尼麦角林联合多奈哌齐治疗老年高血压合并阿尔茨海默病患者的临床疗效

摘要【目的】探讨尼麦角林联合多奈哌齐治疗老年高血压合并阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者的疗效。【方法】本院收治的80例老年高血压合并AD患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。两组患者均接受常规氨氯地平和多奈哌齐治疗,观察组在此基础上联合尼麦角林治疗,疗程为1个月。比较两组患者治疗前后的24 h平均收缩压(24hSBP)和24 h平均舒张压(24hDBP)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)、乙酰胆碱(ACh )水平及简易精神状况量表(MMSE)、临床AD评定量表(CDR)评分。【结果】治疗后,观察组患者24hSBP和24hDBP均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者LVEF及血清NO、Ach水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组血清ET水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者MMSE评分高于对照组(P<0.05),CDR评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】尼麦角林联合多奈哌齐于治疗老年高血压合并AD患者,有助于降低血压,改善心功能指标及体内血清NO、ET和ACh 水平,有效提高了患者的智力水平,临床疗效满意。

Abstract：【Objective】To explore the efficacy of Nicergoline combined with Donepezil in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension and dementia. 【Methods】A total of 80 elderly patients with hypertension and dementia admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups using odd even number lottery method, with 40 cases in each group. Both groups of patients received conventional antihypertensive therapy with amlodipine and donepezil, while the observation group was treated with combination therapy with Nicergoline for one month. The 24-hour mean systolic blood pressure (24hSBP) and 24-hour mean diastolic blood pressure (24hDBP), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), nitric oxide (NO), endothelin (ET), acetylcholine (ACh) levels, as well as the scores of the Mini Mental State Scale (MMSE) and Clinical Idiotic Rating Scale (CDR) were compared between two groups of patients before and after treatment. 【Results】After treatment, the 24-hour SBP and 24-hour DBP of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); The LVEF, serum NO, and Ach levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), while the serum ET levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); After treatment, the MMSE score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), while the CDR score was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The combination of Nicergoline and Donepezil in the treatment of elderly hypertensive patients with dementia helps to lower blood pressure, improve cardiac function indicators, and serum NO, ET, and ACh levels, effectively improving the patient's intelligence level, and achieving satisfactory clinical efficacy.
