Abstract：【Objective】 To investigate the clinical effect of SREMB(stapled the rectum mucosa except the back above hemorrhoidectomy ) in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids. 【Methods】 The clinical data of 90 patients with mixed hemorrhoids treated from January 2017 to December 2017 were analyzed retrospectively,45 cases underwent SREMB(stapled the rectum mucosa except the back above hemorrhoidectomy group), and 45 underwent Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy (Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy group). The operation, clinical effect and postoperative recovery of the two groups were compared.【Results】 In the observation group, 42 cases were cured and 3 cases were effective. 41 cases were cured and 5 cases were effective in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (χ2=0.14,P=0.71>0.05).No recurrent cases were found in 1-year follow-up. The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative hospitalization time and incision healing time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The pain score and anal border edema score of the observation group 24 h after operation were lower than those of the control group, and the incidence of postoperative urinary retention was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).【Conclusion】 The effect of SREMB(stapled the rectum mucosa except the back above hemorrhoidectomy)is accurat, the recovery is fast and the complications are few.
