior, anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups. 【Results】 The scores of health responsibility, exercise, psychological status and nutritional status in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P<0.05). After the intervention, the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were (10.73±2.59) and (10.86±2.62) respectively, which were significantly lower than (15.92±3.83) and (15.73±3.79) in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 The application of nursing outcome classification system in the evaluation of health education effect of patients with acute pancreatitis can better regulate the health behavior of patients, improve their health behavior ability, and improve the negative emotions of patients, which is of great significance to improve the prognosis of patients, and is worthy of clinical application.
