Abstract:【Objective】To explore the value of elect rophysiological techniques based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation in postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing hysterectomy. 【Methods】A total of 108 patients with hysterectomy who were treated in our hospital from September 2019 to July 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 54 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine accelerated rehabilitation nursing, while the observation group was treated with electrophysiological technology based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation. The abdominal distension and abdominal pain were compared between the two groups at 3 days after operation, 15 days after operation, and 100 days after operation. The time of bowel sound recovery, anal exhaust time and defecation time were compared as well. 【Results】The degree of abdominal distension and abdominal pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group at 15 d and 100 d after operation (P<0.05). After operation, the recovery time of bowel sounds, anal exhaust time and defecation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Electrophysiological techniques based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation can reduce the degree of abdominal distension and pain during hysterectomy and provide help for the recovery of digestive function.
