Abstract:【Objective】 To explore the application effect of the bundled surgical room intervention in patients undergoing hysteroscopic endometrial lesion resection. 【Methods】 From February 2023 to February 2025, 100 patients who underwent hysteroscopic endometrial lesion resection in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group (conventional surgical room intervention combined with bundled surgical room intervention) and the control group (conventional surgical room intervention) according to the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The heart rate, diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, coagulation function indicators [coagulation regulatory protein (TM), tissue-type plasminogen activator-inhibitor complex (t-PAIC)], stress response indicators [adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH), corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH)] and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. 【Results】 After intervention, the heart rate, diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, ACTH and CRH levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the levels of TM, t-PAIC and patient satisfaction were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 The bundled surgical room intervention can effectively stabilize the vital signs of patients undergoing hysteroscopic endometrial lesion resection, reduce stress response, improve coagulation function, and increase patient satisfaction.
