Abstract:【Objective】To explore effects of methylphenidate hydrochloride-controlled release tablets combined with electronic biofeedback on the clinical efficacy of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). 【Methods】A total of 80 children with ADHD were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (with 40 cases in each group). The control group was treated with methylphenidate hydrochloride controlled-release tablets,while the observation group was treated with methylphenidate hydrochloride controlled-release tablets combined with electronic biofeedback. The course of treatment in both groups was 2 months. The therapeutic effect of the two groups before and after treatment,the adverse reactions and scores were observed and analyzed. 【Results】The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment and one month after the end of treatment,the scores of Conner factors in the two groups decreased if compared to the scores before treatment (P<0.05); And the scores in the observation group decreased even more significantly than those in the control group after treatment (P<0.05). The scores of various cognitive function items such as the learning factor,anxiety factor,behavior factor,hyperactivity factor and physical and mental factor in the two groups after treatment and 1 month after treatment were higher than those before treatment.The scores of vocal tics and motor tics in the two groups after treatment and 1 month after the end of treatment were all lower than those before treatment (P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The cognitive function scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group at each time points after treatment (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The combination of methylphenidate hydrochloride and electronic biofeedback can effectively treat ADHD,improve children's cognitive function and tic disorder,and significantly improve the clinical effect.
